-------------------------
Fang Yun turned around underwater like a dolphin, seemingly very happy. He could already imagine the terrified look on the face of the people on those five ships.
He didn't know when he became this sadistic.
Having their ships malfunction in such a storm is actually quite dangerous. Even with their modern stabilization technology, they still have a chance of overturning.
"Actually, they didn't have to be so scared, I don't eat humans."
Thinking back of the people with tragic faces, ready to meet their doom, Fang Yun had the urge to go back and tell them that it was a prank, he won't eat them.
Of course, he quickly refuted this thought, going back now will make things even worse for them.
Teasing humans, and playing pranks on them like this has become one of his last few hobbies.
In the past, each hunt was a thrilling experience, the feeling of stalking prey, moving stealthily, waiting for the best opportunity, chasing prey across long distances. All of these were once very exciting activities, but with his current size and power, hunting has become extremely simple.
Even on this giant monsters-filled planet, there are very few things or creatures that can threaten him. His life is fairly monotonous and boring, so he plays some similar games and pranks from time to time to keep his heart from becoming cold and unfeeling.
"I hope that these guys don't get eaten by some sort of sea monster"
Fang Yun prayed for Thor and his crew in his heart.
It's uncertain whether his prayers truly worked, Thor and his companions didn't meet any sea monster in their defenseless state.
However, it's inevitable that they were scared.
Even Thor, after knowing that all electrical components on the ship stopped working, his heart sank.
At that moment, like everyone else, he felt that they are finished this time. He isn't afraid of death. After all, as a man sailing on the sea for so long, he has made such preparations.
It's just that Angelo, his son, and the brightest talent in their village is on this ship.
"Angelo! I'm so sorry!"
Thor yelled loudly, then hugged the confused and scared Angelo in his arms tightly, preparing to do his last duty as a father.
He will do his best to protect his child, even if his power is insignificant compared to that giant turtle.
At that time, he was full of regrets, he shouldn't have brought his son and the younger generation of the village with his this time.
However, after a long time.
He found that none of their five ships were attacked. He looked slowly to the back of the fleet. He didn't find any trace of the giant turtle.
"That giant turtle is gone?"
Thor didn't know whether to say they were lucky, or unfortunately. They encountered two kilometer-level sea monsters in a few days, and both of these sea monsters aren't ordinary amongst the kilometer-level sea monsters.
However, they survived both of those encounters.
Unfortunately, the last time, they lost a 300-meter long humpback whale, and this time, all of their ships were basically rendered useless. None of their electronic devices worked.
The only thing they can do now is to try their best to fix their ships, then leave this place as far as possible.
"Hurry up, start repairing the engines, we have to leave this place as soon as possible."
Thor said to the rest of the crew, then walked to the cabin himself, ready to check if he can do some repairs on the control board.
Their luck was actually pretty good. Most of the electronic devices of their five ships aren't badly damaged, they can be repaired.
The crew members who are more familiar with ship repairing started to work. After about half a day, they finally managed to repair the five ships.
"Vroom!"
The engines of the five ships started, driving the ships forward. They are currently heading out of area 3.
Thor was really scared this time.
Right now, he decisively put away all his previous concerns, deciding to leave area 3. They are currently heading towards area 4, which they will reach in about 10 days.
No way, although they have repaired their engine, the speed at which they can move now isn't very high.
Fang Yun was swimming at incredible speeds underwater, leaving a bubble-filled trail behind him. The giant turtle is also trailing behind him.
Fang Yun felt that the number of prey in this area has noticeable decreased, so he decided to head to a brand new area, along with the giant turtle.
Fang Yun didn't swim at full speed, he was planning to eat some prey along the way.
The parasitic bugs radiated light as always, illuminating the bottom of the ocean.
Fang Yun and the giant turtle continued moving forward. The giant turtle opened his mouth and was about to suck a large amount of the shiny things below, but Fang Yun stopped him.
Who knows what effect will these parasites have on the turtle? Although they are inconceivable small compared to them, ingesting a large number of them might negatively affect the turtle's health.
The two giant monsters continued moving forward, swallowed a lot of sea monsters along the way, as small as a few dozens meters, and as a big as 1 kilometer. The number of sea monsters that ended in their stomach is appalling.
About two days later, Fang Yun extended his head above the water surface.
The sea is very calm in this area. He and the giant turtle have completely crossed that stormy sea. The sky here is blue, the sun is shining and the water is very calm.
"Ahh, it's really comfortable."
Fang Yun sighed. He floated on the water, letting the sunlight shine on himself.
The giant turtle also likes to sunbathe. This poor guy has many barnacles on his body, which caused him to be very uncomfortable. He will sometimes strike giant rocks and cliffs, trying to get some of them of his body.
Fang Yun often helps him clear these parasitic barnacles, most of the time with his tail, but in some places that are difficult to clean up, he uses some weak lightning and even soundwaves sometimes to clear them.
Although the giant turtle doesn't like being electrocuted very much, it hates these parasites even more.
Right now, there are some barnacles attached to the shell of the giant turtle, so it's sunbathing right now to remove them a bit.
Fang Yun and the giant turtle floated on the water surface like two huge islands, their body slowly drifting to the distance;
Lazily drifting for a while, Fang Yun connected to the SMHG public server, then started reading the latest posts.
"Oooh, there are a lot of giant monsters in other areas."
Fang Yun seriously started reading the latest official news of the Sea Monster Hunting Game.
A huge 3 kilometers long Mosasaurus appeared in area 9 and destroyed one of the top teams.
In the seventh area, a one-kilometer eel appeared. Its lightning ability is extremely terrifying. It sank a powerful team quite easily.
While reading all kinds of news, Fang Yun felt quite entertained, he was very bored during the past 2 days.
"However, it seems that the third area is currently the most popular."
There was a smile on Fang Yun's face. This is all a result of his actions. If he didn't create all of these incidents, the third area would remain as an obscured place.
"Many fleets and teams from many different areas sailed to area 3 to find the stealth-type giant creature and the giant turtle. Unfortunately, they are destined to return empty-handed."
Fang Yun changed his lying position on the sea surface, lying belly up. He was thinking about how is he going to play next.
Of course, he doesn't intend to just play and have fun, hunting is also necessary.
"Crunch! Crunch!"
Fang Yun bit an 80 meters long fish which passed next to his head, while thinking about what to do next, he kept munching on it, then swallowed it.
