Chapter 213: Level 5 Kaiju "Mad Cow"
🕑 Added 2020-03-09 22:24:59 +0000 UTCFang Yun confronted the giant monster in front of him. He roughly estimated that this kaiju's height has reached 200 meters. It's generally humanoid with four limbs, of which it's using its hind limbs to weirdly float on the water surface.
Its hind limbs are extremely strong and thick, filled with bulging muscles.
At the end of its hands, there is a pair of extremely sharps claws, a bit like that of an eagle but hundreds of times bigger.
Those claws are a bit exaggerated even in compared to the size of this kaiju, they are even bigger than its head, and are also the most noticeable feature about this kaiju.
This kaiju also has two huge horns on its head, making it look somewhat like a devil.
In general, this thing looks very similar to a minotaur but much more vicious.
"Giant Kaiju."
Fang Yun looked at the giant kaiju in front of him and thought of that.
What surprised him was that he was using electromagnetic waves to explore the road before, but he didn't find the slightest trace of this monster.
It wasn't until they were about 1 kilometer from each other that he discovered its existence. That is to say, this monster can shield electromagnetic waves.
It wasn't just Fang Yun who discovered this giant Kaiju. Three kilometers above their heads, a drone was hovering. The camera was pointed straight at the three monsters below.
"The giant serpent encountered the level 5 kaiju "Mad cow"."
The staff at the observation station said this while watching the screen in front of them.
In fact, this giant kaiju has been spotted three days ago.
At that time, this giant kaiju appeared on the sea surface and was spotted by a satellite. After that, they sent many drones to monitor its actions from far away.
By measuring the energy emitted by its body, it was counted as a level 5 kaiju. This can also be confirmed by its body size.
Due to 'Panda Country' being the first to discover this kaiju and the fact that the kaiju is the closest to them. They named it "Mad Cow".
According to their estimates, "Mad Cow" will eventually land in the "Komodo Dragon" country, which is not far from Australia. However, it will pass next to some 'Panda country' cities and is likely to attack them, so they decided to monitor it.
After all, there have been such precedents.
What they didn't expect was that they saw the giant serpent and giant turtle there.
The "mad cow" on the opposite side also saw Fang Yun and the giant turtle. It immediately started to swim towards them, an endless stream of water surged away behind it, going by its vicious look and the saliva streaming out of its mouth, it wasn't coming to greet them.
The giant turtle was particularly disturbed, even a bit scared. It backed away a bit, showing its uneasiness.
Fang Yun slithered down from its shell. The giant turtle immediately ran away. Ir first retracted its head and limbs into the shell, then disappeared underwater.
Fang Yun didn't care about the giant turtle. He looked at the giant Kaiju swimming towards him with interest. According to the system's prompt, this kaiju can provide him with 700,000 bio-energy points.
He wants to try and see if he can hunt this kaiju.
Looking down from the sky, the distance between the two monsters was getting closer and closer. Eventually, they collided together.
"Boom!"
It was as if the two mountains collided together, resulting in a loud explosion sound. The water boiled and huge waves were formed. It was a scene beyond imagination.
"It's so shocking."
The staff who were observing this scene were amazed.
Level 5 kaiju are recognized as the strongest monsters in the world. However, the giant serpent is going neck to neck with it.
Fang Yun was actually hesitant whether to fight with this kaiju or not. However, the bio-energy it can provide is too tempting, it's also a good opponent that can facilitate his evolution. He also wants to test his current strength and this giant kaiju is perfect for that.
"Boom! Boom!"
The two giant monsters fought madly on the sea surface for a while, using their flesh to collide with each other.
Fang Yun was bitting the shoulder of the giant kaiju while striking its belly with his tail, the giant kaiju attacked Fang Yun with its giant claws, leaving white traces on his scales and even injuring him a bit.
Suddenly, the giant kaiju threw Fang Yun into the sea, pulled back, then opened its mouth and released a laser beam towards him.
Fang Yun was alert to the giant kaiju's special ability, so the moment "mad cow" released the laser beam, he dived underwater in order to dodge it.
Even so, he was still injured. The laser beam penetrated the water surface and fell on him. A large area of water was quickly evaporated, showcasing the hot temperature of the laser beam.
Fang Yun was hit in his back.
The place where the laser beam landed immediately exploded, flesh and blood flew, and a large hole was blown out in that place. A lot of blood poured out from that hole, dyeing the surrounding area in red.
"HISSS!!!!"
The giant serpent cried out in pain. Fang Yun immediately opened his mouth and activated "Overclocking Resonance".
This level of sound waves is still quite harmful to kaiju.
After launching that blow, Fang Yun quickly swam towards the giant kaiju. After reaching a distance about 10 meters away from it, he activated "Thunder Domain."
This skill has been upgraded 5 times by him and is extremely powerful.
In an instant, thunder filled an area about 500 meters around Fang Yun, evaporating a large swathe of water. This lasted for 10 seconds before the thunder disappeared.
After that, Fang Yun released "Thunder Domain" two more times, roasting that kaiju into coke and boiling a large area of the sea.
Although the thunder released by Fang Yun hasn't reached the level of natural thunder, it's still about hundreds of millions of volts.
The temperature inside that thunder sea has even surpassed that of the surface of the sun, evaporating a large area of seawater and creating a lot of steam.
Furthermore, Fang Yun has launched this skill three times, which means that that giant kaiju has been roasted by this by thunder for 30 seconds.
The staff at the observation post were stunned, their jaws were wide open as they watched the surreal scene on the screen.
Looking down from the sky, a circle with a diameter of about 1 km appeared on the sea surface. This is a circle composed solely of thunder, with countless thunder snakes swimming in it.
The surrounding air was sharply heated and then expanded outwards, making a huge explosion sound, as if countless bombs were dropped into that area.
After the thunder sea completely disappeared, the body of the "mad cow" appeared, floating in the sea, a scorched smell oozed from it.
The giant serpent rushed towards it, coiled around it, then twisted its neck off.
The level 5 kaiju "mad cow" has died!
This is good news for the human world, especially the 'Komodo Dragon' country, the 'Panda country' and the rest of the countries near them. The giant serpent has solved a big problem for them;
Level 5 Kaiju are fast, have high defenses, high endurance, and perverted regeneration capabilities. Most importantly, they can release electromagnetic pulses, causing all nearby electronic equipment to fail.
Therefore, it's very difficult to kill them just by conventional missiles.
Now that one of those monsters has been resolved without any trouble, the people in all the nearby countries let out a sigh of relief.
The hidden drone transmitted the image of the giant serpent dragging the giant kaiju away. It's probably going to eat it somewhere.
The strength of the giant serpent surprised everyone who watched this video.
Previously, all the countries have been focusing on the kaiju. No one was interested in the giant serpent or other sea kings, as they didn't think that it can be compared with powerful kaiju.
However, the people watching this video have changed their mind, the giant serpent is worth researching. It's even more powerful than a level 5 kaiju.
Unfortunately, no one can catch it.
'Panda country' might have a chance though. They have found the flesh and blood of the giant serpent in the place where it fought with the level 5 kaiju.
