Chapter 169: Thunder Domain
🕑 Added 2020-01-22 13:27:04 +0000 UTCThe moment the properties panel came up, Fang Yun immediately noticed the two prompts at the top of the panel.
"Ring! the host has completed his 21st evolution. The host current level is 22, rewarding 21 skill points."
"Ring! The hos has met the requirements, new skills available, whether to check them?"
Looking at the two system's prompts, Fang Yun was stunned for a moment, then he was immediately overjoyed. Are there new skills?
"System, show me the available skills!"
The light curtain in his mind flashed, then the skills appeared on the panel.
"Thunder Domain: Active skill. Selecting this skill, the host will have the ability to discharge and control electricity in a wide range. At the same time, the host will generate an electromagnetic field, interfering with electromagnetic exploration."
"Each upgrade requires 20 skill points, current level 0/5."
"Overclocking Resonance: Active skill, Selecting this skill, the host will be able to emit ultra-high frequency sound waves to attack the opponent. At the same time, the host will get the ability to detect the natural frequency of various creatures, then create resonance to destroy them."
"Each upgrade requires 20 skill points, current level 0/5."
After reading these skills description, Fang Yun was quite excited. New skills have finally appeared! More importantly, they are attack skills.
However, Fang Yun is finally certain that apart from the number of skills points, there are other requirements for new skills to appear.
Both of these skills sound very powerful. One is an area of effect skill 'AOE' capable of clearing a large number of enemies. One is a single long-range attack, used to deal with powerful enemies.
These skills can already be called fantasy skills, unlike the physical skills he was given before.
However, each of these two skills requires 20 skills points for each upgrade. With his current points, he can only upgrade one skill.
Thinking of this, Fang Yun was a little speechless.
"System, Upgrade Thunder Domain."
Fang Yun felt that this skill is not only a large area of effect skill, which can deal with a lot of enemies. The electromagnetic field is also very useful, with it, humans' radars and other search equipment won't be able to find him.
After upgrading this skill, Fang Yun immediately noticed the changes in his body.
He clearly felt that most of the changes happened in his scales. He felt that his scales have gained the ability to store and discharge electricity, just like batteries.
In addition, his scales have become very similar to solar panels, converting solar energy into electricity then storing it.
"I should be considered a silicon-based creature right now?"
Feeling the changes in his body, he couldn't help but think of this.
Although there are some carbon-based creatures that can discharge electricity. No creature has the ability to convert energy.
"I really want to try this skill."
Fang Yun looked eager, he wants to quickly dive into the sea and try this skill power on some creature.
However, he held down this impulse, for now, he still has something to do.
"System, show me my properties panel."
The words on the panel refreshed again, showing his properties.

Maxed out skills have been hidden.
"Two meters thick?"
Fang Yun looked at his body, his heart filled with satisfaction. His current look is very visually impacting.
Just his diameter is bigger than a door, and his length is 60 meters. That's equivalent to a 20-story building.
After checking his properties and his new skills, Fang Yun nodded with satisfaction. He slithered straight towards the sea, ready to try his new skill on some unlucky creature.
Once he entered the sea, Fang Yun discovered something surprising.
His senses are actually much stronger than before.
In the past, he could only rely on his tongue to detect the creatures hidden in the darkness, but now he doesn't have to do so anymore.
He became extremely sensitive to the electromagnetic waves emitted by living creatures.
Through these electromagnetic waves, he can not only detect the distance between him and other living creatures, but he can also only determine their size, number, etc...
The moment he got into the sea, he sensed a rather special electromagnetic wave. Without hesitation, he saw there.
Not long after, he saw a huge creature swimming ahead.
"This electromagnetic detection is really great."
Fang Yun accelerated even further after seeing that a creature is swimming ahead. By now, he can already see the true appearance of that creature.
"Mosasaurus?"
Seeing the creature ahead, this thought appeared in Fang Yun's mind. He has also seen Jurassic Park, so he immediately recognized the creature ahead.
"Target locked, Mosasaurus, Reptile, Mosasaurini, can provide 40,000 bio-energy points."
It's indeed the Mosasaurus.
This creature is almost 20 meters long. It's currently looking around while swimming seemingly looking for food. As a result, it turned its head and saw Fang Yun who was approaching it from behind.
Fang Yun's body size is much bigger than it, so the moment it saw him, it quickly escaped.
Finally seeing a target, Fang Yun naturally won't let it escape. He quickly chased it, catching up with it in no time. Their speeds are too different.
Once he reached a distance about 20 meters away from the Mosasaurus, Fang Yun activated "Thunder Domain".
Blue currents appeared on the surface of his scales, then spread away, quickly catching with the Mosasaurus ahead.
"ZsssZssss!!"
Once the currents touched the Mosasaurus, it started shaking.
The Mosasaurus seemed to be enduring great pain. It struggled madly, unable to move forward. In the end, it stopped moving and sank downwards.
Although the Mosassaurus didn't directly die, it's not far from death. Fang Yun swam towards it, dragged it to the sea surface, then ate it.
"If I got just a bit closer, the Mosasaurus should have directly died."
Fang Yun though internally. He chooses a direction at random and swam forward.
He doesn't need to search for prey, with a large amount of ancient creatures in the ocean, as long as he continues to move forward, he will eventually meet with prey.
Fang Yun doesn't have to wait in front of the space Chanel anymore, it's unnecessary.
In this way, Fang Yun continued moving forward, constantly hunting ancient creatures while testing the power of his skills.
About a month later, Fang Yun didn't even know where he is.
He didn't that he has arrived in the Pacific, the territory of one of the four sea king.
On this day, Fang Yun felt a strange biological electromagnetic wave. Swimming towards it, he soon saw a behemoth.
"Giant octopus, it looks familiar."
