-------------------------
Fang Yun slowly dived into the depths of the sea. In this area, sea monsters are quite common, so he doesn’t need to worry about the lack of food while he is still here.
In the past few days, he has been quietly observing this human fortress, reading their latest news, trying to get more information about the terrifying creature similar to the old dominators.
Unfortunately, he didn't get any more news about it.
It might be due to the fact that humans don’t know too much, or that the importance of this fortress isn’t high so the key information isn’t stored here.
Based on the information he gathered, this Old Dominator has one major characteristic, incredibly high spiritual power. It was able to enslave an entire race overnight.
And at present, both the Forbidden Land and the Old Land are shrouded in some kind of spiritual domain.
Obviously, that Old Dominator is the one responsible for it.
Judging from the range of its abilities alone, this creature is much more powerful than Fang Yun. After all, Fang Yun metal power or electromagnetic fluctuation can’t be spread across such a huge area. Especially considering that this planet is two times bigger than the Blue Planet.
However, strength can't be calculated so simply. Perhaps, this type of creature naturally has such a large range of power. Especially considering that it’s spiritual and not physical.
In addition, it should be sleeping now, or in a weak state, maybe even injured. Otherwise, it wouldn’t have allowed the Blue Planet Federation to develop on this planet for more than 100 years.
"It shouldn’t be too strong, at least not to the extent of making me feel despair."
Fang Yun was slowly swimming underwater. Previously, in order to catch a one-kilometer-long giant whale, he moved a bit more violently.
The results that can be caused by an eight-kilometer long creature violently moving underwater are no joke. Due to the extreme pressure created underwater, a huge whirlpool was formed on the surface, sucking everything nearby.
“Oh, No!”
On the sea surface, a huge ship was slowly moving forward, but right at this moment, a huge whirlpool was formed next to it.
Caught off-guard, the ship was violently pulled to the side, creating huge shockwaves on the surface of the ship and causing everyone on it to fall heavily on the ground.
"Lieutenant Henry, what the hell is going on?"
Lee Sheng barely managed to stabilize himself. He firmly grasped the railing with both hands, then looked at the place where the whirlpool appeared, only to find that it has disappeared.
A burly young man was standing beside him. He was also looking at the place where the abnormal whirlpool appeared. He immediately replied after hearing Lee Sheng’s question.
"Mr.Lee, according to my experience, there should be a sea monster not far below our ship, and it’s one that’s a least 3 kilometers long.”
Lee Sheng was very surprised, just as he was about to say something, Henry next to him yelled at the rest of his crew.
"Release the underwater robots."
Their ship does have sonar. However, since their sonar didn’t detect anything previously, this sea monster is most likely a stealth-type, so the only option they have left is to use the old underwater robots.
Many underwater robots were dropped into the sea, but despite searching fora long time, they didn’t find anything unusual. All they could say is that the sea monster has left.
The whirlpool should have been an accident, they shouldn’t have been the target of the sea monster from the beginning.
"I said this many times. They should have sent an airship to take us over." Lee Sheng complained to Henry.
This morning, Miler, the leader of the Black Iron Fortress, told him that the team that will escort them to the Forbidden Land is ready
Lee Sheng didn’t hesitate to take his team along with the soldiers dispatched from the black iron fortress to the Forbidden Land.
Miller did indeed take them seriously as he sent a team of top super-soldiers, along with many advanced power suits to escort them.
Lee Sheng was very satisfied by this point, but he was dissatisfied with their means of transportation. Rather than the airship or mothership he wanted, he got an ordinary marine ship.
"Mr. Lee, The sky isn’t safe either. "
Henry replied to Lee Sheng. Stealth-type sea monsters are very rare. Even in the depth of the ocean, they encounter them only once every year. Furthermore, not every encounter results in a battle, just like now.
However, there are a lot of flying monsters in this area. It’s the junction between the Old Land and the Forbidden Land after all. Using an airship in this place is bound to attract a lot of them.
Although they aren’t afraid, it’s just too troublesome. Moreover, their ammunition in this remote place is limited, so they are trying their best to avoid battles as much as possible.
Finally, there are some incredibly troublesome and even dangerous monsters amongst the flying creatures. Some of them can even make the level 6 kaiju look like a cute kitten compared to a huge tiger.
"These humans are finally leaving."
Underwater, Fang Yun had been following behind the ship but has been slithering on the seafloor, so the robots weren’t able to spot him.
He is planning to follow this group of people to investigate the Forbidden Land.
About two hours later, the ship carrying Lee Sheng and the others finally reached the Forbidden continent. That’s due to the fact that these two continents aren’t that far from each other.
The ship docked and anchored near the coast. They are planning to leave 2 people on the ship, while Lee Sheng, Henry, and their team go inside of the Forbidden Land to look for the research team.
After arranging a task for each of the teams, Lee Sheng and the rest started acting.
There are a total of 130 people entering the Forbidden Land this time. Each one of them is equipped with the latest generation power suit, advanced weapons, and a lot of detection equipment.
The condition of the Forbidden Land is much rougher than the Old Land.
First of all, In the old soil, because there are some old urban areas left by the Weiner race, the ground is still flat. Even if it’s covered with weeds, a slight cleaning can reveal a smooth urban road, so transportation isn’t a big problem there.
However, the conditions here are completely different. It’s completely a rough mountainous forest, completely obscure and dark.
However, despite the harsh environment, Lee Sheng and the rest of the team weren’t majorly affected. Without mentioning their physical qualities, all of them are wearing power suits, so the rough environment isn’t a problem for them.
"Those damn voices."
Lee Sheng violently shook his head. He could feel that the “Demonic Whispers” in his head are even more violent than when he was on the Old Land. The scary thing is that he is just at the entrance of the continent, and these whispers will get increasingly stronger as he goes deeper.
It’s just that he doesn’t have any other choice. He has to overcome this difficulty. This rescue operation is particularly important. Even if he has 90% of dying after going deep into the Forbidden Land, he still has to do so.
"Except for the “Demonic Whispers”, there seems to be no big difference."
Lee Sheng compared the situation of the Forbidden Land with that of the Old Land and had some doubts about the dangers of the Forbidden Land.
It has been an hour since they entered the continent, but they still haven’t encountered any scary monster yet.
"Wait!"
Right at that moment, Henry, who was walking in front of him, raised his hands and signaled for everyone to stop.
