--------------------
Not long ago, Fang Yun had destroyed a detachment of 2000 battleships from Finsen’s fleet, and now that he destroyed another 3000 battleships, it can be said that half of the seventh heaven’s original fleet had been destroyed.
This is a devastating blow.
After Finsen got out from the hyperspace and started counting the remaining manpower, his face turned green.
"Damn, I lost more than 3,000 battleships?"
Finsen gritted his teeth, his eyes seemed to be able to spit fire. He took a deep breath before barely managing to calm down.
"Inform Mike and his fleet to get here as soon as possible! And don’t forget to inform the other heavens fleets about what happened here!"
Before moving forward, Finsen remembered to remind his subordinates to send the news to the other heavens’ fleets. Although he was angry, he was also very shocked. To be able to destroy so many of his battleships, the giant serpent is indeed not ordinary.
"If the opponent is really a mature high-level pollutant, then the result of the conflict with our fleet is..."
Finsen's heart suddenly skipped a beat, swallowing his saliva, he suddenly felt that rash action isn’t a good choice.
"Commander, what should we do now? Should we follow the trail of the great serpent?"
A soldier ran to Finsen and asked him.
Hearing this soldier's question, Finsen looked at him speechlessly and said.
"Follow it? To find death? Wait! Wait for those guys to come over."
After hearing Finsen's words, the soldier heaved a sigh of relief. Most of the people in the control room were the same. They were all afraid that Finsen will hot-headedly go to trouble the great serpent. In that case, they might never go back to their hometown.
On the other side, Mike, who was waiting for the main fleet, was surprised by Finsen’s message. They were afraid that the giant serpent was hiding somewhere looking for a chance to attack, but they never expected that it would actually ambush their reinforcements.
"That serpent actually knew that commander Finsen is coming?"
In Mike's opinion, the giant serpent must have done so deliberately. After all, the eighth heaven is so big, how could it just stumble on the hyperspace path of commander Finsen?
This is a one in a billion chance or even lower.
Upon thinking of this, Mike couldn't help but shed a cold sweat. He never expected that a beast would have such terrifying wisdom. It played them like monkeys.
"Let's go, go over to support Master Finsen and his fleet!"
Mike yelled, then quickly rushed towards Finsen’s location along with the rest of the fleet.
On the way forward, the more Mike thought about it, the more he felt amazed. He felt that they weren’t facing a giant behemoth, but a terrifying general that won a hundred battles.
If the giant serpent is really so scheming, would they also be attacked while heading to support Finsen’s fleet? Is it also a part of its plan?
"Damn it, maybe I’m overthinking."
Mike muttered, but the more he thought about it, the more anxious he got. Because this might just be true.
However, this is just his worry. He can’t disobey the leader of this operation, Finsen.
If he’s just overthinking and the giant serpent is still on Finsen’s side, then the slower they are, the more danger Finsen’s fleet will face.
After all, Finsen told him earlier that only half of their battleships remain, which means that they only have 5000 battleships left.
"No, I have to rush over as soon as possible!"
Taking a breath, Mike suppressed the anxiety in his heart, but the uneasy feeling in his heart never disappeared but got heavier and heavier.
Suddenly, an alarm rang through the spaceship.
"What's the matter?"
Mike yelled loudly, to which a soldier next to him quickly replied.
"Sir, our spaceships are being attacked."
"Some of our battleships were pulled out of hyperspace by something."
"Huh?"
After hearing the report from his subordinates, Mike froze for a moment, then his eyes gradually widened, he realized something.
"Did you say that our spaceships are getting pulled out of the hyperspace?"
Mike took a deep breath, then without waiting for the soldier to reply, he quickly said.
“Convey my order to all our spaceships. Immediately get out of the hyperspace! We are being attacked by the great serpent!"
Mike had a bitter look on his face. What he feared the most still happened.
Soon, their fleet flew out of the hyperspace. After sorting out the fleet and counting the remaining battleships, Mike discovered that even though he quickly reacted, they still lost thousands of battleships.
"Damn it!"
Mike cursed loudly. He mightily led more than 10,000 battleships to the eighth heaven, but now only 8000 remains.
Adding Finsen’s 5000 battleships, they have only 13,000 battleships in total. Isn’t this the number he led at first?
Under such a great loss, Mike’s felt angry and humiliated.
"It's all because of that damn serpent."
After yelling, his face turned ugly again, because he suddenly noticed a problem. What should they do now?
"Call Commander Finsen now!"
Taking a breath, Mike calmed down. Now he should call commander Finsen and explain the situation to him. They must find a countermeasure.
Soon, he and Finsen were connected.
"Commander Finsen."
Mike looked at Finsen in the holographic projection and said solemnly.
"We were also attacked by the giant serpent on the way, causing us to lose thousands of battleships. Now, we don’t dare to easily go inside the hyperspace"
"Commander Finsen, I'm afraid we can't get over now."
Upon saying this, Mike smiled wryly.
"What?"
Finsen was speechless after hearing Mike’s words. He was angry and helpless upon thinking of the plan of the giant serpent. If he rushes towards Mike’s fleet through the hyperspace, he will be attacked, and the same thing goes for Mike’s fleet.
But if the two don’t travel through the hyperspace, it will take them hundreds of years to reach each other’s location.
"This bastard..."
Finsen knew that they encountered a true dilemma, and if they don’t find a way to deal with this problem soon enough, then the other heavens’ fleets that are coming will also encounter the same problem.
