"Doron, how did you escape from that giant serpent in the end?"
Inside the dormitory, a few alumni came to Doron and Drummond’s bedroom. Now that Drummond is dead, it has become Doron’s exclusive dormitory.
At this time, several alumni who were relatively familiar with Doron came to his dormitory and eagerly asked him about the battle.
The vanguard fleet sent by the eighth heaven was supposed to intercept the great serpent and wait for the war fleet to come from behind and slaughter the great serpent.
But the result of the incident shocked everyone. In the end, it was the great serpent that slaughtered everyone.
Furthermore, part of the war fleet, including an investigation team and several student teams from sakura academy arrived, but their end is even more miserable than the Vanguard Fleet.
Some battleships of the vanguard fleet managed to escape in the end, but not a single spaceship of the investigation team survived.
Doron is also one of the survivors of the vanguard fleet.
Hearing the questions of his alumni, he took a deep breath, then picked up the teacup set aside to drink water, but his hands were trembling, causing the cup to shake and a few droplets to fall on the table and his legs.
"Doron, what did you see?"
Beside Doron, an alumnus asked eagerly. They sat in front of the long table in the dormitory, and Doron sat on the left end of the table. There are two alumni on both his sides and three alumni sitting on the opposite side of him.
The older alumnus who last spoke was the one in the middle of three alumni sitting opposite of him.
The moment that person’s voice sounded, Doron's eyes showed a look of reminiscence, but his body trembled immediately afterward.
The people in this room had complex looks on their faces as they watched this scene.
"That giant serpent had completely shattered Doron’s guts."
This thought appeared in their minds. This is actually incredible. People that were trained from childhood and had experienced a lot of battles are very difficult to suffer from post-war trauma. Especially for people with great courage and firm conviction like Doron.
After the vanguard fleet, or what was left of it returned, they did not announce the specifics of the war. To be precise, the content of the announcement is still under discussion.
The outside world is waiting eagerly for the official announcement of the eighth heaven.
It wasn’t just the people of the eighth heaven, even people from the seventh, sixth, and fifth heaven were paying attention to this incident.
The investigation team was sent from the seventh heaven, and its leader, Captain Cade was a senior leader of Seventh Heaven.
In addition, students from the sixth heaven are also dead.
Even people from the fifth heaven paid attention to this incident. After all, its effects ranged from the eighth to the sixth heavens.
There are also quite a few news channels that broadcasted this incident. Of course, for Fifth heaven, this is not a particularly big event.
"Doron? Doron!"
Seeing Doron start to lose focus, the older alumni couldn’t help but wave his hand in front of him.
Doron came back to his senses. He sighed lightly, then slowly said.
"That giant serpent was absolutely capable of killing all of us at that time."
"But it let us go, allowing us to come back. "
“Maybe this is its good intentions, but there is another possibility. It wants us to go back, spread its news and bring back more people next time for it to eat...Maybe it’s more than that..."
After saying these things, Doron raised his head and looked at the three alumni on the opposite side before saying with a trembling voice.
"You must never participate in this incident!"
"Even if the official offers very generous rewards! This incident is not something we can participate in. People like us, no matter how much they go, it’s just cannon fodder, low-quality cannon fodder.”
Doron’s teeth creaked. He clenched his hands into fists tightly, anger and hatred bubbled in his heart.
He is indeed angry.
Angry at his weakness, and angry at his helplessness.
As he said, people like them are not even cannon fodder on that level of battlefields.
Thinking about it, if the investigation team hadn’t appeared, the vanguard fleet would have died long before, including him.
Even in the fight against the investigation team, the great serpent never used its true ability, it was just playing. The moment it decided to use its true ability was the time of their death...
"I heard that the giant serpent wiped out all the spaceships of the investigation team with just one move?"
The older alumni hesitated for a moment, then tentatively asked.
Doron glanced at him, then nodded and said.
"It‘s true, that’s why I told you not to participate in this incident."
"Fortunately, I was very far away from that giant serpent when he used that ability, or I wouldn’t be here.”
Doron paused for a moment before continuing.
“At that time, the instruments on my spacecraft indicated that huge gravitational field appeared around the great serpent. At the same time, its mass was rapidly increasing.”
“This mass was so big that it’s shocking, almost comparable to a planet-size black hole."
"Under the pull of such a huge gravitational field, all the spacecraft close to it were torn into pieces, Their energy shield was no different from paper, being almost completely ineffective."
A look of fear appeared on Doron’s face. Every time he remembers that scene, fear and a feeling of powerlessness wells up in his heart.
The alumni beside Duolong glanced at each other, frowning.
Changing one own’s mass and incarnating as a black hole is something they never imagined possible for a living creature, completely out of their expectations.
In their knowledge and cognition, the attack methods of pollutants are mostly various energy attacks. Such as super-powerful laser beams, antimatter bombs, gamma rays, etc...
Some extremely powerful pollutants can even imitate supernovas.
Higher-level pollutants usually have some weird and mysterious attack methods, sometimes even concept-like abilities, impossible to defend against. They can only use various material and life resources, then capture and seal them.
This level of battle is not something lower-level heavens can participate in. Only top-level heavens have the ability to deal with those creatures.
However, this great serpent had shown just such strange attack methods.
"That ‘thing’..."
Several of Doron's alumni looked at each other again, finding the look of horror in each other’s eyes.
