-----------------------
"what--"
Frye watched the terrifying giant eyeballs on the display screen with an astonished and scared expression. He never expected to fall into such a dangerous situation due to just a single serpent-pathogen.
"It's the serpent-pathogen, it's right in front of us!"
In front of Frye, a staff member said loudly, and this person's voice suddenly awakened Frye, who quickly reacted and started shouting.
"Fire! Attack it now!"
"Yes!!"
The staff in the control room yelled loudly, followed by a rain of lasers heading towards Fang Yun.
“Boom! Boom!!”
Endless laser beams bombarded Fang Yun, brilliant rays of light exploded, illuminating the endless dark space. The huge serpent was pushed back by an energy explosion that is countless times more powerful than a nuclear explosion.
On its body, Large chunks of meat and scales were burned into nothingness, and gigantic wounds with a size of up to several kilometers appeared.
However, these wounds that would have immediately killed any ordinary creature were healing at an unimaginable speed.
"Damn, this monster's recovery ability is too abnormal!"
Inside the control center, Frye let out a sigh of relief when he saw Fang Yun getting bombarded with lasers. He’s confident that the attacks from their powerful A-class Turbo laser cannons will shred that monster to pieces.
However, when he saw Fang Yun’s injuries quickly healing, his face turned gloomy.
"All ships obey orders and attack this pathogen!"
Frye quickly issued the order for all the spaceships in his fleet to attack the serpent-pathogen.
This pathogen's recovery ability is very abnormal, but no matter how abnormal it is, there’s a limit. If the rate at which it’s getting injured is much higher than the rate at which it’s regenerating, he doesn’t believe that it won’t die.
"Fire! Attack with maximum power! Don’t give it any opportunity!"
Frye roared loudly in the control room. The moment his voice sounded, one ship after another aimed at Fang Yun who was in the center of the fleet, then started attacking him with their laser cannons.
Round after round of laser beams shot towards Fang Yun, and even if he tried to dodge them, his injuries became more and more terrifying. Under his increasingly grim injuries, even his superb regeneration ability couldn’t keep up.
Moreover, the pain he suffered due to the vaporization of his flesh is something he never felt before. He raised his head and roar angrily at the rest of the fleet.
“Roar!!!!!”
A silent roar roared sounded from Fang Yun’s roar in space, but under the translation of every spaceship in the fleet, almost all personnel heard the roar and the immense fury hidden in it.
This loud roar resounded in every spaceship, shocking all the personnel in the command center of their respective spaceships. In fact, even some spaceships stopped firing as the people responsible for the shooting were scared.
Of course, this just continued for a second.
The rain of laser attacks from the planet-destroyers, cargo spaceships, and space fighters never stoped.
Fang Yun knew that he couldn’t continue to passively receive the attack of this fleet. He suddenly opened his gigantic mouth and spat a huge laser beam towards the main command ship, the Archangel.
“Whoosh!!”
A gigantic laser beam burst out of his mouth, spanning a distance of 100,000 miles instantly and headed straight towards the Archangel.
Unfortunately, the Archangel responded very quickly, as the moment Fang Yun opened his mouth, they deployed their energy shield.
“Boom!!!”
Fang Yun's laser beam landed on the shield of the Archangel, coming to a standstill for a few seconds, before breaking the energy shield of the Archangel and falling straight on its body.
The S-grade superalloy of the Archangel was instantly burned in front of a temperature of tens of millions of degrees. The entire front part of the Archangel was almost completely destroyed.
Fortunately, the control center is not at the front section of the spaceship, but at the center, but even so, the spaceship suffered from a lot of damage, causing a large number of instruments and weapons to be unusable.
"This……"
Frye was dumbfounded upon seeing his Archangel getting almost scrapped.
It wasn’t just him, but even the people in the meeting room of the El Family were shocked upon seeing this scene.
"An energy beam directly broke the energy shield of the Archangel and destroyed its front compartment. How powerful is the attack power of this pathogen?"
In the meeting room of the El family, everyone was sluggish upon seeing this scene.
The Archangel is an Imperial-class planet-destroyer battleship, the highest-class ship the Empire can normally deploy. However, they are convinced that if it met this Pathogen alone, it would have no chance of surviving.
"This pathogen has likely reached the peak of the third-class. If more time is given to it, it’s likely to become a terrifying fourth-class Pathogen. A super dangerous creature that can threaten the entire Empire.”
After a deep silence in the conference room, a voice suddenly sounded. It was Redrick, and he looked very excited now.
In his view, the stronger the pathogen is, the better it will be.
Because it can never defeat such a powerful fleet. In the end, it will only be helplessly killed and its energy core will fall onto their hand.
"Quickly, get away from it!"
Frye suddenly recovered from his sluggish state and shouted at the staff around him. The current Archangel I can’t bear the counterattack of that serpent-pathogen at all.
Although there were problems with some circuits, the power unit is still able to operate. The Archangel quickly turned around and left the battlefield.
In the next moment, the other spaceships inserted between Fang Yun and the Archangel, preventing him from launching other attacks on it.
“Roar!!!!”
Seeing his prey escaping, Fang Yun angrily roared. He opened his mouth and sent another laser beam towards it. This time the beam landed on a Victory-class planet destroyer.
And for this Victory-class Planet Destroyer, under Fang Yun's serious laser beam. The energy shield was instantly destroyed. From the front compartment to the middle control center, everything was vaporized.
“Boom!!!”
In the end, the power units were affected, causing the reminded of the spaceship to immediately explode. The explosion covered a range of thousands of kilometers, destroying many space fighters nearby.
After destroying a Victory-class planet destroyer with a single strike, Fang Yun’s body flashed as he immediately disappeared.
His speed is very fast, moving forward at a sub-light speed. The energy weapons of the entire fleet couldn’t accurately lock him, even in this vast expanse of space.
Apart from super weapons that can lock objects at sub-light speed, they can only rely on their judgment to detect his route in advance.
However, these battleships obviously don’t have this ability.
“Boom! Boom!”
Two more Victory-class Planet Destroyers were destroyed, creating a dazzling explosion in space.
"Damn it."
From a distance, Frye was shocked and angry as he watched this situation. He couldn’t tolerate this serpent-pathogen doing weather it wants on this battlefield!
