--------------------------
A space fleet appeared in front of Fang Yun, composed of ninety space fighters, and three giant cargo spaceships, each of which is over ten kilometers long.
Among the three cargo ships, the one in the middle is obviously the main/command ship. It’s the largest, over 12 kilometers long.
On all of these spaceships and space fighters, there is a sharp sword sign.
Red Sun Regiment, Sword Squadron.
"Ouroboros."
Tang Guo stood in the control room of the command ship, greeting Fang Yun not far away. In the past half-year, she meticulously planned every step of their plan, her subordinates only need to execute what she has arranged.
This time, she mobilized the sword Squadron to accompany her on missions. The sword Squadron is larger and more powerful than the shield Squadron. However, the Shield Squadron has a super trump card.
The Battlestar.
With the combined efforts of the Red Sun Base scientific research team, they managed to initially fix this superweapon and activate some of its functions. Although it has just barely recovered some of its functions, it has the power to threaten a Victory-class planet destroyer now.
Therefore, Tang Guo can finally leave the Red Sun base with peace of mind, taking a huge chunk of its defensive forces.
"It looks like you are ready, then let's go."
“Roar!!”
Fang Yun nodded at Tang Guo, then stretched out his coiled body. At the same time, he raised his head and roared.
After a while, from the dark space far away, a huge behemoth ran over, quickly waving its limbs. It’s the giant turtle, or as the citizens of the Federation likes to call it, Xuan Wu.
The team finally started moving.
Tang Guo's purpose this time was to take advantage of the chaos to obtain high-tech technology, high-tech space fighters/spaceships, and to dig the source stone mine.
In the past six months, they had already planned their route, so it took them only a few space jumps before arriving in outer space near the central continent.
The position they are currently in looks relatively empty, but there are many electromagnetic waves constantly moving around them, which can be translated into various roars and howls. They are obviously the roars of Stra Beasts.
Tang Guo’s fleet has entered the Star Beast Tide area once again.
The nearby star beasts should have sensed their existence, as they started heading towards them.
But right at that moment, Fang Yun unfolded his energy field around, intimidating most Star Beasts around and stopping them from approaching.
If there was a Planet Destroyer spaceship nearby, it would definitely perceive Fang Yun's special energy field and treat him as a pathogen.
"They retreated."
In the main ship, Tang Guo looked at the display screen in front of her and breathed a sigh of relief. Sure enough, as they thought, those star beasts are very afraid of Fang Yun's energy field, forcing them to stay away.
"Our location is in an empty area, around 4 million kilometers away from the central continent.”
Tang Guo explained to everyone in the control room.
"Move 3 million kilometers closer to the central continent, then send our intelligence personnel there to check the situation for us."
This distance might sound scary, but for their current space fighters and cargo spaceships, it’s nothing.
Because their speed is already extremely fast. Space fighters are much faster than cargo ships, and cargo ships can already travel at the speed of 1000 km/s.
So, moving at full speed, they can quickly reach the central continent.
Indeed, it took them about an hour to arrive at their designated location, then their intelligence personnel started leaving the team and heading towards the central continent.
The intelligence personnel will be in a very dangerous situation after leaving the team. They can be easily attacked by star beasts, so they need to reach the central continent as quickly as possible.
The command ship and the space fighters sent to gather intelligence are always in contact, and Fang Yun can receive all the information from the command ship, so Fang Yun also understood the current situation of the intelligence personnel.
The intelligence personnel who went out is composed of 10 pilots and five space fighters, all of which are Warlord 2B series.
After increasing the speed of their space fighters to the extreme, they reached the Central Continent without any trouble.
The defense of the Central Continent has not been broken yet.
There is a large number of disordered and strong electromagnetic waves around it, driving away the majority of star beasts.
Although many star beasts are still directly appearing in the space above the Central Continent, they will be immediately attacked and killed by the guarding army.
Tang Guo’s intelligence personnel entered the Central Continent without much hindrance, then started to investigate the situation of the Central Continent.
The Central Continent now welcomes these small fleets because it has temporarily lost the protection of the SkyRiver Empire.
The star beast tide is currently violently assaulting the territory of the SkyRiver Empire, leaving the empire with no choice but to shrink their defense range.
According to the calculations of relevant personnel, this star beast tide is just a small scale one. Its duration should be around 7 years.
Now only half a year has passed.
The main forces of the SkyRiver Empire are all defending their central frontier. They naturally won’t send to many troops to such a remote area as the Grave Star Battlefield.
Therefore, the officers of the Empire and the higher-ups of the giant cooperations here are encouraging private forces to come to the Central Continent to jointly resist the beast tide.
"It seems that the pressure on the Central Continent is relatively high."
Fang Yun and Tang Guo discussed using the information at hand. After a little thought, both of them saw the predicament of the Central Continent. At present, there are many huge machines sending electromagnetic waves into space, making this area extremely chaotic and repelling to the average star beast
However, the number of Star Beasts is uncalculable. Despite the majority of them avoiding this place, just that 5 to 10% that the electromagnetic waves don’t affect is a lot.
The worse the situation of the Central Continent, the better the opportunity there is for them to take advantage of. Some high-tech that is forbidden or controlled suddenly appeared in large quantities. In the midst of a war, the energy consumption of various weapons and tech is extremely high.
"Under such a circumstance, many people must have urgent demands for source stones."
There must be source stone mines near the central continent. It’s just that star beasts absolutely love eating them. Most star beasts can feel the existence of source stones mines upon getting closer, attracting them like hungry sharks
So near those source stone mines, there must have a large number of giant star beasts, causing them to abandon them.
Tang Guo and her crew took this into account, so they brought a lot of high-quality source stones with them. They can use them to buy a lot of high-tech technology they want. Their main goals are space fighters and advanced battleships blueprint, communication technology, etc...
Tang Guo and her crew’s goal this time is to get galaxy-level communication equipment, which is the one that the SkyRiver Empire uses.
In this way, Tang Guo and her crew temporarily stayed near the Central Continent. Due to Fang Yun’s protection, they don’t have to worry about the threat of Star Beasts.
