---------------------
After Payne gave the order to retreat, their fleet started moving backward, all space fighters returned to the Cargo spaceships and battleships, then all spaceships turned on their energy shield in a formation while preparing to start a space jump.
"They want to retreat."
Fang Yun immediately guessed their thoughts from the fleet’s actions. Without any hesitation, he used “Ultimate Gravity” on one of their Norton-class battleships, pulling it out of the Hyperspace.
However, the rest of the fleet was able to escape.
"I could only hold up one..."
Fang Yun sighed internally, these spaceships were consciously maintaining a certain distance between each other, hence, he could only pull out one target.
After pulling the Norton-class Planet Destroyer out of hyperspace, Fang Yun rushed forward, opening his huge mouth and swallowing it.
"Damn it, Gülen was pulled out of hyperspace."
After Payne and the others entered the hyperspace, they immediately noticed that a Norton-class battleship is missing.
In the control center of the command ship, whether it’s Payne or Oliver, their expression is unusually ugly.
This time they suffered a heavy loss. In the end, they did not expect to lose another Norton-class Planet Destroyer even if they decided to escape.
"Haah, how can our Supreme Blue Empire suffer from so many disasters? Why are we so unlucky."
Payne sighed and muttered, the gloomy connotation between his brows could not be hidden.
Outside, after Fang Yun swallowed the Norton-class planet destroyer, he turned around to deal with the golden behemoth, but unfortunately, this guy has long since disappeared.
"Lucky bastard."
Fang Yun muttered, he didn’t plan to spend time looking for that golden behemoth, this guy might not be very powerful, but its escape and hiding ability is even above that of his own. Looking for it would be wasting a lot of his time.
Now his main goal is evolution.
"Now my bio-energy is more than 18 billion points. I need just around 1 to 2 billion points to evolve."
This time, the requirement for evolution is 20 billion bio-energy points, and he is close to fulfilling this goal.
As soon as he turned around, Fang Yun quickly moved towards the Imperial Planet of the Supreme Blue Empire. Currently, he isn’t worried about the Milky Way Galaxy.
The Supreme Blue Empire should not dare to send their troops to the galaxy battlefield easily. However, relying on their current forces in the Milky Way galaxy, it’s impossible to quickly conquer it.
This is undoubtedly the best situation for the Human Federation that needs time to develop.
Fang Yun slowly moved forward. Not far away, a giant turtle emerged from the void, howling cheerfully, then quickly following behind.
The two of them didn't hurriedly rush to the Imperial Capital. it took them a full three months before arriving at the Imperial Capital of the Supreme Blue Empire.
In this period of time, Fang Yun also completed another evolution, reaching level 84 and getting 83 skill points. This time, he upgraded “Antimatter Bomb” to the third level, further increasing its power
After reaching level 3, the attack power of “Antimatter Bomb” has vastly surpassed “Super Laser Cannon”. It might not match the laser cannon in terms of speed and instantaneous burst, but just its extreme explosive power is enough for him to chose it as his main attack skill.
When Fang Yun arrived at the imperial capital of the Supreme Blue Empire, on the Imperial Planet, the council of elders was holding a meeting.
"Everyone."
Great Elder Murray stood at the forefront of the conference table. He looked at the people in front of him with a solemn expression.
"On the issue about the disappearance of the great serpent, please express your opinions."
Payne, Oliver, John, and Odyssey also participated in this meeting.
After hearing Murray's words, all four of them had scrunched brows. Among those present, only the four of them were considered to have had close contact with the serpent-pathogen.
"Elder Murray, His Majesty asked us to send fifteen Norton-class planet destroyers to the Milky Way galaxy. About this matter..."
Suddenly, an old man stood up and said to Murray.
"I think that it’s best to complete his majesty’s orders since the Great Serpent is likely no longer in this area.”
"Elder Kidd, we mustn’t do this at the moment."
After hearing this old man’s words, John and Odyssey waved their hands and said.
“Recently, the manpower on the side of the Imperial Capital is already getting tight. If we further divide our manpower away and send them to the intergalactic battlefield, there will be a high chance of an accident occurring on the side of the Imperial Capital."
The elder named Kidd turned his head and said indifferently to John and the others.
"This matter is an order from his majesty. Even more frightening is that it might come from that lord. We don’t have the right to refuse."
Because this elder has been the one in contact with the King recently, he has endured a lot of angry bursts and pressure.
Especially when the Norton-class Planet Destroyer fleet that they planned to send to the intergalactic battlefield was ordered to assist Payne and his fleet to hunt the Golden Behemoth. Now let’s not mention the failure of the hunt, the destruction of that fleet had caused the King to be furious.
When the full details of the incident reached the King, he became very dissatisfied with the council of elders. He exerted a lot of pressure on them to deal with this incident as soon as possible and continue sending battleships to the Intergalactic Battlefield.
"Elder Kidd, it’s not a question whether we can refuse this request or not. This concerns the safety of the entire Imperial Capital.”
Payne and Oliver glanced at each other and chose to stand with John and Odyssey's camp. They fought head-on with the serpent-pathogen and know its horror.
Even the current strength of the Imperial Capital caused them to feel insecure, let alone further dividing their forces and sending them away.
If they did this, there is a very high chance that that serpent-pathogen will destroy the Imperial Capital, killing countless citizens, nobles, and high-class people, and destroying the economic center of the Hunter Galaxy.
If this truly happens, then they will be reviled as sinners through the ages. Such things must never happen.
"We need to gove an explanation for his highness."
Elder Kidd frowned and said.
"Furthermore, we must listen to that lord's opinion, otherwise, the future days of our Supreme Blue Empire will be very uncomfortable."
"Now we must persevere. Once the war with the Milky Way Galaxy ends, everything will settle down"
