Chapter 9: After 3 Years
🕑 Added 2020-08-14 12:46:52 +0000 UTCHowever, previously, Shillong never tried to test the attack power of his dragon breath.
He knows that dragon breath is a powerful attack ability with a wide range of damage.
Coupled with the fact that his previous range of activities wasn’t large and that he didn’t have any enemies to fight, so he didn’t bother trying its power.
Because of this, the first time he used it, he was greatly shocked by its power.
"Child! Is this your dragon breath?" Viola looked at extreme destruction in front of her silently before asking Shillong.
"Yes, mother, I’m also surprised by its power," Shillong turned around and replied.
’I Knew it! This brat! This dragon breath is unimaginably powerful!. He is only five years old, but his dragon breath power can make me feel fatally threatened…’
’I don't know whether this kid will bring endless trouble to our ethnic group in the future. I must guide him well and make him a truly kind dragon. His mind must be filled with goodness and beauty.’
’Praise his Majesty Bahamut!’
"Child! I feel burning, death, destruction, curse, mystery, and darkness in your body." Viola said.
"Mom, didn't you tell me before that there are no good and evil power, just good and evil people? Power is just the tool I use, I won’t be controlled by it. Don't worry, mother, I remember everything you taught me.” Shillong replied seriously.
Not long after their birth, their mother Viola started instilling into them that they must be good and kind dragons. They must definitely not act like evil, filthy, and disgusting five-color evil dragons.
The metal dragon clan belongs to the camp of justice, so they are keen on educating their children while young. To be a good metal dragon, just the inherited memories aren’t good enough.
"Well, you know, my child, your dragon breath is too powerful and too destructive. You shouldn’t use it too much in the future, whether it’s on this island or after you go outside" Viola reminded.
"Okay, mother." Shillong agreed obediently.
Just as the two dragons were planning to back home and sleep, Shillong suddenly felt extremely hungry. This sensation of hunger came very suddenly and violently.
This caused him to suddenly stop his action.
Viola immediately noticed Shillong's abnormality and quickly asked him.
"What's the matter? Child."
"Mom...I’m feeling very hungry. My body, my brain all need food. Mom! I’m feeling so hungry, I might go crazy!”
"This... Is it overconsumption? Or are you just going into sleep?"
The power of the dragon breath that Shillong just used is huge, so it’s not unusual for it to consume a lot of energy. It might also be the dragon sleep that belongs solely to the dragon family, so he needs to eat a lot before that.
"Let’s go hunt, quick!" Viola said with a rushed tone.
When Shillong heard his mother’s words, he immediately unfolded his wings, then released the red-gold flame from his wings, instantly disappearing from his original place.
Viola slowly followed behind Shillong. She is now quite at ease knowing Shillong’s strength.
The raging Wolves Shillong just killed were originally the kings of this island. There were only three of them, and now that he killed them all, he can be said to be invincible on this island.
Hunting is no longer difficult for Shillong.
Viola has been following behind Shillong. She watched as he tackled down any beast he met on the way, then after killing it with one or two slaps, he will devour it entirely, not even leaving bones behind;
This behavior continued for about two hours. In the end, Shillong ate almost 100 beasts and monsters. He ate a sum dozens of times bigger than his body.
Only then did Shillong and Viola return to the cave.
However, when they reached the cave entrance, Shillong did not go in. He had not lived inside Viola’s cave for more than a year.
Only Arman and the two wyverns live there now.
They couldn't stand the aura that Shillong subconsciously releases while sleeping, so he took the initiative to sleep outside the cave.
His sleeping place has always been the top of this mountain.
There is a large open space a the top where Shillong usually sleeps. Currently, after landing there, he immediately closed his eyes and went to sleep.
Viola looked at him quietly.
The sunlight shone on Shillong’s jet black scales.
The golden light flowing through the cracks between his scales became more active than usual.
A trace of heat radiated around Shillong's body.
This heat is no ordinary one. It’s filled with the aura of death, destruction, aging, mystery, and darkness.
Viola looked at her baby son for a long time with soft eyes before returning back to the cave.
Once every several days, Viola will go to check on Shillong. He is still sleeping peacefully, the only thing that changed is that the area around him has become hotter.
As the days passed, Arman also learned of Shillong's dragon sleep.
The days where they don’t bicker with each other became very monotonous and boring. Especially that he rarely has anyone to play with.
When Viola is away, he can only relieve his boredom by bullying his younger siblings.
A year later, Arman also ushered in his own dragon sleep. After Viola fed him, he was sent into the underground secret room she prepared before.
This underground secret room was excavated under the cave and was specially prepared by Viola. When a true dragon is in the midst of a dragon slumber, he must not be disturbed by other creatures.
Although it will not completely interrupt their transition from a certain age period to the other, making them unperfect, it will very irritable and uncontrollable.
No dragon likes to be disturbed when he is deeply sleeping.
Time quickly passed again, three years after Shillong fell asleep...
Outside the Dragon Cave.
A purple magic circle suddenly appeared, and along with a surge of spatial magic power, three figures suddenly appeared outside the dragon cave.
These three figures are all humans.
Two men and one woman.
One of them is an old man with sparse gray hair, wearing a black robe, and holding a cane in his hand.
The other man is a middle-aged man, wearing a set of leather armor. his body is extremely burly, and he held a big sword that is bigger than the old man next to him.
The woman looks in her thirties, but her dress is much more revealing. Her clothes and pants are connected together, but they have many holes in them.
These holes exposed the woman's white skin, coupled with the woman's pretty face and hot body, she exuded a sense of temptation.
Their faces didn’t look very good. The moment they appeared, the old man among them started shouting angrily.
"You two horny animals! Just as the plan was about to succeed, we were actually discovered because of your cheating! My efforts for so many years were wasted because of you! My treasured teleporting scroll! You really should go to hell! My hatred won’t be relieved until I see you two burn in hell and be tortured to death!"
"Okay! You dirty old man! Rebecca has been a ‘guest’ of the Earl for more than ten years, as the chief magician. You must have got a lot of benefits, right?" The middle-aged man retorted angrily.
"You disgusting bastard! I really shouldn't have used my teleport scroll to take you with me!" the old man cursed.
"Okay! Okay! Stop arguing!" The gorgeous woman interrupted the two impatiently, she looked quite anxious "The three of us escaped, but my poor child, I don't know how is he now... ......"
"Huh! Bitch! If it weren't for your horny acts, we wouldn’t be in this situation! Why did you have to cheat at that time?!" The old man didn’t give the gorgeous woman any face. He directly pointed his crutches at her nose and started cursing loudly.
The woman's face looked even worse.
"Child? That child must be dead! Now that our affairs are exposed. Even if the earl is stupid, he will definitely find someone to identify whether that child is his or not." The strong man said with a sullen face.
"Then... What should we do? Our child is so smart and so cute! He is innocent! Let's go back and save him!" The woman had a panicked look on her face.
