"A ten-kilometer long giant monster?"
When Thor, who was just about to leave the third area, heard this news from the public server, he was stunned.
He couldn't ever have imagined that such a behemoth was next to them. Maybe, they passed right above it, oblivious to the incredibly large creature below them. It might have noticed their fleet and even stared at them, but didn't attack them for some reason.
The thought of that caused a shiver to run through the body of Thor.
It wasn't only Thor. Other members also heard the news from the public channel. Everyone had cold sweat in their back, they were also very grateful. Fortunately, no one of them had an accident.
Wasn't the hunting team of "Lihua Trading" almost completely annihilated?
For some time, everyone was filled with shock. They had a complicated look on their faces. They were scared, grateful, and shocked after hearing such news.
In fact, since people came to this planet, many generations have passed. At the beginning, most of the people were forced to grow early and take responsibility, and many of them died in their prime years. Especially the first colonists.
They died fighting the monsters in this world to create a safe place for humans to thrive.
Considering the fact that when they first came to this planet, they could barely deal with level 6 kaiju, which is roughly equivalent to 2 kilometers long giant monsters on this planet, there were a lot of creatures that they couldn't deal with.
Especially creature of the level of the 10 kilometers long Melville whale. Its attack power is definitely much higher than that of the kaiju mother. Fortunately, humans have advanced a lot since.
All of that led to the people of the next generation knowing that there are a lot of giant and dangerous monsters in the world, so giant monster news aren't unusual to them.
But the size of the Melville whale still shocked them;
Thor and his crew members can't even imagine how big a 10 kilometers long whale is. Just that 5 kilometers long turtle almost scared them to death.
Suddenly, the announcement of the marine police sounded all over the public server. The third area has become a forbidden area. All of the hunting teams in that area should leave as soon as possible.
"Is the marine police going to act against that giant monster?"
After hearing this announcement, Thor immediately realized. When everyone left the third area, the marine police will gather most of its manpower to deal with this giant monster.
A 10km-long giant monster is quite tempting even to the federation. Moreover, it's too dangerous to leave such a monster in the hunting area, it must be removed.
"Unfortunately, the crab of the 1-kilometer class should still be in the third area."
Thor felt that it was a pity.
He was still thinking about the sea monster that left those traces on the deserted island Not far from their Blue Lotus Village. It's likely going to be killed by the marine police.
He hasn't realized yet that the creature that left those traces on the deserted island is the giant turtle.
"There is that giant turtle in the third area."
Thor felt that the marine police will get an amazing harvest this time. A trace of envy rose in his heart.
However, he didn't know that after the marine police reached the third area, they couldn't find any trace of that giant turtle. Because the turtle is currently following a certain snake to play outside of the third area.
Furthermore, unbeknownst to him, Thor is heading in the same direction as these two monsters, heading straight towards area 4.
Fang Yun knew from the public server that area 4 has a much richer prey base than area 3, but it's way more dangerous. Of course, that's for human fleets.
"Oh, I met a group of blue sea horses again."
Fang Yun smiled playfully. He watched with interest as a group of Blue Sea Horses leisurely swam underwater. They were quite close to him;
These creatures are about a few meters long, and their number is close to 100. Their color is very similar to that of the seawater. At first glance, it's easy for many creatures to ignore their existence.
Lightning appeared on the surface of his body, then instantly covered the area of 2 kilometers, instantly electrocuting those sea horses.
After killing the poor sea horses again, Fang Yun didn't hesitate to swallow them;
"Hmm, Should I look for the latest news?"
Fang Yun's huge body swayed up and down underwater. He leisurely swam in the water. A few moments later, he reached the water surface.
His huge head sneakily extended from underwater, he quietly approached a nearby populated island, then started intercepting the electromagnetic signals once again.
"A giant whale with a length of ten kilometers? "
Fang Yun immediately noticed the current hottest news on the public server and on the internet.
"Is it the Melville whale I encountered before? "
He felt that it was very likely. When he met that whale before, he was shocked by its size and the fact that he isn't the biggest thing around. Just when he was hesitating, the Melville whale swam away.
"This whale actually swallowed many human ships."
Fang Yun couldn't help but scroll through the details of that fleet's encounter with the giant whale after hearing this news.
The giant whale doesn't seem to need to eat living creatures to grow or sustain its life. It should be eating metal to grow. Of course, this is just his guess.
However, it does make sense. Why would such a huge creature leave the prey rich ocean and come to this hunting area and why was it able to grow to such size. This should be its special ability.
He couldn't help but think back of the huge spider monster, the kaiju mother. It only needed to eat minerals, metals, and natural energy to survive and conceive such a large kaiju army.
"I wonder if I will ever get a similar ability?"
Eating soil and metal to grow and become stronger. This method is much more efficient than his current traveling everywhere to look for and eat giant monsters.
He just needs to find an underwater or active volcano, then eat all the lava inside and continue to drill down. It will probably taste like a hot pot.
Once he gets bigger in the future, he will start his interstellar journey and eat asteroids, other planets moons, and even the planets themselves.
In fact, this skill will be extremely efficient in space, as finding and eating living creatures in space will become extremely difficult.
Fang Yun scrolled through the latest posts on the public server, finally understanding the situation a bit.
The competition has reached a fierce stage. Most of the teams have had a great harvest. Hearing the host on the public channel talk about the gains of each team, Fang Yun felt that his heart started beating quickly.
He had the urge to reenact his pirate act again.
"These guys have really achieved very good results."
Fang Yun subconsciously flicked his giant forked tongue while thinking.
"I heard that the fourth and fifth area are the places with the most prey. Most big teams and seed participants are located in those two areas.é
"It seems that I'm going to get a plentiful harvest right now, hehe!"
Laughing internally Fang Yun swung his tail and started moving forward.
Beside him, the giant turtle waved its limbs and its short, fat tail, following him;
Just as Fang Yun was about to rob some poor people, a giant fleet was passing through the junction between the third and fourth areas.
In the middle of this fleet, is an incredibly huge military-class mothership, over 2 kilometers long.
On the bow of this sea boat, two figures were gazing at the sea. One big and one small.
A young girl with long hair, and an old man with white hair.
"Miss, you should have brought the fleet to the fourth area from the beginning. We have just reached the fourth area 2 days ago, but we got such a large amount of Sea Monsters"
The old man said with excitement.
The girl just scoffed at his remarks, she just wants to get out and play. Does it matter if they hunt sea monsters or not?
However, the girl kept quiet in the end. She doesn't want to listen to the nagging of this old man again.
The girl let out a long sigh, leaning her petite body on the side of the ship. She heard that two other fleets were destroyed by the giant whale again, resulting in the death of many people.
