"I finally found an island."
Fang Yun looked at the island in front of him with joy on his face, he has been wandering in the sea for over a year without seeing a single piece of land.
Five years have passed since he arrived on this planet.
In the past five years, Fang Yun had greatly changed. First of all, his body length has reached 8 kilometers, and his diameter is now over 300 meters, surpassing the turtle length of 6 kilometers by quite a bit.
This showcase that is a food-rich environment, even if the giant turtle eats a lot every day, its body growth speed is still a lot slower than him;
In addition, after all of these evolutions, the number of skill points he gathered is 320, of which he mostly used to upgrade “Greater Thunder Domain”
He upgraded this skill 4 times already, expanding his thunder sea to 80 kilometers. Only one more upgrade remains for this skill to reach the 100-kilometer range.
When he tried this skill before, he was truly shocked by the widespread destruction he caused. Af far as his eyes could see, it was purple. He inadvertently sank a small island using this skill and almost fried the turtle. Fortunately, he quickly reacted.
He also upgraded “Anti-Gravity Field” two times. Now he can basically float and do some basic movements mid-air. His movement speed is still quite slow though.
Of course, this skill can also be used on opponents and prey. For example, while testing this skill, he used it to lift the giant turtle from one side, then overturn it. It was quite funny.
One of his experimentation results is that this skill has a miraculous effect on flying creatures and machines.
After upgrading these two skills, he was left with 20 skill points, which he couldn’t use to upgrade any other skill.
………….
A few minutes later, Fang Yun finally reached the island ahead. The size of this island is quite large, it can almost be called a small continent.
Of course, with his current size, Fang Yun still felt that this was a big island at most.
Fang Yun quickly climbed on the shore, then quickly slithered to the depth of the island. His huge size made it impossible for the trees and vegetation to hide his body.
Looking from space, a very long creature could be seen, slithered across a small continent, leaving an incredibly huge and deep gully behind it.
After reaching the center of the giant island, which is also its most elevated point, Fang Yun raised his head, giving him a panoramic view of things hundreds of kilometers away.
"There are actually two continents ahead."
Fang Yun looked at the scene ahead with a look of surprise.
He noticed two huge continents ahead. From his perspective, the two continents are very close, but the distance between them should be very large.
Moreover, on one of the two continents, he faintly saw a giant tree sticking into the sky.
"Is that the World Tree they were talking about on the internet?"
Fang Yun suddenly realized.
"These two continents should be the Old Land and the Forbidden Land."
According to what he has learned, there is an incomparable huge tree on the Old Land. Although this huge tree died long ago, it’s still standing proudly until this day, and that is the ‘world’ tree.
"Humans have also been trying to enter the forbidden Land for research for a long time. I wonder if they had any result up to now.”
After leaving the hunting area and entering the depth of the ocean, Fang Yun hadn’t been able to connect to the internet, so he doesn’t know anything about the current developments of the human race.
However, he is sure that even if no human has entered the Forbidden Land yet, there should be plenty of them in the Old Land.
"Let's take a look right now."
Fang Yun thought for a moment and decided to go to the Old Land to check the situation over there. His huge body bulldozed across the giant trees and vegetation, leaving behind many crazily escaping animals and an amazingly huge trail.
His destination is the sea area between these two huge continents.
The big island might seem to be very close to the two continents, but the distance between is them is actually almost 1000 kilometer. He finally reached the sea area between the two continents after almost half a day of swimming.
According to his visual observation, there should be a distance of about 100 kilometers between these two continents. Furthermore, he also felt some kind of disturbing energy in the air.
Although this energy does have some effects on him, the effects are very weak, miles away from being able to make him violent or crazy.
"Although its influence on me is far from that whale, it still feels a bit uncomfortable."
Fang Yun shook his head, turned his head, then moved towards the coast of the Old Land. He turned his head around from time to time to check the situation.
"The World Tree isn’t far away from this place."
Fang Yun’s sight suddenly landed on the huge tree not far away. The height of that tree is even more than his length. Not to mention its crown that stretches over dozens of kilometers.
Unfortunately, such a magnificent tree hardly has any trace of its old majesty. All of its branches and leaves have withered, its whole body is exuding a smell of decay. Perhaps in a few more years, this huge tree will collapse due to the decay of its roots.
"These are the aircraft of Blue Planet federation.."
Around that huge tree, there are many aircraft, small and big, flying around, collecting samples of its branches and roots.
After hesitating a bit, Fang Yun decided to go over and take a look. There is a human base over there.
He learned on the Internet that the reason why the top-ranked humans want to get on this continent s badly is for this world tree. Furthermore, there are a lot of precious minerals along with rare plants and monsters.
Otherwise, they could have flattened this continent with their extremely powerful weapons, and that’s without really affecting their main location, the Pacific-Asia continent.
However, doing so would be completely meaningless, as they won’t benefit in any way. Furthermore, this resource-rich continent will completely become a wasteland.
After swimming for another 30 kilometers, Fang Yun's body stopped around a steep coast. There is a base a few kilometers away from him with many humans going in and out.
Fang Yun stealthily approached the base, then, using electromagnetic waves, he directly invaded the network of this base.
In an instant, almost all the information stored in this private network was poured into the mind of Fang Yun.
This base is called the "Black Iron Fortress". Its outer walls are made of a special kind of metal, which is not only extremely durable, it also emits a kind of magnetic field that affect most monsters.
The area of the base is very large, covering an area of more than 30,000 mu. They also set up the corresponding watchtowers outside the fortress, as well as some guards and huge weapons, stretching the area of the fortress even further.
The main purpose of this fortress is to protect humans and give them the time to extract information from the roots of this huge tree.
"I think that I might have seen a similar setting before."
Fang Yun thought with a weird look on his face.
