Chapter 232: Nubra Island
🕑 Added 2020-04-04 23:12:31 +0000 UTCAfter Fang Yun issued these two instructions to the system, his eyelids started to feel heavy.
Although he can get rid of the urge to sleep and continue moving, he has the feeling that doing so would result in him losing all the bio-energy collected along with the new bloodline.
Evolving and changing bloodlines at the same time has put a lot of strain on his mind, making him feel extremely sleepy.
He decided to honestly sleep this time. Anyway, there aren't that many big creatures in the sea. It's not like he will miss anything.
Just like that, Fang Yun laid on the bottom of the lake, completely asleep.
Fang Yun knows that the deserted island on which he is on is in the South Pacific. He really doesn't know its exact location, neither does he care.
However, if he thinks about it carefully, he may be able to roughly guess the location of this island.
This is an uninhabited island in the Hawaiian archipelago. In fact, there is an island 30 or 40 nautical miles away from it that was filled with people.
Of course, all the people living on the island were evacuated after the Kaiju appeared in the ocean on a large scale, but now some people are planning to come back and develop on the island.
The most prominent one of them is the 'Bald Eagle' government. They are preparing to restore the former popularity and prosperity of these islands.
They started investing in those islands, then attracted some capitalists to settle there.
Only businessmen can better attract people.
A few weeks after Fang Yun started evolving. A lot of deserted islands were sold, including the one where Fang Yun was on. The businessman who bought these islands is an old man called John Hammond.
He is the boss of a biotechnology company with rich assets. Their company is also conducting research related to the Kaiju. Of course, these islands he bought have nothing to do with the kaiju.
The deserted island where Fang Yun is sleeping in is called Nubra Island. Looking down from the sky, the whole island is covered with lush vegetation, ferns with thick leaves, various tall trees, and leafy shrubs.
Because of the rugged terrain here, it has remained uninhabited for a long time. This time he bought this island with the purpose of developing it into a park, a very special park.
"Mr.Hammond."
In a laboratory, a young white man wearing a white coat walked towards an old man, holding a strange-looking animal in his hands.
"This was hatched from the latest shipment."
The young white man touched the head of the little beast in his hand with a smile on his face. To which the little beast opened its mouth and screamed harshly.
"It's hungry, bring it some milk."
The young white man glanced at the little beast in his arms, then turned around and said to a staff member not far away.
"I'll hug it."
The old white man stared closely at the little beast in the hands of the young man, his face filled with a happy smile.
He took the small creature from the young man, and hugged it gently, just like holding a fragile baby.
"Mr.Hammond, our park will most likely open for business in two or three years."
Hearing the young man's words, Hammond closely looked up at this laboratory. His heart was filled with excitement. After the park opens, he is confident that it would garner the attention of all the people in the world.
This park is a huge project with unlimited potential. Through it, he will get an unimaginable wealth, thinking of that, a smile appeared on his face.
..........
Time quickly passed, and in a flash, it was three years later.
Three years is enough for the world to change tremendously. After all, this is an era of technological explosion.
Military technology achievements are especially outstanding.
In this time period, the 'Bald Eagles' created the second generation of the motherships. This generation can operate at altitudes of up to 20,000 or even 30,000 meters, capable of making attacks from ultra-high distances.
This altitude is much higher than the height of a civil airliner.
Of course, the ultimate goal of the 'Bald Eagles' is to make a mothership capable of carrying operations in space.
After all, second-generation motherships are just able to attack from the ozone layer, far from entering space.
The boundary between the atmosphere and space defined by the International Astronautical Federation is the Karmen line with a height of 100 kilometers, so the mothership needs a lot of advancement before getting the ability to operate in space.
However, they were able to increase the speed of the mothership to a very high level. The current registered maximum speed of the mothership is a horrific 500 km/h.
Its size has also increased a lot. The most advanced model has a length of 1,000 meters. There are still only eight engines on both sides, but they have become much larger.
The number of engines supplying the horizontal force of that mothership is ten, with six on the back and two on both sides.
So much advancement required a lot of changes. The shape of mothership changed from an island shape to a much smoother one, in order to reduce wind resistance.
A battle group of motherships has also been formed, and all the correspondent flying destroyers and frigates have been made. Moreover, these ships are all coated with stealth materials on the surface.
Together with the latest weapons, optical stealth, and Radar stealth. It's currently the strongest military power of the 'Bald Eagles'.
However, they still can't replicate the heat missiles carried by the K-series fighters of 'Panda country'. Fortunately, they have begun to create laser weapons.
They have already passed the experimental stage, only a few modifications are left before truly putting these type of weapons on the battlefield.
This weapon can be seen all over sci-fi movies in the past, but this is the first time humans are on the verge of truly creating it.
Compared with conventional missile-type weapons, laser weapons have two advantages. They are accurate and cheap.
However, these two points could not be achieved before. In fact, combat-purpose laser weapons couldn't even be created
The 'Bald Eagles' have truly created a true laser weapon this time, but it's different from the portable one seen in movies. It's a very large and heavy one.
It can only be carried on heavy military trucks, or large ships.
The 'Bald Eagles' just tested their new laser weapons not long ago. They successfully destroyed a warship on the sea surface from an altitude of 25 kilometers. Successfully creating an uproar over the world.
However, this weapon has a fatal flaw. It can be heavily affected by the weather and the environment.
In addition, other weapons have also been updated very frequently, such as missiles, warships, nuclear bombs, and fighter jets.
It can be said that the level of the 'Bald Eagle' and even the whole world technology is on a whole different level from 10 years ago.
Due to the harsh circumstances and numerous disasters, human civilizations have made advancements equal to 100 years of normal development in just a decade.
On the other hand, 'Panda country' has naturally advanced a lot, developing a lot of new weapons, but keeping true to their tradition of laying low, they kept all of them a secret.
After the K-series fighter jets appeared, they didn't need to carry out new propaganda. Everyone naturally thinks that 'Panda country' has developed a lot of new weapons.
No one dares to underestimate them anymore.
After all, everyone knows that 'Panda country' likes to keep their secrets to themselves.
The world's order has basically been restored, and the situation is even better than before.
After many disasters. All kinds of vegetables, fruits, and other staple foods can always be harvested without worrying about hunger. Farming technology and other similar everyday technologies have also advanced a lot, making civilians life much easier.
For example, in 'Panda country', people can go to the food station every month to get a free bag of rice, as well as everyday things like vegetable oil, salt, etc...
It wasn't in just 'Panda country' but in every surviving country across the world.
The mutant creatures on land are also cleared by the army on a regular basis. In fact, it's more like regular military training, these land creatures can't even defend against the army equipped with the latest equipment.
As for the bugs that like to devour various natural energy resources and metal, there is a new discovery about them.
These things can actually be eaten by kaiju for growth. Some people even suspect that these bugs are just food prepared for kaiju. This fact was verified by feeding these creatures to cloned kaiju.
They might have other uses, and scientists are still studying them.
As time goes by, new things appear every day, but after so long, people have become numb to new technologies and discoveries.
However, on a certain day, a piece of news came out, attracting the attention of many people.
"Do you want to stroll through a forest, filled with the overlords of the ancient era. The dinosaurs, rulers of the Jurassic era?"
"Do you want to hold a weapon, then hunt those old Hegemons? the giant creatures that mortals can't match?"
"Jurassic Park, Nubra Island, Hawaii, waiting for you to challenge on July 10!"

Yep, he went from a finger sized small snake into a hill sized giant serpent, and he will grow only more in the future.
All the dinosaurs will tremble in fear when Fang Yun awakens... reminds me of the good old days when he slept in a lake and was found by a diver :) so far he has come from a small snake eating frogs and being wary of eagles. Miss his squirrel friend. Good times.
Nice
