Chapter 235: Li Zhi's Doubts
🕑 Added 2020-04-10 20:22:10 +0000 UTCThe bus continued moving forward. Suddenly, Li Zhi's eyes brightened. The ancient trees gradually disappeared, replaced by the endless green grass and the occasional bushes.
They finally arrived at the plain.
The ground is covered with layers of green grass. Occasionally, a cluster of bushes or a tall tree.
Farther away are densely grown trees, similar to the area that Li Zhi had experienced before.
Li Zhi's eyes darted outside, looking forward to seeing something.
"WOW!"
Li Zhi suddenly heard the sound of a woman crying in surprise, turning around he saw a black woman looking outside with wide eyes and open mouth.
Everyone in the car looked at the woman with a strange look. The woman paid no attention to them, she looked directly at a certain direction outside. She looked at a huge monster not far away from them, calmly eating grass.
Li Zhi's eyes lit up, but it's a pity that from his direction, he couldn't clearly see the monster's appearance.
Just when he felt that it was a pity, a loud sound sounded from his right. In a place about 100 meters away from them, a huge head popped out of the bushes.
Li Zhi was the first person to notice that creature. His eyes looked fixedly at it. After a while, that creature whole body got out from the bushes, it slowly walked forward, its footsteps being very heavy.
"Triceratops."
On the grassland on his right, a triceratops appeared. This triceratops is huge! it's more than 8 meters long and almost 3 meters high.
Its giant muscles and brought skin are very striking, but its most eye-catching part is undoubtedly its three horns and neck frill.
One of its horns is located above its nose, and the other two horns are located at the top of its head, one on each side. These horns are quite long, about 80 centimeters.
As the name suggests, the neck frill is located on the neck. To be specific, it's behind its neck, providing sufficient protection for the neck.
Li Zhi looked at the triceratops walking slowly on the grassland outside, his heart filled with excitement. This is the first time he saw a creature this big.
He really wanted to get closer and watch it more carefully.
In the end, his reason suppressed his impulse.
Although Triceratops are herbivorous, they certainly don't like other creatures to get close to them. As long as he gets closer to it, he's likely to get attacked.
For such a huge behemoth, he is very fragile. As long as it touches him slightly, he will probably get seriously injured.
Not to mention, the electrical metal fence is not only there to prevent dinosaurs from getting out. It's also to prevent some stupid people to get in.
Li Zhi leaned on the glass window, looking at the triceratops outside with wide eyes. The car gradually went away, and the triceratops gradually disappeared from his vision.
"Sigh!"
Li Zhi let out a long sigh. He looked at the Triceratops pictures on his mobile phone with satisfaction. He naturally didn't waste the opportunity to take pictures.
In the next period of time, Li Zhi and the rest of the people on the bus saw a lot of dinosaurs, including even the famous Tyrannosaurus Rex.
At that time, they just happened to see the breeder feeding it.
The breeder was driving a large truck. He backed up to an iron door, causing the back of the truck and the iron door to completely fit together. The driver pressed a button, opening the back door.
After a while, several goats jumped into the T-Rex feeding area from the truck.
The bus stopped for a while, as Li Zhi and the rest of the people watched this scene. After entering the T-Rex feeding area, all the goats started shivering, looking very uneasy.
They seem to perceive something.
About ten minutes later, along with the sound of a giant's footsteps. The T-Rex slowly walked out of the forest.
"Roar!!"
Seeing this famous monster with his own eyes, Li Zhi was shocked. The visual shock he got when personally watching this shocking monster is different from watching it on TV.
In the Cretaceous era, this creature belonged to the top of the food chain.
The T-Rex that appeared in front of Li Zhi is about 14 meters long, from its head to the tip of its tail. Just its hips alone are 4 meters high.
Like other T-Rex, its forelimbs are very short, almost the size of human arms.
According to what Li Zhi knows, T-Rex' forelimbs are there to balance them.
After the T-Rex appeared, he immediately hunted the five goats. If the five goats all ran away in different directions, one or two might escape. Unfortunately, It might be due to the bumps they suffered while getting transported, the goats laid paralyzed on the ground.
In short, the five goats were torn apart and eaten. When the bloody scene fell into Li Zhi and the rest’s field of vision, the women in the carriage all screamed loudly.
Even Li Zhi himself felt a bit disgusted and uncomfortable, even a bit stimulated.
At noon, Li Zhi and the rest of the people came to a restaurant where they ate lunch.
After the enjoyable dinosaur tour, Li Zhi is to go back to the hotel and rest for one night. Tomorrow, he will go to the arena.
He is not planning to go to the hunting area, that place is too dangerous. The park also doesn't recommend untrained and inexperienced people to go there.
Most people who go to the hunting area are the people that are looking for excitement or veterans, that is, people who aren't afraid of death.
After resting for an hour, they boarded the bus again and continued their journey.
They continued their journey across the tourist area, seeing a lot of dinosaurs and beautiful scenery along the way, causing them to feast their eyes.
The bus continued moving for about four hours, during which it stopped a few times for them to breathe fresh air and move their muscles.
At the end of the tour, the starting line appeared ahead. They circled around the entire tourist area.
It's already dawn, and they are about to end their tour.
Just as they were about to reach the starting line, they reached the Diplodocus area.
Diplodocus, a very large vegetarian dinosaur, with a long neck and tail. It's one of the most famous and biggest dinosaurs.
Li Zhi took pictures of these gentle giants with his mobile phone, his face filled with excitement.
"Hahaha, I have taken a lot of good photos today."
He looked at the photo album in his mobile phone. In just a few hours, he took hundreds of photos, opening a few at random, he was filled with a sense of accomplishment.
"Oh?"
While browsing the photo album in his mobile phone, Li Zhi noticed a residual image from the corner of his eyes. He quickly looked over there.
"What is that?"
Li Zhi's eyes widened as he looked outside the window. He watched as a shadow quickly ran out of a cluster of bushes, then hid in another cluster of bushes.
That creature is definitely not a Diplodocus, it's much small and much faster.
He vaguely saw that the claws of that creature were particularly long.
"Raptor? No, that creature claws are much longer. However, it should be a carnivorous dinosaur."
After reaching this conclusion, Li Zhi was a bit confused. Isn't this the Diplodocus District? How can there be carnivorous dinosaurs? Aren't they afraid that these dinosaurs will have a conflict?
"Hey, Brother Wood."
He called the co-pilot in front. For most of the day, the co-pilot named "Wood" accompanied them and answered their questions.
The sudden cry of Li Zhi caused all the people on the bus to look at him, and ahead, a dark-skinned youth standing next to the bus door and playing with his phone looked at him, waiting for him to ask what he wants to ask.
"Are there any carnivorous dinosaurs in the Diplodocus District?"
Li Zhi pointed to the area outside and asked.
The dark-skinned young, Aka the co-pilot "Wood" smiled after hearing Li Zhi's words,
He said to him with a funny look on his face.
"You should be tired, dear Li. There are no carnivorous dinosaurs in the Diplodocus District."
"But, I'm sure that I saw a small carnivorous dinosaur before."
"Small carnivorous dinosaur?"
Wood didn't know whether to laugh or cry, he explained to Li Zhi with a patient tone.
"You are definitely wrong, the nearest carnivorous dinosaur breeding district is two districts away from the Diplodocus area, not to mention small carnivorous dinosaurs. The distance between them is very big."
Upon hearing this, Li Zhi frowned.
At the same time, the people on the bus also smiled and shook their heads. They whispered quietly, basically talking about what Li Zhi said.
"Small carnivorous dinosaur? Raptor? it shouldn't be possible."
"The breeders shouldn't allow a carnivorous dinosaur to enter the area of a herbivore, right? that would be quite stupid."
Li Zhi ignored the whispers of those people. He looked back to the place he saw the shadow in, only to see a calm bush. Thre previous scene seemed to be his own delusion.
Li Zhi was really quite confused.
Was what he saw truly an illusion?
