Chapter 225: Practical Training
🕑 Added 2020-03-26 13:26:34 +0000 UTCThe 'Bald Eagle' military is preparing to use the cloned kaiju for actual combat. This news soon spread across the world, causing a sensation.
On the day of actual combat, they still didn't intend to keep this operation a secret but invited a lot of bold people to watch the battle on the mothership they just improved.
On this memorable day, two giant objects towered over the east beach of the 'Bald Eagle' country.
One of them is them is gigantic kaiju, which looks like a gorilla. This kaiju is the first kaiju ever cloned by man, the famed King Kong kaiju.
It looks even more mighty than before, its eyes sharpened a lot, and its size and muscles have increased tremendously.
In the air not far away from it, a huge mothership was suspended, with eight turbine engines on both sides madly running, making a buzzing sound.
One of the shortcomings of the famed mothership is the extremely loud sound it makes while flying. They still didn't find a solution to this shortcoming.
Many people are standing on the mothership. Soldiers in navy blue uniforms stood on the edge of the mothership. Among them is a group of journalists, trembling with soft legs.
"It's really floating, God, this technology is really amazing."
"I need to take a breathe, I'm scared of heights."
A reporter was holding his chest with his trembling hand. He clutched the railings with his other hand in order to not fall. Despite feeling very soft, his professionalism forced him to smile and say to the camera.
For a while, on the edge of the mothership, apart from the quiet navies, the reporters were frightened to various degrees. The older and more experienced ones kept their composure, but the worst ones were almost crying.
However, it's understandable. Although the 'Bald Eagle' government has exhibited quite a few motherships before, this is the first time these journalists rode it.
Furthermore, it's different from the covered plane people rode before, it's more like a giant ship. The reporters stood on the edge of the mother ships, exposed to the wind, with nothing above them. Their fears are understandable.
While these reporters were trying to calm down their fears, the two engines behind the aerospace aircraft carrier started running, After which the aircraft started moving forward.
Below, King Kong moved forward step by step. Once its legs couldn't touch the floor, it used its arms to swim forward.
About an hour later, the team stopped.
The reporters standing on the aerospace aircraft carrier looked at the thing ahead of them. Not far away, an island-like thing was calmy floating on the water surface.
"Look ahead, there is a Kaiju over there."
Suddenly, a man wearing official clothes walked in front of the reporters and said to them.
If no one has pointed that to them, no one would think that that thing is a kaiju.
That thing looks truly like a small island, motionlessly floating on the water surface with grass and dirt of its back.
"This is a level 3 kaiju. Its name is 'Poison Arrow'. Its special ability is a super toxic poison sprouted from its mouth. Its poison is hundreds of times stronger than the poison of the Inland Taipan."
"Furthermore, its poison possesses a corrosive property that can easily corrode steel. In terms of strength, it possesses the strength to easily sink an aircraft carrier. Its power stands at the peak of level 3 kaiju, infinitely close to level 4 kaiju."
"Its only downside is that it's unable to release laser beams, so we don't have to worry about it attacking this mothership."
The man in the official uniform saw the tension on the face of the reporters and slightly comforted them, after that he turned around and said.
"Prepare King Kong to act."
After hearing his words, the reporters on the flying aircraft carrier trembled in excitement. They immediately turned around and looked at King Kong with anticipation.
Underneath, King Kong suddenly accelerated, quickly reaching the side of Kaiju named "Poison Arrow". After which he took a large punching stance, then landed a strong punch on the head of the kaiju.
This Kaiju beast has four limbs, generally humanoid, with a dinosaur-like face, and a terrifying mouth full of rows of human-sized sharp teeth.
The man wearing official clothes looked at the scene below with a nervous look on his face.
After all, this is their first practical training.
Theoretically, based on the strength, defense and speed measurements, King Kong can completely crush it. However, this is a true battle, they can't be completely sure of King Kong's victory.
"Roar!!"
King Kong's two hands gasped on the upper and lower jaws of "Poison Arrow" respectively. Then, exerting its monstrous muscles, it wanted to tear the kaiju's head in half.
"Roar!!"
"Poison Arrow" yelled loudly in pain. It spat a purple-blue liquid at King Kong's face. King Kong roared loudly in pain, then immediately headed towards the kaiju.
"Boom!!"
The two collided heavily, making loud shockwaves and creating gigantic waves.
King Kong's face was filled with venom, his face filled with steam. He yelled loudly, hugged the kaiju's waist with both his arms, lifted it, then launched a german suplex!
"Splash!!"
The kaiju landed heavily on the water, splashing tens of thousands of tons of water.
After completing this action, King Kong rode on the body of Kaiju, then launched a mad barrage of punches on its face., each one of these punches can bring down a skyscraper.
The Kaiju under King Kong struggled desperately. It punched him, clawed him, trying desperately to escape from his grip, but King Kong steel held it tightly under him, raining it with one punch after the other.
It can be seen from this battle that King Kong's power is indeed above this kaiju. The reason why it was so miserable before is that this is his first fight.
However, as the battle progressed, this level 3 kaiju was unilaterally abused.
It's just that the condition of King Kong is indeed miserable. Even with his defensive power, his face is rotting and purplish-blue hue is spreading from its face to the rest of its body.
It's just that this process is relatively slow; Furthermore, King Kong regenerative power is fighting against the poison, stopping its spreading and restoring the corroded flesh.
About ten minutes later, King Kong finally killed 'Poison Arrow', then slowly dragged its body towards the beach.
On this eventful day, the entire 'Bald Eagle' country boiled.
Their plan went very successfully.
King Kong can kill a level 3 kaiju alone. Furthermore, it wasn't that difficult, maybe he can even fight and defeat a level 4 kaiju.
Many people in their country are appealing, hoping that the country's higher-ups can conduct a practical test against level 4 kaiju. They want to see King Kong's true potential.
Unfortunately, the bald eagle didn't respond to the people's plea. They are currently busy with something else.
The 'Bald Eagles' have a lot of allies. These allies begged them for kaiju after seeing the power that King Kong has exhibited.
Regarding the cloning and growth of the kaiju, it cost a lot of money. That's without mentioning the huge amount of funds they invested in this project.
Now, it's finally time to harvest, they are going to sell these kaiju.
