Chapter 344: Earth Wandering Plan
🕑 Added 2020-08-27 00:22:07 +0000 UTC1/6 chapter, enjoy.
--------------------------
It has been a month since that great battle. Humans finally started to recover from the previous doomsday-like atmosphere. But they still didn't relax. They are still in a state of war readiness.
Unlike the panic and chaos-filled atmosphere before, they are now more organized and prepared.
High-level government officials began to encourage people to have more children and also started vigorously researching new types of spacecraft.
Their target is a high attack, high speed, and high agility spacecraft. At the same time, in order to establish a complete space combat system, the military vigorously recruited astronaut apprentices.
The alien spaceship that appeared not long ago gave them a great shock and broke their arrogance. Compared to the spaceships of advanced civilizations in the universe, their spaceships and airships are nothing more than toys.
"It's absolutely necessary to establish a new space combat unit!"
This idea was raised by Elder Lu at the council meeting. The other elders naturally didn't have any opinions about this. Although they have many disputes of interest in normal times, in times of crisis, they naturally drop all of their differences and band together.
Right now, they must band together and look for ways to deal with the impending crisis of the SkyRiver civilization.
In addition, they are equally afraid of the 'Great Will', that hideous monster.
But they still consider the threat of the SkyRiver civilization to be much higher than that of the 'Great Will'
First, it goes without saying that the SkyRiver civilization is an unmatched opponent, they are the leaders of this galaxy after all.
The elders also know that the SkyRiver civilization is looking for pathogens everywhere, and the 'Great Will' on their planet is one such pathogen.
In conclusion, the 'Great Will' is the target and prey of the SkyRiver civilization. Correspondingly, the threat it poses to them is far from that of such an advanced civilization.
That's without mentioning that a very powerful individual is currently looking for the 'Great Will' and is planning to deal with it.
"Ouroboros, have you found the position of the 'Great Will' during this time?"
Tang Guo stood under a "mountain" and asked while looking up.
Currently, she has become a member of the military with the rank of a major. Her main responsibility is communicating with Fang Yun.
The "mountain" in front of her is naturally Fang Yun.
After the fight with the 'Great Will', Fang Yun returned to the base on the edge of the Forbidden Land and started living lazily again.
"Its aura has completely disappeared."
Fang Yun turned his huge head, his eyes falling on Tang Guo.
"Tang Guo, what are your future plans. Next, there might be an alien army invading this planet."
He knows that the Blue Planet Federation is now vigorously developing military space power, but this won't be a short term process. Not to mention that what they are facing now is the SkyRiver civilization, the overlord of the galaxy.
"Although you got some fragments from that alien spaceship, and perhaps some new technologies from it, you are still far behind the SkyRiver civilization."
"Even if their technological advancement stagnates, it will still take you thousands of years to reach their level."
Hearing this, Tang Guo laughed bitterly. As a human and high-level member of the federation, she naturally has to take the fate of all of humanity into consideration.
As Fang Yun said, it's completely impossible for them to catch up with the technological level of SkyRiver civilization in a short time. It's a ridiculous thought even as a fantasy.
Just that alien spaceship was terrifying enough. Whether it's its speed or space jumping ability, it's way beyond anything humans have ever created.
"Do you have any good advice?"
"Your Excellency Ouroboros."
A mellow voice suddenly sounded behind Tang Guo.
Fang Yun moved his sight to the people behind Tang Guo. A group of military soldiers walked forward headed by an old man with white hair.
Lu Cheng.
Lu Cheng respectfully locked at the behemoth in front of him. Although it's not the first time he saw him, he is shocked every time he sees this behemoth towering into the sky.
"Back then, he was only a few hundred meters long."
Lu Cheng sighed internally.
He knows that this terrifying behemoth stirred the situation and caused a lot of uproars back in their old hometown, the Blue Planet.
He helped them a lot. The number of kaiju that died on its hands are innumerable.
Unexpectedly, after that catastrophe, this giant monster survived and even somewhat managed to come to the Earth. Not only that, but it has also grown to such a terrifying level, with a might capable of shaking the world.
Furthermore, they are relying on such a behemoth to keep another terrifying monster, the 'Great Will' at bay.
Lu Cheng now really regard Fang Yun as a creature equal to the entirety of the human race. Deep down, he even regards him as a savior.
"Oh, why don't you leave?"
Fang Yun looked at the tiny Lu Cheng in front of him, and couldn't help but mention an idea he saw in a novel in his past life.
"I mean, take the entire Earth with you and leave."
"You can put a lot of planetary engines on the planet, then push it away from its orbit and drive it away."
Fang Yun explained his idea to Lu Cheng.
"Although a spaceship of the SkyRiver Civilization has crashed here, this place is far from the center of the Milky Way galaxy. Even if the SkyRiver Empire receives the news that one of their spaceships disappeared and send a fleet here, it will still take them a long time to arrive at this place."
"In that period of time, maybe the earth would have crossed a long distance. You can even focus on developing new technologies during this time."
After hearing Fang Yun's idea, Lu Cheng remained silent for a long time. Although this idea sounds absurd, it's not completely impossible.
At least it's better than staying here and waiting for death.
They currently don't have any way to take all human beings on the earth and leave in a short time. If they were to truly escape from here, they would have to abandon the majority of humans on earth.
"In addition, if the 'Great Will' dares to make trouble, I will stop it as soon as possible. Furthermore, according to my estimation, it will remain sleeping for a while."
"So you don't have to worry about the 'Great Will' attracting other SkyRiver civilization spaceships for now."
Fang Yun has been searching for the 'Great Will' traces during this time, but that guy is an expert at hiding. Fang Yun didn't find anything until now.
The 'Great Will' poses a big threat even for him, so he is eager to get rid of it while it's still in its weak period.
However, since he can’t find his trace, for the time being, he can only give up. In this period of time, he continued to eat like crazy in order to evolve as soon as possible.
In this way, maybe after the ‘Great Will’ awakens again, his own strength would have grown to another level, giving the ability to instantly kill it.
"Your Excellency Ouroboros, I will carefully discuss your proposal with the other elders in the next council meeting."
Lu Cheng expressed his thoughts.
"For the ‘Great Will’, we can only ask you to pay more attention. Please rest assured, we will vigorously spread your name. For you to get more faith."
Lu Cheng and the other humans always thought that Fang Yun wanted faith, completely unbeknownst to the fact that he only needs reputation points.
"Hehe."
Fang Yun just smirked and didn’t reply. His goal has never been to just spread his name amongst humans, he always wanted them to interact with other intelligent civilizations and spread his name, eventually making him famous across the galaxy!
