"Damn it, another planet destroyer battleship was eaten."
On the Imperial Planet's side, Murray and John were also watching this battle. They wanted to send their troops to support Terra planet, but due to the fear of the Great Serpent attacking this place, they didn’t do so in the end.
However, when they saw Fang Yun showcasing his power and devouring their battleships one after the other, their expressions became extremely gloomy.
"It’s basically certain now that this monster eats our spaceships to grow."
Payne said to Murray. "Not only spaceships, but it can also devour small planets."
"Previously, our fleet captured a video of this pathogen blasting a small planet with a laser beam, then swallowed all of the fragments into its stomach."
It’s not common for Pathogens to eat various objects and creatures, but their energy source is mostly infected, intelligent creatures. However, this serpent-pathogen is different from any pathogen they saw before.
It likes to eat very much; In fact, most of its time every day is spent on eating.
They concluded from this that eating fuel its growth.
The people of the Supreme Blue Empire have observed Fang Yun's changes. In just a period of 1 year, it had grown from over 50 kilometers to almost 100 kilometers.
More importantly, Murray and the others noticed that the various special abilities of this great serpent are becoming more powerful.
They knew that Great Serpent can use “Anti-Matter Bombs” something they have been researching for a long time. The great serpent’s “Antimatter Bomb” is much more powerful than the ones he showed last time.
Fang Yun's growth speed caused Murray and his subordinates to be frightened. This news was not disclosed, otherwise, panic, fear, and despair will spread amongst the Empire citizens.
If this serpent-pathogen is given more time, how far will it grow?
It probably won’t take it a long time to surpass the 100-kilometer-level. At that time, with an even bigger size and more powerful special abilities, the Imperial Capital might not be able to defend against it.
"Elder Murray, I think we'd better send more Planet Destroyer over there."
Besides Murray, John suggested.
Twelve Norton-class planet destroyers were besieging the Great Serpent before, but now only 7 are left.
Three of them initiated the self-destruction procedures, and the rest was swallowed inside Fang Yun’s stomach.
The strength of the fleet besieging Fang Yun dropped sharply, but Fang Yun's injuries aren’t serious, and he is rapidly recovering.
“Boom!!”
Fang Yun flicked his tail again. This time he directly attacked the spacecraft around with his body. No spacecraft could stop his tail attack. Each time his tail collided with the cold metallic spaceships, they immediately exploded.
Fang Yun fought like an invincible god of war, no spaceship or battleship could stop him, getting destroyed one after the other.
"Elder, we can’t go on like this.."
Payne became more anxious as time passed.
"If this continues, he will destroy and eat that fleet!"
"Over time, he will attack one fleet after the other destroying and eating them, fueling his growth."
After hearing what Payne said, Murray frowned, and a hint of anxiety rose in his heart. He also knows this, but he can’t make any decision lightly, the lives of the people in this solar system depends on him.
"Damn it, Downey shouldn't have provoked this monster."
Murray cursed internally, but he knows that Downey can’t be blamed. It’s the Empire’s rule to attack and kill pathogens upon discovery.
"Elder Murray, the king is calling you."
Suddenly, a staff member walked to Murray's side and said to him, shaking Murray’s heart.
Looking at other people, their faces are also unsightly.
Since the King called Murray this time, he is most likely not satisfied with the work of the elders’ council. Elder Murray might be reprimanded.
This is not just Elder Murray’s problem alone, it’s a problem for the entire elder council.
"...Let's go."
Murray didn't think much. After greeting the staff member, he walked to another room, and soon he came to the communication device.
The call began.
In front of Murray, a transparent blue light holographic projection appeared. On which was the image of their king.
"Murray."
The king's face was calm and his tone was normal, but it gave Murray unimaginable pressure.
"Your Majesty.”
Murray saluted the king on the holographic screen. Not only him, but everyone who walked behind him saluted as well.
"Is that giant serpent threatening the capital again?"
King Zahan stood in the transparent holographic screen, indifferently asking Murray
"Yes."
Murray nodded in response, then said again: "My lord, the current giant serpent is more powerful than before."
When talking about this, there was a bitter smile on his face. Currently, they can’t do anything to that creature.
"Is that Great Serpent a Fifth-class pathogen?" King Zahan asked calmly. "Murray, you know, with our current military power, it shouldn’t be difficult to kill a fifth-class pathogen. "
If it is a common fifth-class pathogen, it is indeed possible to kill it.
Just like when they dealt with the golden behemoth before, Murray knew from Payne’s recounting that if it hadn’t been for the giant serpent to make trouble, the golden behemoth would have died a long time ago.
"Your highness, this is not an ordinary fifth-class pathogen," Murray hurriedly explained.
"Oh? What’s so uncommon about it?" At this time, besides the king, another voice rang, and a man appeared next to the king.
The moment that man appeared, King Zahan suddenly stood up and saluted. "My lord."
"Lord!"
Murray and the others stared at the holographic screen, after seeing this scene, their body moved, standing straight in front of the screen and bowing sown.
"Is this the lord?"
John and the others stood in the crowd behind. From the corner of their eyes, they glanced secretly at the holographic screen. That man looked like them, but he looked much more mysterious and imposing. The majestic King Zahan was eclipsed in front of him.
"I heard that this lord is from the seventh heaven..."
John muttered indistinctly, very excited at this thought.
