-----------------------
“Boom!”
The energy beam bombarded the shield of the cargo ship, resulting in a blinding explosion. Suddenly, the laser cannon of the space cargo ship was fully charged. They instantly dissipated the energy shield and started to lock the target of the attack, which is the giant serpent in space.
Fang Yun's figure shuttled around, the locking system was unable to lock him at all.
In desperation, they had no choice but to use the near attack guns. They carried out a rain like a bombardment on Fang Yun, raining him with countless attacks. Unfortunately, even if these near-attack guns hit Fang Yun, they couldn't break through his scales.
“Roar!!”
Fang Yun opened his mouth and roared silently. The shaking of his neck muscles looked very scary.
“Boom!!”
Another projectile landed on Fang Yun’s body. In the next moment, Fang Yun suddenly raised his head and launched another energy beam towards the spaceship. He started his counterattack.
“Boom!! Boom!!”
The energy shield reappeared, protecting the spaceship from Fang Yun’s energy beam which resulted in a large explosion.
The energy shield still firmly protected the cargo ship, but visible ripples could be seen on it. In the command room, Levi watched the indicators on the screen with a pale face. According to the latest indicators, the energy of the shield is about to run out. If suffers from a few more attacks like the previous energy beam, it will break.
Fang Yun's attack power is too high, almost reaching the bearing limit of their spacecraft. If things continue like this, they are going to suffer total annihilation!
"Damn it, this monster's attacks are too fierce, Rave, have you sent the message?"
Levi yelled at a young man not far away. The young man was madly tapping on the buttons on the control board, drops of sweat trickled across his forehead.
"Captain, I can’t! the nearby space is enveloped by some weird electromagnetic waves, we can’t send the rescue message out!”
After hearing the young man's words, Levi’s face changed, just as he was about to say something, several shadows appeared next to their spaceship.
"It's a pirate spaceship. Are these pirates already controlled by this pathogen?"
Levi’s complexion was very ugly. Judging from the number of red dots on the display in front of them, at least forty spaceships arrived next to their spaceship.
After these spaceships arrived, they immediately launched a round of attacks on their energy shield.
"Damn it!"
Levi yelled, their spaceship is too big, under the siege of so many enemy spaceships, it’s impossible to execute any space maneuvres or dodge them.
However, the power of the laser cannons of these spacecraft is much weaker than the Pathogen, so their energy shield was able to withstand this wave of attacks. In the next moment, the energy shield dissipated and the people in the cargo ship started their counterattack.
The Federation has been prepared for this so the moment the cargo ship launched its counter-attack, they dispersed. However, they don’t have an energy shield like the cargo ship so two of their spaceships were struck and exploded.
“Boom!”
Fang Yun suddenly opened his mouth and released another energy beam. The people inside the cargo ship were able to activate the energy shield in time, but this time the energy shield failed to defend against Fang Yun’s attack, breaking apart and dissipating in the cold dark space.
The space cargo ship can now be described as a defenseless. The spaceships of the Federation around quickly concentrated their firepower on the power source of the cargo ship.
It wasn’t only them, even Fang Yun continued attacking them with his laser beam attack.
The space cargo ship fled desperately. The people inside focus all of their firepower on Fang Yun and the other spaceships, trying to gain enough time to escape.
Ten seconds later, the power source of the space cargo ship was completely destroyed.
For the final attack, Fang Yun released "Cell Distortion" into the space cargo ship. Just as Levi and the other aliens were prepared to escape through the safety pod, they suddenly froze.
"I...what's wrong with me?"
They suddenly felt that their bodies became incredibly weak. Looking at each other, they noticed that they are aging at a speed visible to the naked eye.
“No!!!”
“We’re becoming older! No! I don’t want to die! NO! Nooo….no....n…”
In just a few minutes, the people in the spacecraft fell onto the ground. Their bodies were like shriveled mummies, with no breath of life at all.
The Federation spaceships slowly surrounded the space cargo ship, then took it under control.
"Everyone, be careful!"
The leader was Henry. He reminded everyone at the entrance of the spacecraft, but after entering and especially seeing the situation of the aliens inside the spacecraft, they were astonished.
All of the aliens inside this space cargo ship died, but their method of death is very weird.
"They... They all died of old age?"
Henry looked at the corpse in front of him. This alien looked extremely old and shriveled. However, one thing can be seen from his eyes, that is panic and fear.
This alien must have experienced some extremely horrifying things before he died.
"This is Ouroboros’s attack method."
Henry swallowed his saliva. The image of a giant snake extending into infinity looking straight at him with its cold giant eyes. He shivered upon the thought of fighting against such a monster.
Immediately afterward, Henry and the others continued moving forward. All of the aliens they found on the way died due to old age, soon after, they reached the command room.
"This...this, the command room of this space cargo ship can still be used."
Henry ignored the shriveled Levi and others on the ground and walked to the operation platform of this spacecraft. His face was full of joy. He almost wanted to yell in delight.
Their current technological level has reached an unprecedented level, but it’s still quite inferior to this cargo ship. Whether it’s the space jumping device, the energy shield, or the main laser cannons, they are something they don’t have now.
"Haha, there are still many complete instruments on this spacecraft."
Henry quickly called Miller to inform him about their situation. Afterward, Miller called Lu Cheng and the other elders.
In an exclusive meeting room back on the Earth, Lu Cheng and the other elders were overjoyed after hearing the news conveyed by Miller.
“Our harvest this time is very great!"
In the conference room, Lu Cheng looked overjoyed, "With this space cargo ship, our space technology will definitely greatly increase again."
"Miller, immediately give the order to your subordinates to bring that space cargo ship back."
Under the orders of Miller, Henry and the others started studying the control board. After messing around for a while, Henry and the other barely figured out how to control this space cargo ship.
Fang Yun left a while ago. When Henry and the others got on the cargo ship. He returned to the space near the Earth. Not long after he returned, Tang Guo drove a Warlord series battleship and flew next to him.
"Ouroboros, this time, it’s entirely your credit that we were able to get that spacecraft in such a complete and good condition.”
Tang Guo thanked Fang Yun sincerely.
Their planet just happens to be on their route, causing their cargo spaceship to be pulled out of hyperspace.
It’s hard to believe that it was all a coincidence, especially considering the remoteness of this place and the incredibly small chance of their planet passing by that route at the exact time the spaceship was passing by.
Although the attack capability of that space cargo ship can’t be compared with the SkyRiver Empire Spaceship, it’s still more advanced than any spaceship the Federation currently has.
Although they can still win without Fang Yun, it will come at a huge cost. The cargo ship might even escape in the end.
After the space cargo ship was brought back to the Earth, all the people that knew of this matter started cheering. If they thoroughly study the various technologies on the cargo ship, Humanity will enter the true interstellar age.
There is one last good news. They found the things they need in the cargo of that cargo spaceship. It’s the Source Stones they need. The people of the Federation were ven more overjoyed upon hearing that.
After capturing this cargo spaceship, the Federation leaders decided to start the wandering plan once again.
