Chapter 263: Chaotic Battlefield
🕑 Added 2020-05-25 16:19:23 +0000 UTC"Boom! Boom!"
These giant bombs exploded immediately after the seawater. A blinding light appeared followed by a huge shock wave, spreading across several kilometers. Huge waves were created and a large amount of mist appeared due to the evaporation of water.
A lot of weaker kaiju were seriously injured or even killed after this round of bombardment. Due to their enormous weight, they sank straight to the bottom of the sea.
Fang Yun immediately acted.
After determining the place where the kaiju sank, he dived straight underwater. He quickly swam towards those sinking kaiju bodies, dragged away from the battlefield, then quickly devoured them.
Level 3 Kaiju can provide him with at least 400,000 bio-energy points. As long as he swallows all these the kaiju in the kaiju army, he will gather enough points to immediately evolve.
"Human Alliance, do your best. I'm cheering for you from behind."
Fang Yun thought cheerfully. While he was devouring these kaiju bodies, he swept the battlefield situation with his eyes.
If these kaiju don't counterattack, they are going to be quickly eliminated. Human weapons have become much more powerful and destructive than in the old era.
The situation where humans can hardly cause damage to average kaiju with even their most powerful missiles won't happen again.
Just as he was thinking about the kaiju response. The kaiju in the monster army finally started to fight back. They spat laser beams from their mouths, lighting the sky, heading straight towards the aircraft in the sky.
Many fighters exploded after getting hit by the laser beams, landing straight on the sea surface.
"Boom! Boom! Boom!"
On the sea surface, a large fleet of marine ships was dispatched. They launched a barrage of missiles towards the kaiju army, trying to suppress them and prevent them from continuing to move forward.
"The kaiju army is scattered."
In a conference room on Guardian One, Lu Cheng frowned while looking at the war scene on the holographic projection screen.
This is not a good development.
Countless ancient and mutant creatures started to appear. They are attacking all the nearby islands, including Guardian 5 which is the closest to the battlefield center.
They are in big trouble.
Up to now, these ancient and mutant creatures have become one of the major headaches for the Blue Planet leaders, their number is too much and they breed too fast.
At first, there were troops dedicated to exterminating in each battle, but as time passed their number not only didn't decrease but continued to increase, bringing endless trouble to the human civilization.
They can use super explosive missiles to exterminate them as long as they gather together, but the losses aren't worth the price.
"Roar!!!"
A loud roar suddenly sounded from outside the battlefield. Lu Cheng was shocked at first after hearing this roar, but he immediately became overjoyed.
Hook eyes also lit up the moment he heard this roar.
"It's the giant serpent."
He took a deep breath and seriously stared at the holographic screen in front of him.
As expected, an extremely large creature appeared on the screen. It's a gigantic snake.
Just its diameter alone is over 10 meters, approaching 20 meters. thinking back to 20 years ago, when just a 10 meters long snake can be called a super python, a monster like this can only be found in mythologies and fiction.
But now, It's a reality. There is truly a small-mountain sized snake in front of them, and it's on their side.
It's just that most people in the human alliance have been used to the existence of the giant serpent. Seeing that the giant serpent is going to participate in the war, there is only joy in their mind.
Fang Yun bulldozed between gigantic creatures, constantly heading forward. When a kaiju he passed next to tried to grab him, he slapped him with his tail, sending him flying almost 1 kilometer away.
When he reached the middle of the ancient/mutant creature's army, he didn't give them a chance to react and immediately activated "Thunder Domain"
The area within the radius of 5 kilometers was filled with thunder and lightning.
Countless giant creatures were thundered, causing them to instantly die. They aimlessly floated belly up, waiting for a certain snake to eat them later.
After Fang Yun joined the battle, the pressure of the human alliance was undoubtedly much lower. Just when they were able to catch their breath. The sound of sonic booms sounded in the distant sky.
Fang Yun, who stopped fighting with the kaiju and started eating the ancient/mutant creature's body looked up. He noticed many flying creatures are approaching the battlefield from afar.
It's the smaller dragon-kaiju. There are many small creatures on their back. It's the aliens.
"Aliens are going to fight too?"
Fang Yun stared at that group of aliens with interest. Now that he thinks about it, he has never seen those aliens fight.
He wondered what kind of abilities they have.
He has dealt with those aliens before, but they never tried to communicate with anyone. Neither humans nor him. In fact, he still doesn't know why they are even invading the Blue Planet.
While he was thinking about this, the kaiju-dragon group along with the aliens riding on them quickly reached the battlefield. After which they immediately attacked the closed wing helicopter.
Their arms deformed into nets at once. After reaching the closed wing helicopters, they used the nets to bind the helicopters, then used their power to slam the helicopter down.
After the aliens participated in the battle, the closed wing helicopters were under great pressure. They could no longer suppress the weaker kaiju and the many mutant/ancient creature with pure firepower.
In addition, aliens also attacked the soldiers on marine ships that are holding the ancient/mutant creatures from heading forward.
Their arms deformed into sharp swords and blades, which they used to attacks the soldiers on the ships. Their arms extended over dozens of meters like rubber, striking many soldiers on the warships, dividing them into half or decapitating their heads.
"AHHH!!"
"No! Help! NOO!!"
"Bang! Damn it!"
Watching the soldiers getting decapitated and the army of ancient/mutant creatures moving forward without expression, Lu Cheng struck the table and cursed loudly.
"Send super bio-soldiers to stop these aliens. Now!"
The aliens seemed unstoppable on the battlefield. On the messy battlefield, they flexibly shuttled through human aircraft and giant monsters, destroying closed wing helicopters and reaping the life of soldiers.
They are extremely flexible and slippery. Even closed wing helicopters are stiff and clumsy in front of the small dragons they are riding.
The thing that made them very hard to deal with is that they are flying next to closed wing helicopters and warships, bombing them with big weapons will result in very large casualties.
After Lu Cheng's order was issued, the super bio-soldiers were immediately dispatched. They rode on a helicopter and headed straight towards the aliens in the sky.
"Da! Da! Da! Da!"
On a helicopter, the hatch opened wide. Behind the door stood a young man with a determined look. He looked at the scene in front of him without blinking.
In front of him, there is a flying dragon with an alien riding on it. The alien is almost 3 meters height, very muscular with a vicious face.
The helicopter slowly approached the small dragon. After reaching a sufficient distance, the young man raised his arm and pointed it towards the alien not far away.
His arm suddenly turned into a fluid net and shot straight toward the dragon not far away.
This scene is just like Spider-man spraying silk from his arm.
The fluid net landed on the dragon's neck at once. The young man jumped off from the helicopter and contracted his arm, bringing him straight towards the dragon.
"Wooosh"
Along with the sound of the piercing wind, the man used the momentum of the pull to avoid to the interception of the alien, landing straight on the back of the dragon.
The moment he landed on the back of the dragon, he was already fully covered in a bio-armor, Making him look like a smaller version of the alien. A smaller, less muscular Venom-like creature.
The two very similar human creatures fought on the back of the dragon, relying on their superhuman speed, strength, and ability to deform into any object to fight.
Similar scenes happened all over the battlefield. Many bio-soldiers fought with aliens on the back of dragons or from the closed wing helicopters.
Along with the entrance of the super bio-soldiers, the situation on the battlefield has become much more chaotic.
