-----------------------
On the wide sea surface, the sound of water breaking suddenly sounded. Usually, such a sound wouldn’t have attracted the attention of people during such a desperate battle.
However, a huge ripple appeared on the sea surface, attracting the attention of all the people in these two fleets.
The flames of war temporarily stopped, many missile launchers, normal canons, and even laser canons were pointed at the huge ripple, from which a huge shadow appeared.
"Oh my God, what the hell is that thing."
In the pirate fleet, a lot of people looked frightened. The two captains immediately instructed all of their subordinates to prepare to launch the missiles attack at any time.
"That is definitely a sea monster. Moreover, it’s of the kilometer-class"
One of the captains yelled.
"Damn, we can't let it come close, fire on it, fire!"
The shadow is too big. The shells and missiles flew forward like meteors, landing on the huge shadow and creating gigantic explosions;
The power of these shells and missiles is very high, but they are still miles away from being able to break through Fang Yun’s scales.
Fang Yun ignored the rain of missiles and shells and continued moving forward.
"Captain Pang, what should we do now?"
In the command room of the ship in the center of the Mid Sea Trade Fleet, aka the merchant fleet, Luo Hai looked at the scene displayed on the holographic screen and asked Pang Ming.
"Let's observe the situation for now."
Pang Ming took a breath and stared closely at the screen in front of him. He watched as an extremely huge creature approached the pirate fleet.
The body of this sea monster is extremely huge, its shadow stretch over several kilometers.
"Luo Hai, convey my order to the rest of the fleet, slowly retreat.”
A faint look of excitement appeared on Pang Ming’s face. Their situation finally had a turnaround. Just when they were getting desperate, this sea monster appeared. Furthermore, it doesn’t look to be one that is easy to deal with, none of the pirate attacks is working.
More importantly, this sea monster ignored their fleet and focused on the pirates from the beginning, giving them a great opportunity.
"Haha, it feels like they are tickling me."
Fang Yun carelessly swam underwater. These shells and explosive missiles basically don’t have any effect on him. The only thing he is uncertain about is the laser cannons.
"Use the laser cannon!"
A man wearing a captain cap yelled loudly at his crew. He is the captain of this ship, and he is currently feeling that this giant monster is coming towards their ship;
Probably because their ship is at the edge of the fleet.
“Boom!”
A white light suddenly flew towards Fang Yun at an incredible speed. It was a laser ray. In just a fraction of a second, it crossed several miles and landed straight on Fang Yun’s head.
Along with an extremely terrifying explosion, a terrifying white light quickly spread out in an area of more than 1 kilometer. It looked like a second sun.
The surrounding space seemed to be distorted, as the temperature in that area was raised to the extent of instantly melting steel. Due to the extreme evaporation of water, after the while light receded, a huge white fog was left behind.
"Hmm."
Fang Yun carefully felt that area on his head.
"It hurts a little. About the extent of a mosquito bite"
That's all.
Fang Yun could feel that the scales on his head were a bit scratched, but they were restored in about 2 to 3 seconds. This can’t even be called an injury.
"The power of this laser cannon is very low."
Fang Yun thought internally. His current defense ability is extremely high, and his regeneration is insane. Even such a powerful pirate group can’t affect him. Only extremely advanced laser cannons should be able to cause him more damage.
“Boom!!”
Just as Fang Yun was a bit distracted, another laser beam flew over and landed on his body, followed by a second one, then the third. In the end, all the laser cannons in the pirate fleet were firing shots towards him.
This time it wasn’t just a single ship firing at him, but all ships in the pirates fleet consistently fired at him.
Obviously, these pirates understood that Fang Yun is vastly different from any other sea monster and that they are now in serious trouble.
"Damn it! what kind of sea monster is this."
On the huge ship in the middle, White Beard looked at the holographic screen in front of him and cursed.
"Even with so many military-grade laser cannons firing at it, it still didn’t die! In fact, it’s hardly affected! Shit!”
On the holographic screen, all they could see is the endless white fog, and below it is a huge shadow. That shadow continued moving forward, hardly affected by the laser cannons and the giant explosion each collision bring.
"Don’t stop! Keep shooting!"
White Beard yelled loudly.
"Don't let that monster get closer!"
All the pirate ships madly attacked Fang Yun, whether it’s shells, missiles, torpedoes, and even laser cannons. Weapons enough to raze a city never stopped attacking him.
"Hmph! Insect-level attacks."
Fang Yun smirked internally. By that time, he was already just one kilometer away from the nearest pirate ship, so he suddenly poked his head from the water surface, appearing in his full glory in front of those humans.
“Splash!!”
An incomparably huge snake suddenly extended its head from underwater. Its huge hill-sized head towered above the pirates and their ships. Almost all pirates were frightened upon the sight of such a monster.
"This damned ......"
On the ship right next to Fang Yun, the captain stammered while watching the huge monster in front of him with horror. After a second of silence, he shouted loudly.
"Run!"
They don’t have te ability to kill this behemoth, so their only option right now is to escape, even if they don’t have that much chance of escaping.
The captain jumped on a motorboat, then quickly escaped to the distance. As for the other pirates, the quick-witted ones quickly grabbed the rest of the motorboats and fled frantically.
The ones that were slower jumped into the sea, then swam towards the other ships in their fleet.
Fang Yun ignored these pirates, his huge body swam in front of the abandoned ship, which is about 1 kilometer long.
According to the system's prompts, this ship can provide him with 500,000 bio-energy points.
“Not Bad, about the same that similar-sized sea monsters provide.”
Fang Yun was very satisfied, but also a little puzzled.
“I wonder if the amount of bio-energy points machines provide depends on their size or other factors like materials.”
Fang Yun slowly coiled around that ship. Under everyone’s horrified eyes, the giant ship was slowly twisted into scrap metal, changing its diameter from 250 meters to about 100 meters.
Afterward, Fang Yun slowly swallowed this ship from the tip to the end.
