Chapter 241: Giant Creatures Frenzy
🕑 Added 2020-04-19 00:22:49 +0000 UTCFang Yun slowly slithered on the highway. He is moving in the opposite direction of Li Zhi. As usual, he ultrasonic waves to search for suitable prey around him.
The number of dinosaurs in this island is very high, providing him with an adequate amount of prey. Fang Yun is really grateful to the guy who built this Park.
"I should be able to get millions of bio-energy points here."
Fang Yun though with a happy smile. After exploring just a small area of this island, he has already obtained 860,000 bio-energy points. There must be even more on the rest of the island.
"Oh, Now that I think of it, how were these guys able to bring dinosaurs here?"
Fang Yun couldn't help but wonder, did humans extract the dinosaurs DNA from their fossils and clone them, or did they bring them out of the grass sea?
"Those mutant creatures and kaiju should have gone back to that space channel, I wonder what they are planning?"
Fang Yun thought of this. He doesn’t know that the space channel had completely overlapped with the grass sea, increasing its area by many times.
After guessing for a while without an answer, Fang Yun stopped thinking about it. With the constant increase of his strength, he gradually stopped thinking about things. Unknowingly, Fang Yun started walking on the gorilla route.
No creature can threaten him, he can't get sick, his life expectancy is also many times higher than most creatures on this planet.
After becoming a Peng Snake, his life expectancy has increased to more than 500 years.
It has been less than 15 years since he was reincarnated in this world, he still has many years in front of him.
However, there is one thing to note. The next bloodline template needs 100 billion reputation points to unlock. He got some information from the system, informing him that the next bloodline will be that of a godly being.
Of course, his current bloodline is also very good. He is just a Peng snake in its infancy. The limit of this bloodline is very high and it will take a long time to reach it.
Furthermore, the 100 billion reputations points will very difficult to gather, especially on this planet. He isn't sure that he would be able to gather it in the next 400+ years.
There are two ways to increase reputation. One is to let more people know about his existence, and the other is to deepen their impression of him.
However, almost everyone on this planet knows about his existence, and their impression should be very deep, so the reputations points he can harvest on the Blue Planet are very limited.
He can only rely on the next generations of humans, but it will take them a long time to grow up. Even if all the human generations in the next 400 knows about him, it's still uncertain if he can gather 100 billion reputation points.
On the highway, a ginormous black snake slithered forward. Its body is even wider than the highway, causing it to bend the steel fence on its way forward.
Along the way, Fang Yun hunted a lot of prey, including carnivorous dinosaurs like the Tyrannosaurus Rex and Spinosaurus.
After crossing half of the island, he finally reached the beach. He planned to circle the entire island along the coastline. However, a creature swimming not far from the island caught his attention.
"Zzzz ... Bang!"
He activated "Thunder Domain" causing him to be wrapped by a blanket of lightning. Targeting the creature swimming underwater, he shot a bolt of lightning. The white lightning crossed a distance of 2 kilometers in less than a second and accurately landed on that creature.
The creature wasn't able to withstand the intensity of the thunder, instantly dying, then floating to the water surface, exposing its true appearance.
"Mosasaurus?"
Fang Yun immediately recognized the floating creature, isn't this the mosasaurs that disappeared into the grass sea? Why is it here?
Thinking of this, Fang Yun swam towards the mosasaurs, then checked its body from a close distance.
The Mosasaurs floated aimlessly on the water surface. It's quite huge in normal standards, being 15 meters long
Fang Yun looked around, noticing that many creatures like the Mosasaurus were heading to a certain place.
Seeing so many giant creatures moving to the dinosaur island, Fang Yun calculated their destination from their route, then looked at a certain direction.
That direction was exactly the direction where Li Zhi and the others fled to. Of course, Fang Yun didn't know that. He didn't even know that several guys used his influence to protect themselves.
After swallowing the Mosasaurus, Fang Yun looked at the various giant creatures with a thoughtful look.
Judging from this situation, the ancient creatures that had disappeared for a long time are back. They have disappeared for several years, he wondered what were they doing.
Fang Yun was a bit puzzled.
Due to the disappearance of the ancient/mutant creatures and the kaiju for a few years, the humans of the blue planet got a breathing opportunity. They have probably developed many terrifying weapons.
Even if those level 5 kaiju attack human cities again, they likely won't have the same effect as before. Humans have long been prepared for that.
"Unless there are more powerful creatures attacking."
Fang Yun thought internally.
After pondering for a while, Fang Yun stopped thinking about the purpose of these guys and headed towards a giant creature swimming towards the island.
That creature was quite far, about a few kilometers away. About a minute later, he finally reached that place and was able to see the giant creature underwater.
It's a megalodon with a body length of nearly 20 meters. When Fang Yun approached it, the megalodon fled towards the distance in panic.
Fang Yun hurriedly caught up. Their speeds are too different, swimming next to the megalodon, Fang Yun bit its head off, then swallowed it.
After killing the megalodon, Fang Yun dell deeply into his thoughts. Although he might have killed the megalodon easily, that's due to the huge difference of strength.
This megalodon is actually much stronger than the ones he ate before. Whether it's speed or strength.
Its strength is almost catching up with its mutant counterpart.
After thinking for a while, he swam in the direction of other giant creatures. He wants to check if it's just this megalodon or has all of these creatures' strength increased. He also wants to know their purpose.
Half an hour later, after intercepting many giant creatures and eating them, he came back to the dinosaur island.
Looking at the coast of the island, it's densely packed with ancient creatures. Many amphibious giant creatures climbed on land and walked to the depth of the island.
Moreover, many marine creatures are patrolling in the water near the coast.
Fang Yun's eyes swept over these ancient creatures, then moved to the depth of the island. Four or five helicopters were flying in midair, with machine guns pointed at those creatures, sweeping them with bullets.
These five helicopters are about 5 kilometers deep inland from this coast. Presumably, under these five helicopters, there may be a human gathering place or the like, and the target of these giant creatures are those humans.
"These ancient creatures didn't just become stronger, they also became very similar to those kaiju."
When Fang Yun reached the coast, he has been observing the many mutant creatures walking on the coast and swimming in the sea.
He felt that something was strange about them, but he wasn't able to determine exactly what.
However, he is sure right now. Just like the Kaiju, these creatures were implanted with extreme hostility to humans. They began to take the initiative to climb on land and attack humans.
They became fearless, able to sacrifice their lives to attack humans.
