"This guy's strength is incomparable to before."
Fang Yun looked at the golden behemoth with a look of surprise. The current strength of the golden behemoth both shocked and puzzled him.
He still remembers that this guy was causing trouble in the Supreme Blue Empire in the ninth heaven, but at the moment he appeared in the eighth heaven with a mighty strength and is causing great trouble, just like him.
Is this guy his rival or what?
Under Fang Yun’s observation, the golden behemoth’s true body is hiding in the void and projecting a virtual image. All the laser beams are passing straight through its body, there is no way to kill it.
However, it continued to madly attack the surrounding fleet.
From its body, densely packed tentacles flew out, each tentacle extended over a hundred kilometers before hiding in the void, the next moment it appeared, it’s always above a certain battleship, dealing a fatal blow before the energy shield is deployed.
Even if some battleships reacted fast enough and deployed their energy shield, the tentacles quickly wrapped around them, then exerted extreme strength, breaking their energy shields and twisting them into deformed metal.
This attack method is very effective for these battleships. No matter how far away they hide, they are instantly tangled up by its powerful tentacles.
Soon after, a huge empty space was cleared around the golden behemoth.
"The skills of this golden behemoth have a great restraint on most advanced civilizations’ fleets. It’s simply their nemesis"
Fang Yun quickly made this judgment.
He felt a bit greedy for the ability of this golden behemoth. A new function was activated in the system a while ago. By consuming the energy cores of powerful creatures and spending a certain amount of skill points, he is able to get their skills.
Fang Yun wondered if he could get the skills of the golden behemoth.
He doesn’t have any tentacles, hence he can’t issue similar attacks like that of the golden behemoth. However, what he wants the most is the ability to hide his body in a virtual space while projecting an image into the real space.
While Fang Yun was deep in his thoughts, the opposite fleet fell into a panic.
This creature is very weird, their attacks phase through it while it can easily attack them. Not to mention that its attack power is extremely high and distance isn’t a problem to it.
Even against a high-speed moving ship, its attacks never miss. At the moment, they don’t have any viable way to deal with this monster.
“Damn it, where did such a freak pop out from?"
In the command ship of the Seventh Heaven, Mike looked at the scene on the projection screen and cursed bitterly. There was a huge creature in the holographic projection. It was exactly the golden behemoth that was rampaging across their fleet.
Mike watched as this cursed creature used its huge tentacles to destroy one of the seventh heaven fleet’s battleships.
Originally, Mike was in a very good mood. After all, the seventh heaven’s governement sent such a huge fleet as a support, making the number of their battleships in their fleet reach a terrifying 50,000. More importantly, he was appointed to be the commander of such a huge fleet.
Unfortunately, luck always seems to be against him. Before he was happy for long, such a troublesome creature appeared and destroyed a lot of their battleships.
This creature seemed to know that their fleet has some of the weakest battleships in this mega fleet, hence it always concentrated on attacking them.
Anyway, in a short period of time, almost 2000 of their battleships had been destroyed.
”Commander Pound, commander Nadu, what should we do now?"
Mike didn't know what to do, hence he asked the two experienced commanders of the fifth and sixth heaven fleet.
The commanders of the other two Heavens’ fleets both seemed very annoyed because neither of them had an effective way to deal with such a rare and troublesome creature.
"For the moment, we can only use manpower to deal with it. The energy of this golden behemoth isn’t infinite and such a powerful space skill must require a lot of energy to use, we can try to exhaust it with manpower "
Pound shook his head upon hearing Nadu’s proposal, he looked at the two of them and said.
"We have to seek an opportunity to leave this place. Our type of battleships can’t deal with this creature, we must get out of this place, then send a special battleship to deal with it."
The reason why this golden behemoth is so terrifying lies in its incredible space capabilities, granting it a very high attack power and an extreme defense. As long as that monster’s body is still hiding in the void, their attacks can’t reach it, coupled with its space attacks made it a very troublesome creature to deal with.
Of course, they are not without alternatives. In fact, they also have some special battleships that can overcome such creatures. It is just that because they are rarely used, these types of spacecraft are generally in a static state.
"But, how can we get out of here?"
Nadu of the sixth heaven asked.
"I don't think that that golden pollutant will allow us to leave easily."
While saying this, they watched a huge holographic screen inside their respective battleships, on which was the golden behemoth that was still rampaging.
Even such a powerful fleet as theirs, without having a space-based attack weapon, can’t cause the slightest damage to this monster, allowing it to rampage freely across their fleet.
"Damn it, how can we deal with that monster?"
Mike gritted his teeth fiercely at this time, his palms tightly clenched. The golden behemoth had been mostly focusing on his fleet, causing him very large losses.
He received constant calls for help from various battleships, but he is powerless. He felt very anxious, he even had the urge to fight the golden behemoth head-on!
But he knew very well that if he really did that, he would definitely be killed by that golden behemoth. Their command ship isn’t much stronger than those battleships that the golden behemoth destroyed.
"Everyone! try to spread out as much as possible, then besiege this monster fiercely! I don’t believe that it can keep that virtual state forever!"
Mike yelled angrily in the microphone. His loud voice rang out through the entire control center.
According to his order, the seventh heaven began to disperse. At the same time, they all fired at the golden behemoth. Countless laser beams passed through its body, but they didn’t cause it the slightest damage.
"Nadu, Pound, what are you doing?"
Mike yelled angrily at Nadu and Pound.
"What are you waiting for? Try your best to attack!"
Mike was very upset because If this continues, he might become a lonely commander. If that happens, he will be finished.
No soldiers? What would be the point of his existence?
Perhaps, he doesn’t have to worry about that. If his fleet is consumed, he will certainly be killed by this golden behemoth.
