--------------------
Fang Yun's total skill points were once as high as 1116, but after surpassing 300 billion reputation value, the speed of skill points income has decreased.
Previously, for each increase of 5 billion reputation points, he received a certain number of skill points but now, skill points will only be awarded after an increase of 10 billion points.
After accumulating such a large number of skill points, Fang Yu crazily used them on his skills.
First of all, he maxed out “Space Barrier”, increasing his defensive power to the next level.
In addition, the "Space Collapse" he received from “Sea Cow” before had been maxed out by him.
After upgrading these two skills to the max level, he had only 170 skill points remaining. Unexpectedly, right after the next evolution, he once again received new skills.
This time, he got the upgraded version of “Ultimate Gravity” he wanted, "Annihilation Black Hole". After maxing out this skill, it will allow him to get the same mass as a small black hole.
What this skill brought to Fang Yun was not only an increase of combat power, but it also allowed how to directly twist the surrounding stars and planets into energy then swallow them. There is no need to small them before eating them like before.
In addition to this super destructive skill, he got another skill. It’s the advanced skill of "Cell Distortion", “Life Plunder”.
This skill can quickly sap the vitality of the enemy over a large area, covering a range of up to a million kilometers around him.
The skill points required to upgrade these two skills are very large.
150 points are required for the first upgrade, and with each subsequent level, 50 more skill points are required.
In other words, over a thousand skill points are required to upgrade them to max level, 1250 skill points to be exact.
So even if it’s not very difficult for the current Fang Yun to gain skill points, he still greatly lacks them.
After some thought, Fang Yun used the remaining 170 points to upgrade "Annihilation Black Hole" because he needed to use this skill to eat.
In the future, Fang Yun’s eating processes will become very simple. He just needs to use his huge mass to crush planets and stars into a mist, then suck it into his mouth like a black hole.
In the dark void, Fang Yun and the giant turtle fell completely into silence. In this silent state, even their scales started to darken.
Back in the far ninth heaven, the Milky Way, in an empty space, a fleet quietly appeared.
In this fleet, there are many planet destroyer battleships, all of which have the words "LX" on them, which means they came from the Blue Planet Empire.
The current Milky Way galaxy fell into a battle between the two sides. At the beginning, the SkyRiver Empire and the Blue Planet Empire joined forces to resist the invasion of the Supreme Blue Empire, but now it’s a battle between the two of them.
The territory of the Blue Planet Empire has become very large, their manpower is very united, and all the resources occupied are owned by the empire.
The empire used these resources to create one huge battleship after another.
These battleships are their capital for the battle against the SkyRiver Empire.
The technological power of the SkyRiver Empire seemed to be locked up. Even after such a long time and arduous war, their most powerful battleship is still an Imperial-class planet destroyer.
However, the Blue Planet Empire has developed a battleship at the same level as Imperial-class battleships, in fact, they have developed an even more advanced weapon.
A Battlestar.
Their achievements on the Battlestar technology are already higher than those of the SkyRiver Empire. Manufacturing Battlestars doesn’t have lower technical content than battleships. They need to build a huge frame, then stabilize it and put various generating devices inside.
This is very difficult. A single careless mistake will cause the various internal devices to put a super load on the external frame when activated, leading to the collapse of the Battlestar.
Anyway, the current SkyRiver Empire cannot make a Battlestar as huge and powerful as the Blue Planet Empire.
It was with these huge Battlestar that allowed the Blue Planet Empire to survive the encirclement and suppression of the SkyRiver Empire again and again.
Then step by step they turned defeat into victory, constantly eroding the territory of the SkyRiver Empire. Now, they have occupied a lot of territories, giving them more resources to build more battleships and Battlestars. Now they already have the strength to compete with the SkyRiver Empire
The development of the Blue Planet Empire is very rapid. There are many civilizations in the Milky Way that are leaning on the wings of the Blue Planet Empire.
The reason why these civilizations have abandoned their previous leader and leaned on the Blue Planet Empire is that they are first, more optimistic about the emerging Blue Planet civilization, and secondly, the treatment of the newly emerging empire is gentler and more lenient than the hegemonic SkyRiver Empire.
While the Blue Planet Empire was developing, it did not forget to spread Fang Yun’s image, and because of this, even if Fang Yun hadn’t appeared for a long time, his reputation value had been rapidly increasing.
It can be said that the Blue Planet Empire is one of the biggest contributors to Fang Yun’s recent skyrocketing reputation.
The Blue Planet Empire has been closely monitoring the actions of the SkyRiver Empire in the past two years. Their current ability and power allow them to maintain an equal or even advantageous attitude towards the SkyRiver Empire, but they still don’t dare to look down on this once unreachable hegemon.
However, on this day, the intelligence personnel of the Blue Planet Empire suddenly discovered that the SkyRiver Empire is gathering a large number of troops. They didn’t know what the SkyRiver Empire wanted to do.
"What do these guys really want to do, do they want to completely declare war with our Blue Planet Empire?"
The senior leaders of the Blue Planet Empire began to think about it at this time. The current actions of the SkyRiver Empire are quite strange, but they have nothing to fear.
Their Blue Planet Empire has grown considerably. It’s not the same as before when they had to hide in the darkness in fear of this hegemon attacking them. Now, they have the strength to face anything head-on!
In the battle between the SkyRiver Empire and them, it’s unknown who will be the winner!
In fact, the Blue Planet Empire is looking forward to the final battle. They want to decide the final winner between them and the SkyRiver Empire.
Let this final battle decide who will be the master of the galaxy.
However, just as they started to mobilize their forces to prepare for the final battle with the SkyRiver Empire, they suddenly discovered that the forces assembled by the SkyRiver Empire didn’t head towards them.
They are heading towards the Al-Star Belt.
"What are the intentions of the SkyRiver Empire?"
The Blue Planet Empire’s leaders were very surprised. Their intelligence personnel started to scrutinize information frantically, but they found nothing. Just like that, the people of the Blue Planet Empire watched as the troops of the SkyRiver Empire headed towards the Al-Star Belt, then left the Milky Way.
