----------------------
Following Colonel Cade was not only his investigation team but also a group of students from many branches of Sakura Academy. All the people in the war fleet aren’t ordinary people.
Up to now, the fleet led by Otto still had more than 3,000 battleships, the remaining had either been destroyed by Fang Yun or had fled.
The force that captain Cade led this time has only 300 spaceships. In terms of quantity, the fleet led by Colonel Cade is just a fraction of the ones led by commander Otto, but in terms of combat power, the fleet composed of tens of thousands of battleships isn’t comparable to Captain Cade’s small fleet.
The moment Colonel Cade’s fleet appeared and took over the battle, the remaining part of the vanguard forces retreated behind the war fleet, relieved that they had finally arrived.
Otto’s mouth twitched as he watched this scene from the side.
Although these guys aren’t their official army, they still represent the face of the eighth heaven. The manpower brought by Captain Cade is almost all made up from other heavens. Now, the fearful actions of their disgraceful troops should have caused the people from other heavens to laugh.
In the control center, Otto didn’t bother paying attention to these people again. He looked back at the great serpent with a solemn look. This great serpent has given him a lot of pressure.
"Everyone, the strength of that serpent is very high, I am afraid it’s not an ordinary pollutant."
Otto couldn’t judge the strength of that serpent. The strength of pollutants can’t be judged by instruments anymore.
These monsters are incredibly powerful and smart, possessing various strange and incredible abilities. They can easily converge their life fluctuations, hence it’s not easy to detect them or investigate their situation
"Understood, Commander Otto."
Colonel Cade responded, then stared carefully at the serpent in the projection screen in front of him. At this time, the serpent no longer recklessly attacked their battleship, but stood in the distance and looked at the war fleet’s battleship.
"Colonel Cade, what are we going to do now. Should we immediately launch an attack on this monster, or drag it out and wait for more troops to come?"
Suddenly, a tutor from the Seventh Heaven branch of Sakura Academy walked to colonel Cade and said. This investigative team is headed by Captain Cade, hence they must follow Colonel Cade’s instructions. These are orders from the higher-ups of the academy.
"Wait first, Let me see..."
Colonel Cade groaned and was about to say something, but at this moment, from the corner of his eyes, he saw that a stream of light flew at the great serpent that was confronting them.
"Damn it, idiot!!"
Colonel Cade yelled angrily. From the previous stream of light, it was obvious that someone had launched an attack on the serpent without his orders.
However, at this time, none of them fully understood the serpent and its abilities. Launching an offense at this time is undoubtedly a rather stupid behavior.
"It's the Harel team from the sixth heaven. “
The instructor beside Colonel Cade said with a gloomy expression on his face. Along the way, their investigation team also gathered a lot of people, among them was Harel Squad from the sixth heaven branch of Sakura Academy.
Harel Squad is a fleet headed by a student called Harel. There are a total of twelve battleships, and the student on each ship is an outstanding student from their academy.
From the beginning, these people from the sixth heaven had been acting very stupidly and arrogantly due to their origin.
"Damn it! These idiots."
Colonel Cade clearly saw many stream of light flying towards the great serpent. This Harel team attacked without authorization and disobeyed military discipline. In his mind, he couldn’t wait to kick those bastards back fiercely
"Harel, Who allowed you to attack?"
Cade couldn’t stand it. He loudly shouted in the communication channel, admonishing the Harel team for acting without authorization.
"Since you joined the investigation team, you must listen to my command. Harrell, I order you to stop attacking and return to the team immediately!"
After saying this, he stared closely at the holographic screen in front of him. On which, there wasn’t the great serpent’s image, but Harel’s team image.
The fleet flying across space didn’t stop after hearing Colonel’s Cade command but flew even faster.
"Idiots!"
After seeing this scene, the angry look on Colonel Cade's face suddenly faded, turning into a cold look. He folded his hands and sneered at Harel and his teammates on the projection screen.
The mentors beside him shook their heads, but none of them said anything.
Amongst the Harel squad that was flying toward the giant serpent; captain Harel was controlling his battleship to head towards the great serpent. At the same time, he turned off the communication channel, too lazy to listen to Colonel Cade.
"A group of timid guys."
Harel said with a disdainful smile.
"It's just a pollutant, but these guys are scared like this. Haha, In my career, I have killed two pollutants and this great serpent will be the third."
He is proud of his record. His record is killing two pollutants. In addition, he also fought against other pollutants and repelled them. His experience in fighting against pollutants can be considered very rich.
"It's just a reptile."
At this time, Harel could already observe the giant serpent with his naked eye, and he watched it closely.
He watched as it laid motionless in space, not moving even as they quickly got closer to it.
"Hehe, it seems that it's still a stupid crawler."
Harel sneered, then licked his lips and said.
"Brothers, attack it with all of your firepowers. This reptile will be our trophy!"
While saying this, he quickly activated the weapon system and set up the great serpent as his target.
In just an instant, the weapon device of his spacecraft was ready to launch. His battleship’s weapons are quite diversified, including the most commonly used laser cannon and towing beam.
It's just that the quality and power of the weapons on his spacecraft are leagues higher than those of the eighth heaven battleships.
The twelve battleships rushed towards the great serpent ahead, at the same time, they attacked at the same time.
Comments
personally I'm still enjoying the novel, even if it keep repeating itself and that there's not much advancement in the plot, the story is easy to read and funny so I have no complaint Also thanks for the chapter

I wouldn’t necessarily call it downhill, the spaceship and giant monster fighting stuff is all very niche and I quite like it. It’s just very... slow? It’s got that annoying habit Chinese xianxias have of dumping endless amounts of useless and boring fluff to pad the word count while moving the plot as slowly as possible. That’s the author’s fault, not yours. You could improve your grammar, but I’m still impressed by how much the translation got better compared to the first chapters.
Yeah. I've got to admit, the story is going on a downhill. I don't know if it will change in the future, but if it doesn't, I'll put more focus on Nuclear Dragon. Sorry for the slow updates but my exams are close and I'm focusing a lot on them. After finishing my exams I'll go back to a more frequent release schedule. Have a good day.

Gotta say, I’m not very impressed with these chapters. Slow, short, and with very little meaningful plot advancement. At least your grammar isn’t so god damn bad anymore?
