🕑 Added 2020-06-20 12:19:35 +0000 UTC3/6 chapter, enjoy.
-----------------------------------
Screams could be heard all over the coast. The crowd scrambled back towards the city. Looking at the horrifying giant snake on the beach, they wished to sprout a pair of wings and immediately fly out from this place.
There are also some people who thought that they were far enough. While continuing to run forward, they looked back from time to time.
In the sight of these people, the terrifying giant snake raised its upper body, towering to the sky, its head was hidden amongst the clouds. Its huge body, sturdy black scales, huge cold pupils, exerted tremendous pressure on the humans in the port.
It stood quietly near the beach, just coldly watching the escaping humans, without the slightest intention of attacking. Even so, it scared many people to the extent of urinating their pants by just standing there.
This is true even for the people watching a few kilometers away, not to mention Zhao Cheng and Professor Pound who can almost touch the scales of the giant snake.
At this moment, their hearts were madly drumming. However, they didn't feel the slightest warmth, their bodies were cold from head to toe, unable to muster the power or courage to escape.
"Kakakakaka"
Zhao Cheng's teeth were clanking due to extreme fear, his body couldn't stop trembling.
In front of such a giant monster, Zhao Cheng and his companions didn't scream. It's not that they are courageous or anything, they are just too scared to do so.
"Splash..."
From the body of the giant snake ahead, large areas of water kept dripping from its body. They sounded like a waterfall at first, then gradually got quieter, until only the sound of waterdrops sounded.
Zhao Cheng stared blankly at all this, unable to even think clearly.
"Splash!"
Just when they were blankly staring at this scene, the sound of water splashing sounded not far away. They mechanically turned their heads and looked at the direction where the sound came from. It was exactly 200 meters away.
They watched in horror as the giant turtle slowly raised its head. Although it wasn't as high as the snake, it still towered hundreds of meters over them.
Zhao Cheng was extremely terrified. He was so regretful that he wished to give himself a slap. If he knew that these two giant monsters are still alive, then he would never have dared to approach them, not to mention dragging them.
The thing that made him the most regretful and angry is the fact that they stupidly came to take a picture with their 'Booty'. Aren't they going to die now as a consequence of their actions?
While he was very scared, he was also a bit puzzled. How could these two giant monsters be alive?
More importantly, the timing of their awakening was the thing that left him the most speechless. Why didn't they wake up earlier or later, but woke up at the moment when he was about to take pictures. Isn't this deliberately pitting him?
Zhao Cheng kept madly cursing internally, his face was filled with suffering. His sight kept switching between the giant snake and the giant turtle, praying that these two giant monsters don't attack them.
While they were praying, the giant snake was looking back at them, but instead of thinking about how to eat them, the snake was thinking about why is it here.
Fang Yun was a bit confused, he slept for too long.
This slumber was his last resort. He ate an extremely large number of marine creatures in the past few years. Ancient and mutant creatures almost became extinct in the ocean. Even the number of normal creatures was reduced to a terrifying low point.
In order not to destroy the marine ecology anymore, Fang Yun could only fall into a deep slumber, which lasted many years.
After all, with each evolution, the number of bio-energy required increases. With his current size, each evolution requires billions of bio-energy points, and this number is increasing exponentially with each evolution.
As a last resort, he could only fall into hibernation. He planned to sleep for a few years, waiting for the space energy in the space vortex to decrease so that he can cross it and go to the alien's planet.
He didn't expect, however, that he would be dragged into this place while he was in deep sleep.
He stared at Zhao Cheng and the other with an intense gaze. While he was sleeping deeply, he had a slight impression of being dragged by something for quite some time.
The thing that woke him up is the noise created by the millions of people in front of him. More importantly, the life energy released by this number of people is almost like a sun in his perception.
"These humans are so brave? Even with my current size, they dare to drag me to their homeplace?"
Fang Yun looked at Zhao Cheng and his companions speechlessly. His current length is over 5 kilometers, and his diameter is about 180 meters, which is almost unrivaled even during the disaster era.
However, this doesn't seem to be enough to scare the humans in front of him.
With his current size, humans should be frightened to death or pee themselves after seeing him, well... just like these guys below.
But they dared to put chains on him and drag him for a long distance, which is actually a new and a bit funny experience.
After thinking for a while, he guessed that while he was in deep sleep, these humans must have mistaken him as a dead creature, hence they dared to drag him here.
Thinking about the cause and effect, he felt that it's quite amusing.
These guys thought that the things they dragged back are the bodies of two behemoths. They thought that they will be able to conduct research on his and the turtle's body, but they didn't expect that the 'corpses' are actually not corpses.
"Pfft..."
Fang Yun smirked internally, this situation is just too funny for him.
Lifting his head, his sight landed on the running crowd not far away. Looking at those panicked people, a hit of mischief appeared in Fang Yun's eyes. He opened his mouth and roared out loudly.
"Roar!!"
A deafening roar sounded from the giant snake's mouth. The roar was extremely loud piercing and devastating. Just the sound waves alone created large waves, picked up a cloud of dust from the beach, and even knocked out many people.
Zhao Cheng, who was the closest to Fang Yun, was the first to be unable to bear it. He fainted on the deck of the ship, his body occasionally twitching, with some 'mysterious' yellow liquid seeping from his crotch.
On the coast, the chaos became more intense. Many people sat paralyzed on the ground, looking with fear and horror at the giant monster not far away.
On the other side, the giant turtle innocently watched its big brother roar, then decided to copy the action of Fang Yun. It also opened its mouth and roared out loudly.
"Roar!!!"
Its voice is also deep and far-reaching, very different from that of the giant snake, but deterring and majestic nonetheless. Needless to say, the crowd was scared once again after hearing the roar of the giant turtle.
After the two giant monsters roared loudly, the crowd who was planning to watch the bodies of the giant monsters, Zhao Cheng, his group, and the people from the special departments, all of them felt that their end is coming.
"It's done, we're done for."
On a TV show, later on, Zhao Cheng was invited as a guest. In front of the host and the crowd watching the show, he said with a look of emotion.
"Really, I thought we were done for. That big guy will never let us go."
However, the final result was beyond his expectations, to be precise, beyond everyone's expectations.
The giant snake didn't attack them or eat them after roaring. It just glanced at them with disdain, then turned around and left.
The giant serpent gave them a final glance, then took the giant turtle, and left The two huge creatures swam on the water surface for a few kilometers, then dived underwater, leaving only a few large waves created due to their movements. They completely disappeared.
No one knows why the two giant monsters didn't attack Zhao Cheng or the vast crowd. This will be considered as one of the biggest mysteries in the world. Since that time they disappeared, their trace was never discovered again, even many years later.
In fact, many people claimed to have seen these two giant monsters happily swimming in the ocean, but these claims were later debunked as fake. It was basically a fabrication to gain attention.
Later on, many authors included these two behemoths in their book. Whenever such books appear, even if they aren't good, they will still get a decent amount of attention and sales
Of course, bad quality ones that desecrate the giant snake and giant turtle will immediately be sprayed to death, causing many authors to not dare write bad things about these two behemoths
No way, many people around the world love that giant snake and giant turtle. Most likely due to the fact that they didn't attack anyone after waking up.
Not long after the giant turtle and the giant snake left the coast. The whole world was shaken by their appearance and action.
Pictures and videos of them madly circulated in 'New Panda Country', then spread to the rest of the world later on.
What people don't know is that the giant serpent and giant turtle were heading straight towards the grass sea. The place where everything began and everything ended.
............
"Crunch! Crunch! Crunch!"
In a certain ruin, in 'New Panda Country', a man wearing a black cloak was stepping on rubble. He entered a certain secret underground base, then walked straight towards the place where important documents were held.
Looking around, he noticed a worn-out book in a certain corner.
"A diary?"
The man leaned over, then picked up the diary.
Opening the diary, the first thing that the man noticed are two photos. One of that of a giant snake, and the other of an incredible large spider monster. Under these two photos are some of their information, as well as a bright red word. 'Extreme Danger'.
"The kaiju mother, The progenitor of all monsters."
"The giant serpent, Infinite evolution."
The man muttered indistinctly, a light flashed in his eyes.
Comments
Well, I stopped reading after chap 306 so I don’t know what happens after that. The snake turtle fusion thing, I’m not sure about that, but I heard that the squirrel is still alive and that the MC meets him near the end of the novel.
mike batsaikhan
