----------------------------
"Elder Lu Yuan."
In a conference room, Tang Guo led her subordinates to sit around the conference table. In front of her was a young man who looked only in his twenties
However, this "young man" is already over sixty years old. He is Lu Cheng’s descendent. He won the family competition and got the elder seat that Lu Cheng vacated.
As for Lu Cheng, he is now leisurely living his last remaining years in a nursing home. Of the former seven elders, only two of them are still living, Lu Cheng and Lan Ying of the Lan family.
Both of them have ties with Tang Guo’s family, especially Lan Ying. He was originally the supporter behind the Tang Family.v
One of the reasons why Tang Guo can develop so smoothly and have the status she currently has is due to his support. She is currently not only the captain of the second squadron of the “Warlords” team but also the commander-in-chief of the “Red Sun” base.
In fact, the Second Squadron of the “Warlords” team has long since been independent and is completely under Tang Guo's jurisdiction. She can expand or reduce the number of troops at will.
In addition, the “Red Sun” Base has two production bases, Red Sun Heavy Industries and Red Star Group, which are used to produce space cargo ships and space fighters. Basically, it can be said that Red Sun Base is like an independent kingdom, and Tang Guo is the queen of this base.
A few years ago, her father and mother gave birth to another child, which allowed Tang Guo to concentrate more on her work.
Now in the Red Sun base, there are a total of 147 Warlord space fighters and four cargo spaceships, one of which has suffered heavy damage and is under repair.
All of the 147 warlord fighters are the second generation. Among them, the 2A fighters, which are bulky and high-attack fighters, total 102. Moreover, the 3A warlord space fighters are already out.
The Type 3A warlord fighters are equipped with a turbo laser cannon, and two super laser cannons, the turbo laser cannon is mounted at the bottom, while the two super cannons are mounted on the wings.
The entire energy of the space fighter can allow it to use the turbo laser cannons three times, which each round of bombardment capable of causing extreme damage. It can also allow it to use the super laser cannons 150 times before the energy rams out.
Although the type 3A warlord space fighter is extremely powerful, it’s still an assembly of various other powerful spacecraft. The energy devices and weapon devices are all scoured from the wreckage of battleships and other advanced space fighters, hence not all 3A warlord space fighters are equal in performance.
Overall, the space fighters of the ‘Red Sun’ base can be divided into three categories.
The first category is the Warlord 2A space fighter. It has a total of 82 fighters and 246 pilots.
The second category is the Warlord 2B space fighter, with a total of 45 fighters and 135 pilots.
The third and final category is the Warlord 3A space fighter, with a total of 20 fighters and 60 pilots.
During this period, Tang Guo also changed the names of the pilot corps from the “Warlords” corps to the Red Sun corps.
She divided them into two squadrons, the sword, and the shield.
Among them, the sword squadron is under her direct command and is mainly responsible for external tasks, while the Shield Squadron is responsible for the security of the entire base.
The Sword Squadron is equipped with fifteen Warlord 3A fighters, 25 Warlord 2B fighters, 50 Warlord 2A fighters, three cargo ships, and 500 specially trained soldiers for the protection of the cargo ships and occasional land landings.
There is also a large number of logistic personnel.
After returning this time, Tang Guo can be said to have carried out drastic reforms on the entire base, making it much more prosperous and powerful.
In addition to the above-mentioned series of reforms, two more spacecraft production bases and two new research institutes were established. Finally, a foreign trade department was established to conduct business with some gold-digging teams and mercenaries.
The reason for this is that after Tang Guo came back this time, she received an incredible piece of news. They found a huge source stone mine on a planet near the Red Sun base.
"Elder Lu Yuan, what are the instructions of the council of elders?
Tang Guo stood in front of Lu Yuan in a huge meeting room. The elders took Tang Guo’s plan very seriously. They felt that this was the key opportunity for the Blue Planet Federation to rise.
A huge star beast tide suddenly broke out, and their target is the SkyRiver Empire. Now that their technology has advanced once again. Maybe they can take advantage of this crisis to get some benefits.
"All of the elders including me are paying special attention to your plan."
Lu Yuan pushed the glasses on the bridge of his nose and said.
"The other elders also think this is an opportunity, but it’s also a challenge. If we aren’t careful, this might bring an unimaginable disaster to the Federation and all of humanity”
According to Tang Guo and Fang Yun’s plan. They will lead an army to the Central Continent, then see if they can get some high-tech equipment or spaceships during the ensuing chaos.
The thing that they want and need the most now is a planet-destroyer battleship. The design and technology used to make these things are completely different from conventional battleships.
Another goal of theirs is the source stone mines.
Near the Central Continent, there are many source stone mines, but most of them are controlled by the SkyRiver Empire official and some large consortia.
However, once the star beast tide arrives, they are likely to withdraw the people in the Source Stone Mine, giving Tang Guo a chance.
The beast tide usually lasts for a long time, mainly because sometimes they will stop and eat or destroy all traces of intelligent lives on their way. Especially now that they will cross the territory of the SkyRiver Empire.
That place is right in the center of the Milky Way galaxy. It’s also the most energy-rich place and densely populated area in the galaxy, so they will definitely stop to attack the creatures there.
Although Star Beasts usually survive by devouring all kinds of cosmic radiation, they still prefer to eat those energy-rich resources.
Therefore, even superpowers like the SkyRiver Empire feel that Star Beast Tides are very troublesome.
A small beast tide can cause the SkyRiver Empire a great loss. If it is a medium-sized beast tide, the SkyRiver Empire’s economy will definitely regress. As for large beast tides, even the SkyRiver Empire has to temporarily relocate.
For example, in the remote areas of the Milky Way galaxy, most of the occurring beast Tides are small scale ones, and they usually collapse in 8 to 10 years.
In Tang Guo’s plan, Fang Yun's presence is critical. The reason why they aren’t very afraid of the catastrophic Star Beast Tide and even thought of exploiting it is due to Fang Yun’s presence.
His energy field is extremely powerful, capable of scaring away most Star Beasts.
Moreover, he can confidently defeat all Star Beasts that can overcome his energy field.
The thing they need to worry about is nightmare-class Star Beasts, but they are extremely rare and noticeable, so their chance of meeting is extremely small.
The other thing they need to worry about is other fleets. If they see them cooperate with Fang Yun, the first thing they will think of is that they are controlled by a Pathogen.
Furthermore, Fang Yun’s aura his fundamentally different from ordinary Star Beasts, if he doesn’t deliberately control it, he will be immediately identified as a Pathogen. Just like Elvira back on Earth.
This time, we decided that I will personally come to help you upon a collective vote."
Lu Yuan said solemnly. "All of us have the same idea. We need to be extremely careful in our next steps. One misstep can make us fall in the abyss.”
"Well, we will strictly follow the rules of the elders. I will listen to your orders next, sir."
Tang Guo nodded heavily.
Hearing this, Lu Yuan's face finally relaxed. After a moment of silence, he said.
"Command Tang, take me to see Master Ouroboros."
