"I just checked the nearby area."
Fang Yun explained to Tang Guo.
"It's very empty here. After three days of exploration and tens of billions of miles of search, I still didn’t find anything worth noting.”
"The Federation should be able to safely rest here before moving to the next destination."
Hearing this, Tang Guo was shocked.
"In the past few days, you traveled across a distance of tens of billions of kilometers?!”
The corners of her mouth twitched slightly.
She knew that Fang Yun's speed was very fast, but she didn't expect that it would be that fast!
Shaking her head, Tang Guo felt at ease again. The higher the strength of Fang Yun, the safer humans would be.
She didn’t know that Fang Yun is currently in a very good mood. His thought process is that after his speed increased so much, his safety in the future will be much higher.
In short, he has made up his mind to continue upgrading “Light Speed Field” until he completely masters the space folding ability and eventually the terrifying ability of space manipulation.
His escape ability has now surpassed all his other abilities.
"Ouroboros, we are planning to live in this place for a while, do you think it’s appropriate?"
Tang Guo asked Fang Yun.
Tang Guo and the majority of other leaders don’t just treat Fang Yun now as a simple collaborator but as their true partner.
Some even consider Fang Yun as the savior or protector of the human race. That’s the way they portrayed Fang Yun in their propaganda after all.
Furthermore, Fang Yun’s intelligence and wisdom has been recognized by them. In fact, the giant serpent is actually more intelligent than the majority of humans.
"This place is too remote. Staying here for 10 to 20 years won’t be difficult with your resources, but more than that will be bad for you. It might even result in you getting stuck in this area forever.”
Fang Yun explained his thoughts to Tang Guo. “Now that you’re resting and dealing with the aftermath of the space crossing, you won’t need a lot of resources, but when you focus back on technology development or even simply maintaining the planetary engines, your requirement for resources will spike.”
"You'd better calculate how much time will your source stones last for, then set off in advance when their number dwindle to a certain point and search for nearby planets to get more resources.”
Tang Guo seriously listened to Fang Yun’s suggestion and made sure to remember everything he said deeply. She couldn’t help but look forward to the day when humans set off to other life planets
Fang Yun’s return greatly reassured the people on the Earth and Earth Guard 3. Some people even like to use their telescope every day to watch Fang Yun wander in space.
Years passed after that. The Federation made every effort to raise their military power and technology every year. It could be said that with each passing year, their military weapons have a great change.
At a certain period of time, they captured many meteorites from space and transformed them into a fortress-like structure. They eventually named as the space fortress.
In these fortresses, there are many heavy-class weapons, such as giant laser cannons.
The Federation also developed a new advanced laser cannon, much more powerful than their previous laser weapons, almost catching up with the laser cannons of the previous SkyRiver Empire Spaceship.
However, they still can’t develop the turbo laser cannon, the one that can destroy the surface of an entire planet, effectively killing every living creature on it.
As time passed, Fang Yun's sense of existence and weight in the Federation grew bigger and bigger. It reached a point where Tang Guo has to ask his opinion on many large scale decisions.
He became almost like another elder of the Federation.
The Federation is still constantly developing its space power. The various space fortresses were dragged into the earth’s orbit to act as one of their layer of defense.
If there is a need, these space fortresses can accelerate, and leave the earth’s orbit, then go to the established location to intercept enemies or assist allies.
Of course, there is no war right now, so they are mostly acting as a defense layer.
After another ten years, the Federation’s technological level has further improved. Their weapon arsenal has expanded even further, and many revolutionary technologies were developed.
They also developed a new energy unit called “Soaring Moon 1”. With this new energy unit, their advanced spaceship’s maximum speed increased several times.
Furthermore, the Federation has developed a top-level space team, this team has a total of 58 people. They are the elite of the elite, selected from thousands of excellent astronauts.
This space military force is called “Warlords", the personnel’s equipment and gear are the top latest models, same goes for their spaceships and weapons.
Their spaceship model is also called the Warlord, currently the Warlord 1 series.
The last piece of tech worth mentioning is the light engine. Spacecrafts with this type of engine can reach a speed of up to 1000 km/s. This speed is already quite terrifying,
In fact, even the majority of the SkyRiver Empire’s spacecraft have this speed. After all, not all spaceships can have powerful engines like the ones on Planetary-class battleships.
This type of spacecraft is mostly used in the civilian field.
For example, some cargo ships used to transport goods have similar speeds, but… they have space jumping technology, which the Warlord 1 series doesn’t have.
After ten years of hard work, the Federation finally managed to reduce the size of their powerful laser cannons, allowing them to be finally installed on the Warlord 1 series battleships.
The Federation higher-ups finally let out sighs of relief.
They still have some understanding of the civilizations of the entire galaxy. Needless to say, the SkyRiver civilization is the absolute Hegemon of the galaxy, being the oldest and by far the most technologically advanced.
Other civilizations have a much lower technological level than the SkyRiver Empire. This isn’t surprising as the SkyRiver Empire couldn’t have been able to rule the galaxy with an iron fist if it wasn’t so.
According to what the Federation learned from the Star Tree, the SkyRiver Empire is at least 7 or 8 grades higher than other civilizations in the milky way galaxy in terms of technological advancements.
The current technological strength of the Blue Planet Federation is actually upper-middle amongst all the civilizations in the Milky Way. Of course, excluding the SkyRiver Empire.
Although their rapid development is mostly due to the technology blueprints found in the Star Tree and debris of the SkyRiver spaceship, this kind of achievement is still enough to be proud of.
Currently, the Federation is considering the “Warlords” team as their main and most important military power. They pushed meteorites in wormholes and used them as their imaginary enemies for the purpose of exercising.
Each and Every Drill costs a lot of source stones to hold.
Whether it’s the wormholes, laser cannons, or the light engine, each one of them costs source stones to use.
Their inventory of source stones is starting to dwindle. They also need source stones to expand both of their “Warlords” team members and the Warlord 1 battleship series.
However, this place is too remote, and going to other planets will not only take a long time, but it’s also very troublesome.
The Higher-ups naturally knows that they can’t continue going like this, they need to discuss the next plan.
What they didn’t know was that a space cargo ship is currently making a space jump on their route. If nothing unexpected happens, they will encounter them after some time.
