-----------------------
Fang Yun’s gaze was fixed on the fleet ahead. Even after so long, he still wasn't found by them.
These pirate ships can be considered as advanced ones in the marine ship category. They naturally have an instrument for detecting sea monsters within the range of several dozens of kilometers, but Fang Yun can easily avoid this type of probing, thanks to his ability to manipulate electromagnetic waves.
Loud cheers sounded from the pirate ship. With his supervision, Fang Yun saw a man wearing a cotton jacket and a captain hat directing the rest of the ships around to hunt the escaping giant shark.
He is the leader of this group of pirates. If there was an internet connection here, Fang Yun would have easily found information about this pirate group. As long as he types on the search engine, "Pirate wearing a cotton jacket and pants", he would have found information about that man and his pirate group.
Cotton Jack.
The pirate group kept shooting the giant shark with laser guns and canons along with explosive small missiles, causing it to suffer one big injury after the other. Soon after, they were able to kill the giant shark.
After this was done, the pirate leader Jack instructed several people to do something. About a minute later, a few pirates approached the body of the giant shark by several 10 meters motorboats.
They hooked the shark's gills with iron hooks, then dragged it back to the fleet. The sight where several 10 meters long motorboats drag back a 500 meters long shark is truly ridiculous. This is the capability of advanced technology.
Fang Yun suddenly noticed something getting dragged in the back of the fleet. He dived underwater, then flicked his tongue, capturing the smells in the seawater.
He noticed that behind this pirate group, a lot of prey is getting dragged by them.
Through his understanding. After death, the creatures on this planet won't quickly rot, and the large size, the longer the process. The body of creatures with the size of several kilometers doesn't usually change even if left under the sun for ten years.
Seeing these pirates arrogantly laughing after capturing the giant shark, he decided to use practical lessons to teach them that one shouldn't act too arrogant in the sea.
Fang Yun quietly approached the pirate's small fleet. Even after reaching the area behind the pirate group, they still didn't find his existence.
After this time, he already knew about the harvest of this pirate group. Apart from the 500 meters long shark, they still have over 10 creatures with a size over 300 meters.
In total, all of these creatures combined are enough to provide Fang Yun with 3 million bio-energy points.
"I will devour all of them."
Fang Yun decided with a smile on his giant face.
The giant turtle, which he covered using electromagnetic waves, seemed to feel the joy of Fang Yun. It also became very excited, moving its limbs happily, then it quickly swam to the sea surface.
Under Fang Yun's stunned look, the giant turtle opened its giant mouth and roared loudly.
"Aoooo!"
Its voice is very deep and piercing. They are currently just a few hundreds of meters away from the pirate group, so the sound loud roar almost scared those pirates to shit their pants.
"What! what the hell is that!"
A pirate fell on the ground due to extreme surprise. He stared at the back of the fleet with wide eyes, quickly noticing the giant head that is just a little smaller than the shark they just hunted. This is the source of the loud roar.
"Gulp!"
The sound of swallowing saliva sounded, they all looked at the monster behind them with wide eyes.
They are sure that this is the head of a turtle, but it's just too big. Just its head alone has a diameter of several kilometers, signifying that the rest of its body is much bigger. This should be a kilometers-level creature.
The head of this giant turtle is black, spherical, with a few white line markings on its face, making it quite aesthetically pleasing.
Its the two huge black eyes looked terrifying. After all, eyes the size of a big house aren just too scary.
"Aoooo!"
The giant turtle opened its mouth and howled again. Its roar was particularly penetrating. It passed through the bodies of all the pirates, causing them to tremble once again;
"Fire!"
The captain cotton Jack shouted loudly, he raised the energy gun in his hand and shot at the giant head not far away.
At the same time, under his orders, the seven big ships quickly moved away from the giant turtle's head. If a monster of that size rampage near their ships, then that would be a disaster.
The sudden appearance of this giant monster undoubtedly scared Jack.
Previously, they were planning to take advantage of this Sea Monster Hunting Game to get a great harvest, but now they just want to get out from here.
"What the hell, how could there be such a high-level sea monster here!"
Jack roared out loudly, the laser gun in his hand never stopped shooting, white light kept spewing from the gun barrel and heading straight towards the head of the giant turtle.
The pressure that the giant monster exerted on them is too big. Especially the previous two howls. He interpreted them as declarations of war.
The pressure that that monster exerted on them caused him to misinterpreted that excited and happy and howl as a declaration of war.
They didn't attack the turtle with just the energy guns, they also used explosive artillery and laser canons.
So, the big turtle that just stuck its head out of the water and roared twice then was submerged with white light.
As the white light completely covered the head of the turtle, a cloud mist started spreading in the surrounding area, obscuring the sight of the pirates.
"Damn, the turtle is too close to us."
Jack yelled in exasperation. He ordered the pirates on the ship to wear life detectors, a kind of glasses similar to night vision goggles but used to detect living creatures.
This kind of instrument can detect living creatures up to 100 meters underwater. Its range is also quite wide, being over 5 kilometers long.
Although the giant turtle can avoid the radar, it seemingly can't avoid the life-detection instrument, so its condition was clearly observed by jack.
This bug guy was attacked right after getting out f the sea, which greatly annoyed it. It's currently heading straight towards them.
The life detection instrument can't measure the size of the giant turtle, otherwise, these guys would have shat themselves.
"Use torpedoes! Use torpedoes! Stop this monster from approaching!"
Jack didn't dare to say that they can kill this monster. He hoped that their torpedos can scare it and force it to turn around and go away.
The reason why he can confidently hunt a 500 meters long shark but is so scared of this kilometers-long turtle is that giant monsters often gets a special ability after growing over 1 kilometer.
Their current equipment also doesn't have enough power to bring that giant turtle down;
In the control room, the corresponding personnel was preparing to launch the torpedo.
Jack listened to the sound of people preparing in his headset, his heart filled with nervousness. He has never been so happy about buying a large equivalent torpedo nutil now. Maybe this torpedo will cause great damage to this monster
"Damn, hurry up!"
Jack patted his chest and felt his drumming heart. A bit of shame appeared on his face. He considered his drumming heart as a sign of fear and weakness, which he can't accept with his pride.
He has to make this turtle pay for its actions.
"Five, four, three..."
Just as the countdown ended, when the torpedo was about to be launched, and Jack's heart still rapidly beating.
Unnoticeable to anyone, a huge black shadow was quickly rising from the bottom of their ships.
The life detecting instrument seemed to malfunction as there was no alarm. However, when the shadow was already near the surface, Jack finally spotted it amidst the thinning fog. His eyes widened in extreme shock and fear.
"Ahhhh!"
"What the hell is that!"
Jack pointed at the rising shadow with shaking fingers and shouted loudly.
