🕑 Added 2020-05-23 18:46:27 +0000 UTCThe harsh alarm sounded through the entire base, many people ran around on the islands, some ran towards their posts, some were preparing for war.
"Professor, we have to leave this place immediately!"
Guardian 5 is too close to the kaiju army. Hook has a high chance of dying if he remained on this island.
"Let's go."
Hook did not hesitate. He called his assistant Xiao Yu, then walked towards the prepared fighter under the escort of the super bio-soldiers.
"Vroom! Vroom!"
The roar of engines sounded through the small airport, a blue flame erupted from the end of the vertical engine. After which the k-series fighter began to slowly take off.
Not long after, this huge fighter with a length of 150 meters reached the height of 3 kilometers, then moved forward, it quickly surpassed the speed of sound and disappeared in the distant sky. The fighter's destination is Guardian 1.
"Guardian One" is protected by the most powerful armed forces. It's the place where the top leaders and important researchers live. Only top-level professors like Hook can live there.
"Professor, Mr. Lu wants to talk to you."
In the cabin, a crew member walked over with a table, then conveyed this message to Hook.
After getting Hook's agreement, he turned on the tablet and navigated through it. A few seconds later, a Holographic image of a man appeared on the surface of the tablet.
"Professor Hook."
After Lu Cheng's face appeared in the holographic image, he immediately said to Hook.
"Please return to the central base as soon as possible and come to the meeting room."
"Understood, chief Lu."
After hearing Hook's answer, Lu Cheng nodded shut down the communication channel.
Hook tool the tablet from the crew member and started navigating through it. Using his own authority, he bought up the map of the area where the kaiju are currently in.
A moment later, another holographic projection appeared in front of Hook.
On the holographic projection, there is an endless blue sea. On the sea surface, a large number of kaiju are constantly moving forward, their goal is the Guardian 5 that he just left.
At first glance, the number of these kaiju is about 400 to 500, going by the fact that the smallest one of them is over 100 meters tall, the sea area that they are occupying is dozens of kilometers, basically over the limit of what the eye can see.
"There are so many kaiju attacking this time."
Hook's heart sank. He also noticed many shadows that quickly passed next to the drones.
All of them are level 6 kaiju.
"Do the aliens really plan to have a decisive battle?"
While Hook was thinking deeply about this, the fighter jet gradually lowered its space, then slowly lowered its height, landing on the designated location.
After getting off the fighter, Hook noticed that many fighters and airships were taking off from Guardian 1.
"Is the situation more serious than I thought?"
Thinking of this, Hook strode into the base.
"Chief Lu."
Arriving in the meeting room, Hook immediately saw that the room was filled with important figures and leaders of countries. He saluted the leader of his country, then quickly walked towards him.
"Chief Lu, what's going on?"
"All the surveillance drones and airships on the side of the alien base, including the mother of kaiju were destroyed."
Lu Cheng shook his head, his expression was solemn. He said with a serious face to Hook, causing his Depression to suddenly change.
Humans are not ready for the final war yet.
He smiled bitterly, then sat in his seat, rubbing his eyebrows.
"Okay, now that the people are here, let me say the reason for calling you here."
Lu Cheng stood up and stated seriously.
"Our surveillance equipment on the side of the alien base was all destroyed, followed by more than 500 kaiju attacking our base."
He pressed on a button next to him, causing a holographic screen to hover in the middle of the table.
On the holographic screen, there is a video of a kaiju army constantly moving forward.
After seeing this frightening scene, all the people in the meeting room had serious faces. Lu Cheng looked at the people in the conference room then continued.
"Perhaps, the decisive battle between us and the aliens is here."
While human leaders were thinking about countermeasures in the command room. On the battlefield next to Guardian 5, many fighter jets and airships flew off from all human islands, then headed straight towards the kaiju army, trying to intercept them before they arrived at Guardian 5.
While all of this was unfolding, a giant snake was staring at the kaiju army and the human fleet with a thoughtful look.
"There are so many kaiju this time, and all of them are level 3 kaiju and above."
After scouring the internet for such a long time, he has already learned the human's classification of the kaiju. Through his perception, he hasn't found a single kaiju below level 3.
In addition, this time, there are more than 15 levels 6 kaiju.
"Can the human alliance resist this lineup?"
Fang Yun's eyes drifted to the direction of Guardian 1, then he carefully looked at a large number of aircraft in the sky.
There are advanced fighters, k-series fighters, helicopters, airships, and even giant motherships.
The altitude of the fighters is higher, and the helicopter are flying at a relatively low height. They are mainly responsible for dealing with lower-level kaiju and ancient/mutant creatures sneaking by
It is worth mentioning that these helicopters are one of the latest creations of the human alliance. They are called closed wing helicopters.
That is, they look almost just like ordinary military helicopters, but their propellers are covered with a metal ring, protecting the propellers and providing the helicopters with the ability of flying at very low altitudes, including jungles.
The K-series fighters confronted the levels 6 kaiju, and closed wing helicopters swapped down to the sea and started attacking the kaiju army on the sea surface.
The doors of these closed wings helicopters were wide open. There are the corresponding soldiers beside the doors. They were carrying a machine gun and continually blasting explosive bullet towards the kaiju.
After traversing the sky, bullets struck those Kaiju beasts, and then a wave of heat rolled up.
There are also heavy-class fighters flying towards the Kaiju army in the sea. A total of 10 such fighters flew to them, each one of them is over 200 meters long.
They flew at an altitude of several kilometers above the sea surface. After reached the area above the kaiju army, they dropped giant bombs over 20 meters long.
