Chapter 284: Important Meeting
🕑 Added 2020-06-22 13:33:19 +0000 UTC6/6 chapter, enjoy.
This chapter is a bit late, sorry for that.
------------------------------------------------
After learning enough information, Fang Yun left the fishing village and started his hunting trip nearby.
His current level is level 50. For the next evolution, he needs about 3 billion bio-energy points.
In addition, he got quite a lot of skill points in the past few years, which he used to max out "Aegis Field" and the two new skills, "Divine Armor" and "Life Spirit".
His current defensive and regenerative abilities have reached a rather terrifying level. His scales can be said to be the hardest material in the world, and with his regenerative abilities, apart from cutting his head, he can be said to be unkillable.
In addition, his offensive skills are also terrifyingly powerful.
Whether it's "Thunder Domain", "Overclocking Resonance", or "Energy Beam", they can be said to be skills of mass destruction.
In fact, with just his current size and muscle power, destroying a mountain is easy, and using his skills, he is practically a walking natural disaster, as long he gets serious, he can easily change the terrain of an area of more than 100 square kilometers, sinking a few islands is child play.
Unfortunately, as a consequence of maxing out all of those powerful skills, he has only 5 skill points remaining, which basically can't be used to do anything.
It's worth mentioning that apart from the two new skills "Divine Armor" and "Life Spirit" which he got in the year 30 after the human alliance left the Blue Planet, he also got two other new skills in the year 70, just a bit before he fell into hibernation.
One of them is called "Anti-Gravity Field". As the name suggests, he can release an anti-gravity filed around him, which can act on him and other creatures and objects.
As long as he correctly uses this skill, lifting a mountain into the sky is easy. However, he values its ability to make him fly more.
The emergence of this skill caused Fang Yun to be overjoyed. With it, he can finally escape the gravity of the planet, go into space, and start his interstellar journey.
The level of this skill affects the power of the Anti-gravity field and the speed of flight.
In the past, he couldn't see any possibility of leaving the planet in the short term. He thought that maybe after getting big enough to stand up and reach the atmosphere, he can probably leave the planet.
Unfortunately, he has to be hundreds or even thousands of kilometers long to do so, which is very unrealistic.
However, this skill finally gave him hope. As long as he upgrades this skill to a high level, he will be able to leave the planet very soon.
Another skill is "Mind Interfearance". Although the name doesn't sound so impressive, the effects of this skill are actually pretty good. It's basically using electromagnetic waves to interfere with living creature's minds, hence creating illusions.
The effect of this skill is a bit like the 'Dragon Aura' bought by "Thunder Domain". Through this skill, he can emit and electromagnetic field which can induce fear into the hearts of living creatures, and the greater the strength gap between him and the said creature, the stronger the effect of this skill.
It's just that "Mind Intefearance" is an active skill, and 'Dragon Aura' is a passive bonus effect. There is a huge difference between them.
It's a pity that Fang Yun hasn't upgraded these two skills even a single time. He doesn't have any remaining skill points and the number of skill points required for each upgrade is getting higher along with each new skill.
The only thing he can do right now is to slowly gather skill points with each evolution. As for reputation points...
He checked his information panel. His reputation points are now more than 13 billion, but since the 10 billion points mark, he didn't receive skill points again.
Speaking of words, if there are really advanced intelligent creatures near this planet, will he receive reputation points if he appears in front of them?
Fang Yun thought that it's really possible. Furthermore, the universe is so big, there should be many alien civilizations populating it.
Moreover, according to the information he got from the internet. The human civilization received a lot of electromagnetic signals from outer space, but due to the fact they have not been able to decipher them, they don't know what the are the messages conveyed from these electromagnetic signals.
At least that's what the governement has posted on their main website.
Right now, he can only continue to advance slowly. One day, he will grow to the point of leaving this planet and visiting other intelligent civilizations.
"Splash!"
Fang Yun dived into the water like a whale, creating a huge wave hundreds of meters tall. While moving forward, he encountered many creatures on his way.
Speaking of living creatures. The marine creatures of this planet don't differ that much from the marine creatures of the Blue Planet. He encountered breeds of fish that are similar to that of the blue planet, shrimps, turtles, and even sharks.
However, these creatures are greatly different from the Blue Planet marine creatures in one single aspect, that is size.
For example, there is a group of marine creatures that are very similar in appearance to the seahorses of the Blue Planet in front of him. However, unlike the small seahorse that are usually a few centimeters to a dozen centimeters long, each of these seahorses is several meters long.
There are thousands of them in this group.
According to the system's prompt, these creatures are called Blue Seahorse.
Fang Yun guessed that these creatures should have been named by the humans of this planet.
After thinking for a moment, he immediately activated "Thunder Domain". He controlled the size of the domain to a few kilometers in diameter. This should be more than enough to electrocute these seahorses.
"Zizizizizi!!"
The surrounding area immediately turned into purple, enclosing all of the seahorses in front of him.
As expected, the blue seahorse group immediately died after getting hit with his "Thunder Domain". The seahorses weren't even able to struggle, falling helplessly to the bottom of the ocean.
Fang Yun rushed over. He opened his huge mouth and sucked the group of seahorses along with a huge quantity of seawater.
His current diameter is 180 meters. That's almost as big as two soccer fields put next to each other. With such a huge size, the scene where he opens his mouth and sucks a lot of marine creatures as well a large amount of water is spectacular.
All of the dead seahorses were sucked into his mouth instantly, disappearing in his giant blackhole-like mouth.
In addition, because these blue seahorses are in shallow water, Fang Yun's actions directly created a giant vortex on the water surface. Even if a ferry from the modern 21st century is put next to that vortex, it can only helplessly sink underwater.
After swallowing all the blue seahorses, Fang Yun spat the seawater in his mouth, leaving only the seahorses. His face had a comfortable look.
The feeling of eating a lot of food in one bite is really comfortable. It's like grabbing a large number of skittles and eating them in one bite.
While Fang Yun, the foodie, was happily eating in the ocean, there was a particularly important meeting on the human side.
The Pacific-Asia continent is the center of human activity on "Earth". Whether it's size or appearance, this continent is similar to that of the Euro-Asian Continent of the Blue Planet.
And weirdly, the Pacific-Asian continent is divided into many regions, and the climate and size of one portion of the continent are quite similar to 'Panda Country'.
Most of the leftover 'Panda Country' people chose to reside on that portion of the continent. That area was named the Kyushu Province, one of the few provinces on the Pacific-Asian continent.
Kyushu Province is extremely prosperous. It's composed mostly of plains, with several rivers flowing through it. This province's mineral and metal resources are also extremely abundant.
Therefore, Kyushu Province developed into one of the most prosperous regions on the Pacific-Asian continent.
Kyushu Province, the provincial capital, in an "H" shaped office building, the important meeting was held over there.
