Chapter 231: Second Bloodline
🕑 Added 2020-04-04 12:45:22 +0000 UTCThe turbine engine on the left side of the mothership exploded, fire bursting out from it, causing the hull of the entire mothership to tilt down.
The famed mothership that cost billions to make was almost destroyed just by a scream of the giant serpent.
"Buzz!!"
The engines that are still working suddenly started turning a full power, causing the huge mothership to quickly stabilize. After that, the mothership quickly turned around and fled away.
"Damn, what's going on?!"
Watanabe stood in the command room like a wooden chicken. After awakening from his trance, he started yelling madly, he quickly looked at the monitor on the left, on which the condition of the engine that exploded was shown;
In the destroyed engine, a stream of dry ice foam was pouring out to extinguish the fire.
Watanabe Nobita was stunned. How could the engines of their mothership suddenly explode for no reason? thinking back, the engine exploded after the giant serpent opened its mouth.
According to their sources, the giant serpent has two main attacking methods, thunder, and sound waves.
"It launched a sonic attack before?"
Watanabe Nobita couldn't help but wonder, could a sonic attack cause their engine to explode? and just one of them.
However, he didn't know that Fang Yun could destroy an object by analyzing its natural frequency then creating resonance.
Earlier, he analyzed the natural frequency of that engine, created the corresponding resonance, then sent it in the form of sound waves.
Unfortunately, this mothership is made out of various different materials, so the natural frequency of each part is different.
Otherwise, he urges a single "Overclocking Resonance" is enough to bring that mothership down.
It didn't take long for Fang Yun to completely swallow the Kaiju called Kappa. After devouring all its body parts floating on the sea, the system prompted him that he got 500,000 bio-energy points.
"Houf, it's finally possible to advance."
Fang Yun felt quite happy. It has been almost 2 years since the last evolution. That was the longest time he spent accumulating bio-energy for a single evolution.
He didn't pay attention to the airplanes floating not far away, he swam forward for a bit, then dived underwater.
No matter whether it's the mothership of 'Sakura country' or the K-series fighter of 'Panda country', they could no longer observe the giant serpent.
'Sakura country' kaiju training event has finally came to a conclusion, but its end was one that no person expected.
At the beginning. Due to a large conspiracy, 'Sakura country' took the initiative to provoke 'Panda country'. However, they didn't expect that 'Sakura country' possess such powerful aircraft such as the K-series fighters, so they planned to retreat.
Anyway, they have achieved their goal.
Just when everyone thought this was the end, the giant serpent suddenly appeared, killed Kappa and ate it, then disappeared.
In international forums, a lot of people made fun of 'Sakura country' for their pointless move. However, some people seriously analyzed the entire event from the beginning to the end.
Many people felt that this whole thing is sketchy. 'Sakura country' higher-ups can't be this stupid, they won't create an accident that might cause internationals issues or even a conflict between countries for no reason.
This whole thing might be a conspiracy. Someone should have pushed all of this from behind, and the prime suspect is definitely the 'Bald Eagle' country.
While some people focused on the conspiracy behind all of this, more paid attention to the K-series fighters of 'Panda country'
They analyzed all of the pros and cons of the K-series fighters, then compared them to the 'Bald Eagle' motherships and controllable kaiju.
The K-series fighter and the 'Bald Eagles' mothership, comparing the two of them, the technology content and level of the mothership are undoubtedly higher.
The advantage of the K-series fighters is the missile with similar abilities to the kaiju laser beam.
So, how do the K-series fighters missiles compare to Kaiju laser beams?
Through the analysis of people around the world, everyone thinks that the two have their own advantages and disadvantages. When fighters launch a missile, it can position and track the target, but Kaiju laser beams don't have that ability.
However, the Kaiju can dive into about 10 kilometers below the sea surface. They can launch their laser beams from that depth, destroying submarine and even ships on the water surface.
Furthermore, they are living creatures with certain intelligence, having spirituality that fighters don't have, allowing them to be more versatile and more adaptable to unexpected situations.
The thing that most people are currently talking about is undoubtedly the giant serpent. People talking about it can be seen everywhere.
One of the things they are discussing is how the giant serpent instantly destroyed the mothership's engine.
The explosion of the mothership's engine caused some people to think that it's combat effectiveness isn't that good, but many people refuted that.
The point of view of these people is that this time the mothership suffered a blow due to an unexpected attack. Not to mention that the thing that attacked it was the giant serpent, who is known as the strongest creature in the world.
Furthermore, the power of the 'Bald Eagles' mothership doesn't end there.
According to the information they disclosed online, the 'Bald Eagles' goal is to create a mothership with the ability to enter super-high altitudes, such as to the atmosphere, or even directly into space.
The weapons carried by it in the future won't be just missiles or shells. Laser weapons and various kinetic energy weapons that are used to attack from space, those are the weapons of the future. Of course, they are still under development right now.
Online discussions about 'Sakura country' kaiju, Kappa, are very popular. Especially about how it was easily killed by the giant serpent.
This caused the Fang Yun popularity to skyrocket, grating him a lot of reputation points.
There are two factors that can increase his reputation points. More people know about him, and how deep their impression is.
The more people know about him, and the deeper their impression, the more reputation points he gets.
Two months have passed since he devoured "Kappa", and he is currently heading towards the South Pacific.
There isn't any deep meaning behind his direction choice, he just chose a direction at random.
He is searching for a suitable place for his next evolution.
Naturally, he doesn't need to hibernate or sleep in the midst of evolution anymore. However, this time it's special, his reputation points have finally reached 10 billion points.
The system has given him his second bloodline as a reward.
The bloodline he got this time is the bloodline of the "Peng Snake". According to what he learned, a Peng Snake is a monster from myths and legends, just like the Bashen snake.
According to the myths. If the Bashen snake is the snake that swallows elephants, then a Peng snake is the snake that brings drought and disasters in its path.
Ancient people feared Peng snakes and worshiped them as gods.
If a Bashen snake is a snake that initially broke through mortals limits and stepped into the extraordinary, then a Peng snake is a semi-divine creature with tremendous power.
The last time he used the "Bashen snake bloodline" he was forced into a deep sleep. He doesn't know if he will experience the same situation after using the "Pend Snake bloodline".
In addition, after his reputation reached 10 billion points, he got 15 skill points, adding to that the skill points he has leftover, he can upgrade one of his skills.
However, he didn't use these skill points right away. He is planning to wait until the end of this evolution, then use them. Who knows? he might get some new skills.
Six days later, Fang Yun found a huge island. It's even bigger than an international city. He slithered up to the shore, then investigated the situation inside with electromagnetic waves.
This is a deserted island with no human on it.
He slithered to the depths of the island, then stopped in front of a lake. Using sound waves to investigate the lake, he found that its depth is more than 100 meters.
"Perfect."
Finding the ideal place, he didn't hesitate to slither into the lake.
Once at the bottom of the lake, he looked at the surrounding scenery. The bottom of the lake is particularly spacious, the water depth has also exceeded his expectations.
This should be the perfect place for evolution.
"System, start the evolution, and use the "Peng snake" bloodline."
