“Wooo!!!”
The strange sound continued, it sounded a bit like a ghost screeching, but it caused all the humans in the scene to squat on the ground and scream in pain while holding their heads.
"That guy, is he about to wake up?"
Mid-air, Fang Yun looked at the direction where the Forbidden Land is located. After thinking for a moment, he still didn’t roar back. His roar isn’t penetrating enough to cross such a long distance like that monster.
This sound lasted for three full minutes before it stopped.
For a while, Tang Guo and the rest of the people just laid powerlessly on the ground. They couldn’t even muster the strength to move.
"It's that monster."
Lu Cheng took a deep breath and struggled to stand up. His eyes and nose had two streams of blood coming out of them. Looking around, other people were also beginning to stand up.
He wiped the blood on his cheeks while frowning deeply. This is not the first time that that monster roared, but this is the first time that its roar reached the Pacific-Asian Continent.
Previously, only some people in the Old Land were affected at most. In fact, only Tang Guo and her team were majorly affected, as only three of them survived, but now things might shortly change.
"What does the old dominator wants to do?"
Tang Guo also staggered and stood up. She looked at the direction of the Forbidden Land with a look of fear on her face.
"Is it going to wake up?"
"Your Excellency Ouroboros, we agree to your request."
Lu Cheng yelled decisively to Fang Yun. He clearly understands that the ‘Great Will’ is starting to wake up, and the power it’s exhibiting is getting stronger and stronger.
Even if they are over ten thousand miles away, that monster can still deal a lot of damage to them. What if it leaves the Forbidden Land comes to the Pacific-Asia continent?
This ‘Great Will’, or Old Dominator must be eliminated! It’s too much of a threat!
Cooperation with the giant serpent is undoubtedly a good choice. Lu Cheng has noticed that only they were heavily affected by the roar of the Old Dominator, only the giant serpent was unaffected. This is further proof of its strength.
"However, for specific cooperation matters, I still need to have a discussion with the other elders.”
"Okay, I'll be waiting for your reply."
After saying this, Fang Yun left the island and slithered back into the sea.
After Fang Yun left, Lu Cheng hurriedly returned back to the headquarters with the rest of his soldiers. He quickly convened the rest of the elders and started a meeting.
As for the arrest of Tang Rong and his family, it has become a thing of the past. In the face of the current Tang family, Dong Qiusheng could only shamefully leave, not even daring to leave threatening words behind.
After everyone left, Tang Guo and her mother started to diagnose and treat Tang Rong with the method mentioned on the scroll.
It’s also worth mention that the previous loud roar has caused an uproar through the human world.
At that time, when the old dominator made that sound, it affected countless people. In fact, more than a half-million people lost their lives during that time.
This level of casualties is unprecedented during peaceful years, causing the entire human world to fall into panic, especially considering that there are only 100 million humans in total.
Various security personnel were dispatched. All the cities and places that were affected went into military alert. At the same time, the government also issued an announcement, stating straightforwardly that the ‘Great Will’ has declared war on them.
The federation is going to face another war deciding the fate of humanity.
Previously, on the Blue Planet, they were almost annihilated. At that time, they were only facing the Weiner people who are controlled by the ‘Great Will’, but now, they are going to confront the black hands behind the scenes personally.
However, their technological power is much more advanced than a hundred years ago, coupled with the fact that they have a helper, the top leaders still felt that they have a high chance of winning.
However, not all people felt like that. Most ordinary people are caught in a huge panic. The atmosphere war and panic covered the entire Pacific-Asia continent for a while.
The humans that were bewitched by the old dominator started to bewitch other people wantonly, and due to the current chaos, their rate of infection skyrocketed.
At the time when the old dominator released that destructive roar, another thing happened, but neither Fang Yun nor Lu Cheng knew about it.
In the distant space, of 1,7 billion kilometers away from the Earth, a silver-white spacecraft was moving forward at an incredible speed, but it still looked very slow in the boundless space.
The spacecraft is about one kilometer in length. It was very streamlined, showcasing an advanced feel of sci-fi beauty.
There were several figures busy in the control room.
Their appearance is similar to that of humans. In terms of surface appearance, they are 95% identical to humans, the only thing different is their skin color. Some are blue, some are green, etc...
"Captain."
Suddenly, a middle-aged man with brown skin turned around to another grey skin man and said.
"Aminu detected unusual energy fluctuations. It’s preliminarily determined to be the aftermath of pathogens."
The gray man was using his fingers to swipe through the screen in front of him. After hearing the words of the brown middle-aged man, he pressed a button on the chest to retract the holographic screen in front of him.
After this, he looked at the screen in front of the brown middle-aged man.
"Can you determine the scope?"
The gray man, Locker had a solemn expression on his face. He is the captain of the "Elvira" spaceship, and his purpose is to patrol this area of space to check for energy fluctuations emitted by pathogens.
Pathogens have always been the biggest headache of the SkyRiver Empire. They will latch onto one planet after the other, then infect it and its aboriginal inhabitants like a virus.
If they don’t take enough precautions, the entire galaxy will be ruled by them.
Aminu is the intelligent core of this spaceship. It has the ability to detect energy fluctuations of pathogens through an incredibly long distance, and now it has issued a warning about a pathogen nearby.
Although it’s said to be nearby, that’s just relative to the area that’s under their supervision; the actual distance is still huge.
"unconfirmed."
Chris shook his head. Aminu only provided a rough direction. They need to personally inspect the specific area.
This also shows that the location of the pathogen is still a bit away from their spacecraft. If it was close, Aminu would have detected it.
"Well, follow Aminu's guidance and move in that direction."
Locker stood up straight, then said while rubbing his eyebrows, "I hope this pathogen is not very powerful, otherwise we’ll have to ask for support from our supervisor.”
Chris shrugged and said, "Yes, our credit will be greatly reduced then."
In the endless void, the spaceship “Elvira” further accelerated.
An unknown distance ahead, zooming closer, a special azure planet could be seen. It’s the earth.
The people on earth still don’t know that there is a spaceship heading straight towards them, they are still struggling to deal with the ‘Great Will’.
Moreover, Due to the great distance between them, it will take the spaceship quite some time to reach them.
Putting it into perspective, the distance between the earth and the sun is 151.54 million kilometers or 1 Astronomical Unit. The distance between the spaceship and the earth is about 11 to 12 AU, which will take them quite a lot of time to cross, especially considering the fact that they don’t know the exact location of the earth.
Elvira is undoubtedly capable of space jumps, but it can’t do so, as each space jump can cross several light-years, and the pathogen is quite close to them.
