Chapter 196: Okinawa Island
🕑 Added 2020-02-22 00:01:15 +0000 UTCIt wasn't only Lao Luo that noticed the huge shadow that appeared on the water surface, other people also noticed that.
It just barely revealed its head and neck, most of its other body parts were hidden under the sea, but just the revealed part is shocking enough.
"What kind of monster is this?"
The people on the ship didn't immediately recognize the monster that appeared underwater, but they still yelled loudly in fear.
The three giant ships moved closer to each other under the manipulation of the crew. They tried to create the image of a giant creature, trying to scare the thing underwater away.
Under their observation, the monster bit the mutant swordfish in half, spilling a lot of blood and organs, creating a gruesome picture.
"It looks very similar to the giant serpent."
On the ship where Lao Luo was on, a sailor suddenly said that. Everyone immediately realized. The more they looked at the monster below, the more they felt that it's likely the giant serpent.
It's just……
"It seems to be bigger."
Although they haven't personally seen this monster before, they still watched the video of its battle with the Kraken.
At that time, Fang Yun's body was 60 meters long and had a diameter of two meters. Now, he's 75 meters long and 2,5 meters wide. Although they have seen his pictures before, but they haven't seen him personally, so they didn't feel much about the growth of size.
Everyone felt their bodies shaking. They had been thinking that this snake was caught by the 'Bald Eagle' hence why they dare to go so deep in the ocean to fish. However, it doesn't seem to be the case now.
The people on the three ships were truly frightened, just as they were about to attack it, blue electricity suddenly burst from the giant serpent body.
"Kzzz, Kzzz, Crack!"
Blue arcs filled the area of 100 meters, causing the two swordfish that were escaping to madly tremble. A few seconds later, the two mutant swordfish floated belly first on the water surface, dead.
Even if the three fishing ships were more than 100 meters away, on the edge of the attack range of the electricity, the people on board still felt numb. That's without mentioning the fact that the ship is coated with a layer of insulating material.
The giant serpent swallowed the three mutant swordfish in front of them. The fisherman watched as the serpent devoured the mutant swordfish ferociously, leaking blood and parts of gut on the water.
This has caused them to not even dare to breathe loudly, for fear of attracting the attention of the monster.
"As long as it attacks us, we cannot escape."
This is the thought occupying the fishermen's mind.
In fact, they aren't wrong. The whaling guns don't have the ability to track or locate the target, the giant serpent can easily dodge them. Even if they miraculously manage to touch the giant serpent, they still wouldn't be able to penetrate its defense.
Furthermore, the giant serpent can easily climb on the ship and attack them. It can also discharge.
This group of fishermen dares to swear with their lives that no one would be able to survive the thunder attack of the giant serpent.
Fang Yun tore the three swordfish to pieces before eating them, dyeing the surrounding sea scarlet. He didn't notice that he frightened the fishermen on the three ships not far away.
Even if he knew it, he wouldn't care. His temperament has changed a lot since becoming a snake.
For example, he is amused at the sight of those people trembling in fear.
After swallowing these three mutant swordfish, he keenly smelled that there is food that he loves in the three ships not far away. However, after glancing at them a few times, he still endured the desire in his heart and left this place.
He didn't notice that his glances have almost frightened the people on the ship to death.
After the giant serpent left, the people on the ship finally sighed in relief. It seems that, as some rumors say, the giant serpent doesn't like attacking humans.
The fishermen on the fishing boat didn't have the mood to think about this. They just want to quickly leave this place, and tell the world that the giant serpent has returned to the Pacific ocean.
Fang Yun was still swimming towards the sea of 'Sakura country'. Finally, on this day, he arrived in the area near Okinawa. In this area, he found a lot of food.
He is planning to stay here for a few days, then move towards other areas of 'Sakura country' later.
This time, he has already formulated a course of action, a plan he is going to follow, traveling in all the world's oceans while hunting prey.
He will cross the sea of 'Sakura country' go to the Sea of Okhotsk, swim around the Bering Sea, then go to the north and stroll around the Arctic Ocean.
Of course, this is still just a plan in his mind. It will take a long time to finish this journey.
Fang Yun glanced around. He noticed a group of dolphins moving forward very quickly, jumping in and out of the water, so he followed suit.
Quite a long time ago, he encountered a whale that was jumping in and out from the water, and he learned how to do that from it.
Speaking of this, he suddenly noticed that he hadn't encountered a while for a long time. Not to mention those gentle whales, even those fierce toothed whales have disappeared.
Fang Yun followed the dolphins for about 10 kilometers. As the sky started darkening, he decided to find a desert to rest on.
Just at that moment, he discovered a fishing boat not far away.
In fact, he had seen many 'Sakura country' boats along the way. The reason this one has drawn his attention is that there is a big monster following behind it.
"Kaiju?"
Fang Yun looked at the kaiju trailing behind the big boat with a surprised look, then he activated "Discoloration Camouflage" and followed it.
The fishing boat in front moved forward without any problem as the people on it didn't know that there are two monsters following behind.
On the fishing boat, the crew members are sorting the fish they caught before.
They may seem extremely serious and meticulous on the surface, but upon a closer look, they are actually quite relaxed and sloppy.
It won't be long before they return to the port, so they are quite happy and relaxed.
However, a few moments later, the captain suddenly discovered that there is an island-like object behind them.
He found it with the sonar detector.
"Island?"
His face was filled with shock and disbelief. They passed by that place not long ago, but they didn't find any island.
Just as he was puzzled, he noticed that the "Island" was moving.
"What the hell is that?"
Captain Aikawa looked at the display in front of him, a look of astonishment appeared on his face. He quickly rushed out of the cabin, walked to the deck and looked behind the ship.
Behind them, a mountain-like shadow was closely following their ship.
Aikawa widened his eyes as much as possible, trying to discern what that object is.
Coincidentally, the clouds covering the moon moved slightly, and the moonlight shined on this place, allowing Aikawa to clearly see the thing behind.
Aikawa blinked, then looked at that objects again. The next moment, he fell backward, landing on his butt, his face was filled with fear.
The shadow that he saw before was an extremely large spine. When he tried to look at it, a gigantic head appeared from underwater and stared back at him.
A pair of scarlet pupils filled Aikawa's vision.
"Godzilla ... Godzilla ..."
