"Boom, Dam, Dam!"
John and the Odyssey’s spacecraft stopped at an airport, landing on the ground and stretching for quite a distance. Then, they boarded an empty flying car next to the airport and moved in a certain direction.
"John, the council of elders is already waiting for us now."
Odyssey glanced at the holographic image emitted from his watch. Inside was a conference room, with a table in the middle, and a dozen people sitting around it.
This is the elder council of the Supreme Blue Empire.
Apart from the Supreme King, the council of elders has the greatest power, assisting the king of the Supreme Blue Empire to control this galactic Empire.
"The thirteen elders are all here."
Looking at the scene on the holographic screen, John was also amazed. There were a total of 13 elders. He didn't expect that they all appeared this time.
"It seems that they all pay a lot of attention to this incident."
John muttered indistinctly.
Indeed, the elders did pay a bit of attention after receiving the news from Downey. They organized the corresponding manpower to increase the patrol of the frontier, but they never thought that not long after, John and Odyssey would bring back the news of the fifth-class pathogen.
"Great Elder, do you think that the pathogen John saw this time is the one that Downey mentioned previously?"
In the elders’ conference room, one of the old men sitting around the conference table said to the figure on the first seat.
There was a number ‘7’ on the clothes of the person who asked the question, indicating that he is the seventh elder of the Supreme Blue Empire’s elder council.
"It shouldn't be wrong."
In the first seat, after a slight pause, the Great Elder said in a deep voice, his face was very gloomy. This incident caught him off guard.
"We must deal with this matter well. His Majesty is currently working hard to deal with the battle against the Milky Way galaxy. Don't let this distract him."
The Great Elder said with a deep voice.
"Yeah." The other elders all nodded in agreement with a solemn expression on their faces.
A fifth-class pathogen is a true disaster to any galaxy. If they don’t handle this problem correctly, it might become a disaster that no one could handle or resist.
Maybe, it will even affect the roots of their Empire.
"The most important thing is that this incident can't affect this battle, otherwise, if it causes the dissatisfaction of that Highness, our Hunter galaxy will be over."
The great elder said solemnly, the couldn’t help but release a long sigh.
“Knock! Knock!”
Suddenly the sound of knocking sounded from the door of the conference room, relieving the tense atmosphere in the conference room. After a moment of silence, the great elder said.
"It seems that John and the Odyssey are here. It just so happens that we ask them for the details."
After saying this, the great elder calmly said to the door of the conference room.
"Come in."
Outside the door, Odyssey and John stood there quietly, waiting for a response from the great people inside before they pushed the door and walked inside.
Both of them looked a bit nervous at this time. After a second or two, they said together while bowing.
"I have seen all the elders."
"Okay, come here."
The Grand Elder beckoned them directly. When John and Odyssey came to the conference table, he said straightforwardly.
"John, Odyssey, tell us exactly about the situation at that time."
The eyes of the thirteen elders fell on John and the Odyssey, causing the two to be even more nervous. After swallowing a mouthful of saliva, John took a deep breath, then started recounting the situation at that time.
The elders around the conference table listened quietly to John's narration, frowning as they heard more about the incident.
Things aren’t that simple.
Not only there is a fifth-class pathogen, there is another fourth-class pathogen, and according to John's description, this fourth-class pathogen is also very powerful.
"If the fourth-class pathogen escapes, then, in our galaxy, there will be not only a fifth-class pathogen but also a particularly powerful fourth-class one.”
The expression on the Grand Elder's face was very ugly. To deal with the fourth-class pathogen, they will need at least a giant fleet led by five Norton-class planet destroyers to have some certainty to kill it.
And even so, they might not necessarily be able to kill it. After all, creatures of this level have a lot of means to save their lives and escape.
As for the fifth-class pathogen, they are even more difficult to deal with.
"Elder..."
At this time, John on one side hesitantly said, interrupting the thoughts of the great elder. When the great elder looked at him, he wiped the sweat from his forehead and said solemnly.
"I think now we must solve those two monsters as soon as possible."
"They must have just had a big battle. Regardless of whether the fourth-class pathogen has escaped or not, now is the best time to send troops."
After hearing John's advice, the great elder nodded.
"You are right, but..."
After hesitating for a moment, he sighed bitterly and said.
"We don't have that much manpower now.."
"This……"
Hearing the words of the great elder, John and Odyssey looked at each other, taken aback, but they quickly realized why.
The Supreme Blue Empire controls the entire Hunter galaxy alone, so how can such a huge empire have no manpower to deal with a pathogen.
The reason for saying this is probably due to their battle against the Milky Way Galaxy.
The Supreme Blue Empire invested the majority of troops there
"Great Elder."
John couldn't help but suggest.
"We can slow down the war against the Milky Way galaxy, for now, the most important thing is to deal with the fifth-class pathogen."
In John’s opinion, the battle against the Milky Way is not urgent, the most important thing is to deal with the pathogen in their territory, as it constitutes the greatest danger to them now.
If they give enough time for that fifth-class pathogen, it’s probably not impossible for it to control the entirety of their galaxy’s intelligent creatures.
"You don't need to worry about this."
The great elder waved his hand indifferently and said.
"John, Odyssey, you must be tired, go down first, we will discuss this matter later."
"But..." John wanted to say something, but he was held back by Odyssey, and finally could only walk out of the conference room with his head down.
The great elder who saw this scene shook his head slightly. How could he not know their priorities, but they had no other choice at the moment. They must fulfill that highness’s order as soon as possible.
Releasing a long sigh, the great elder straightened his body and was about to continue the discussion with the other elders, but suddenly a harsh siren sounded outside the room.
