Chapter 159: The Giant Sea Serpent Appear
🕑 Added 2020-01-13 20:47:01 +0000 UTCAt noon, a huge cruise ship sailed on the calm sea, it was heading east.
Many passengers stood on the deck. Some were enjoying the gentle breeze, some were discussing with their companions, or just looking at the beautiful sea.
Suddenly, the sound of water breaking sounded.
This sound was extremely loud, attracting the attention of all the passengers on the deck.
"what happened?"
Among the crowd, a girl with a baby face was lying on the railing, just like everyone else, enjoying blowing the sea breeze.
She was shocked by the loud splashing sound, she quickly looked at the source of the sound, fearing that it's a monster.
After seeing the source of the sound, she was quite surprised, at the same time a bit relieved.
About 70 to 80 meters away from the cruise ship, a whale was sticking its head out from the water. It was spraying water from the hole below its neck.
"It's a whale."
Looking at the whale not far away, the girl looked amazed. She quickly took her phone and took pictures. Only then did she find that there are a few unread messages on her phone.
The name shown above is "Sasha".
"Xiao Lan, when will you return home?"
Seeing this text message, the image of a girl with twin-tails appeared in Xiao Lan's mind. A smile appeared on her face. She quickly typed on her phone.
"I'm already on the way back to China."
Three months ago, she went out of the country to take care of some things, and have a vacation by the way. Now that she took care of all her business, she is on the way back.
"Yes, you should have taken a plane, boats are too dangerous."
Seeing this text message, Xiao Lan smiled bitterly. She also wants to take a plane back home, but what can she do? Due to the emergence of sea monsters and a large number of casualties, most people are taking planes these days, so it has become much harder to get a place on a plane than previously.
She had been trying to book a place on a plane for more than a week. In the end, she could only give up and take a boat back.
Fortunately, this cruise ship is particularly large, and there has been no record of a large ship sinking yet.
She looked around nervously. The noisy surroundings and the large number of people gave her some security and largely eased her nervousness.
"No way, I couldn't get a ticket."
Xiao Lan sent a text back to Sasha.
"Don't worry too much, our cruise ship is very big, and in a few days, I will be in the port."
"In short, be careful."
"Ok :)"
After replying to "Sasha", Xiao Lan leaned on the railings again, then looked at the big whale not far away.
She started to daydream again. She imagined that the whale turned into a giant python, looking extremely terrifying.
It was covered in dark scales, and its barbed teeth could scare an adult man to cry.
Suddenly the "giant python" looked straight at her, then rushed toward them and attacked their cruise ship.
The cruise ship inevitably capsized, and they all fell into the sea, all screaming with fear.
Once such a scene appeared in her mind, she couldn't help but clench her hands, a look of fear and excitement appeared on her face.
In the midst of her fantasies, a cry suddenly woke her up.
"Ahhh!!"
This sudden scream woke Xiao Lan from her fantasies. She looked around in surprise, then noticed that everyone was looking at a certain place with fright.
"what happened?"
Looking a bit confused, she followed the sight of everyone. After seeing the thing that everyone was looking at, her immediately paled.
"Giant...Python?"
She saw that after not far away from the whale, a giant python appeared. It was quickly following behind the whale.
"This……"
Xiao Lan's heart thumped violently, her limbs started to feel cold.
Although she likes to fantasize about monsters attacking them, it does not mean that she really want this situation to happen, she is just a little girl looking for excitement.
Her gaze swept around, a vast ocean, she couldn't see the existence of land.
In just a moment.
She lost her sense of security and panic filled her heart.
On the cruise ship, the crowd suddenly became noisy.
There are many people, but that doesn't mean fart!
According to the statistics, this giant python has a record of killing more than 700 people. It's a true murderous demon!
Although their cruise ship is quite large, no one is sure that it can withstand the attack of the Giant Sea Serpent.
The cruise ship also quickly picked up its speed and drove into the distance. The ship personnel also came out to maintain order.
Xiao Lan's heart was quickly beating. She stared straight at the giant python.
Only a small portion of the giant python's body was exposed, but only that small part is enough to make them shocked.
More than 1 meter thick, it can easily swallow an elephant.
The giant python quickly caught up with the whale, crossing the distance of 100 meters in just a few seconds. It opened its giant mouth and bit on the tail of the whale.
When the giant python opened his mouth, its sharp teeth were exposed.
These giant teeth caused people to feel chills.
They watched as the giant python bit on the whale's tail, then shook its head tearing a large piece of meat from it. Blood gushed out from the whale's wounds, dyeing the water with red.
Along with this was the cry of the whale.
Seeing such a brutal scene, Xiao Lan's body shook even harder. She tried her best to suppress her squeals.
Everyone is hoping that the cruise ship will move faster. All they want is to quickly get away from that murderous monster.
While they were getting farther away, the giant python suddenly pounced on the whale and wrapped around it.
"puff!"
From the whale's nostrils, another water pillar was sprayed, then both of them slowly sand underwater.
The loud noise and splashing water slowly calmed down. Only the red spot on the water surface remains as a testament for the battle that occurred there.
The crowd on the cruise ship held their breath while watching this scene. Hope rose in their hearts.
Going by the current situation, the giant python is unlikely to attack them.
"Perhaps that whale is enough to feed it."
This is the thought of most people on the cruise ship.
However, they didn't completely relax. Most of them stared at the water surface, fearing that the giant python will suddenly burst out of the water and attack them.
Although the appearance of the Giant Sea Serpent has frightened the people on the cruise severely, it also caused the American government to be very happy.
They have finally determined the area of the giant python activity.
