Chapter 172: The World Pattern
🕑 Added 2020-01-24 23:26:28 +0000 UTCIn the past few days, 'Huaxia' has been looking for traces of the Giant Serpent. It wasn't only them, even 'Sakura country' and several other small countries were madly searching for the Serpent.
It's not that they care about the Serpent. In fact, they hope that both of them died while fighting. Especially the Kraken.
In particular, the small countries near 'Huaxia' were severely harassed by the Kraken due to their weak coastal defense forces. Many of their fishing boats and ships were destroyed by it.
So, they absolutely hate the Kraken.
As for the giant Serpent.
This seems to be the first time that this monster has appeared, but as a monster, they don't expect it to be kind.
After all, judging from the fact that it took the initiative to attack the Kraken, it's very aggressive.
The reason all of these countries gathered together is to get the information's of the Serpent and the Kraken. They want to know where they are and what are they doing.
Their main target is the Serpent.
They already have a certain understanding of the Kraken, but they don't know anything about the Serpent.
Of course, most of the searching force is from 'Huaxia'. After all, its financial strength and military force can't be compared to these small countries.
Unfortunately, even with the joint force of several countries, they still weren't able to find the traces of the Kraken and the Serpent.
"Have these two monsters died?"
This is the hope and expectation of many people, especially fishermen. Even if other ancient and mutant creatures are scary, they still can't destroy large ships.
Only top mutant creatures like the Kraken can destroy them.
Regardless of whether it's a single large ship or a large gathering of ships, the Kraken will still rush into there and cause massive casualties.
So if these two king-level monsters died, that would be the best for humans.
..........
An uninhabited desert island near the Babuyan Islands in the pacific. This desert island is not large, only seven square kilometers, but it has a large forest.
On the beach, there is a huge creature basking in the sun.
After the battle with the Kraken three days ago, the Serpent has been basking in the sun on this island.
The reason why it's lying on the beach is not to rest, but to recharge himself.
A few days ago, when he fought with the Kraken on the seafloor, he used "Thunder Domain" to attack it, greatly injuring the Kraken.
But even so, that guy was still able to escape.
Thinking of this, Fang Yun let out a depressed sigh.
He is also sure that that Octopus monster is the one he fought with next to the space Chanel previously.
At that time, that octopus was worth 200,000 bio-energy points, but now, it can provide 300,000 bio-energy points.
It's just a pity that that octopus has used its ink to once again escape.
"I'm evolving and they are also growing."
Thinking of this, Fang Yun felt a lot of pressure. Fortunately, not all mutants can evolve, only some special mutants can do so. He also feels that these monsters' evolution has certain limits, unlike his infinite evolution.
He has gathered some information about the ocean after a month of wandering.
In this new age, the hegemons in the ocean are no longer those sharks, whales and the like, but those powerful mutant ancient creatures.
Only creatures like mutant Megalodons or Melville whales are qualified to act as an overlord in the ocean. However, they are still not at the top, they are still a lot inferior to that octopus monster.
After finishing his evolution and entered the ocean, he met a lot of mutant creatures, and all of them ended in his belly.
Only that octopus monster was able to escape.
"I wonder if there are mutants as powerful as the octopus in the ocean?"
Fang Yun lazily laid on the beach. He changed his position and continued to think about this problem.
Although that giant octopus is not as powerful as him, he has managed to escape two times from him. Its growth speed is also stressing him a bit.
His evolution is taking more and more time. He is afraid that one day after waking up from evolution, those monsters would have grown bigger than him.
Although all of this is stressful. The thing that worries him the most is still the Kaiju monster he saw in the space Chanel. Fortunately, these guys haven't appeared yet.
Thinking of this, Fang Yun let out a long sigh, he has to grow faster.
Feeling that the electricity in his scales has reached saturation. He stood up from the beach, then slithered towards the sea.
His next evolution needs 2.5 million bio-energy points. He is going to start a long and hard hunt.
.........
The giant Serpent and the Kraken haven't appeared in a month.
Many people have speculated that these two monsters have died in the ocean.
The Serpent was also included in the king-level creatures. It has probably died though.
The video of the battle between the Serpent and the Kraken has spread across the world. After all, since the outbreak of mutant creatures, this is the first time that two king-level mutants have fought.
There are very few king-level creatures in the world. Before the appearance of the Serpent, there were just 4, and each one occupied an ocean, so, it's very difficult for them to meet.
So a video recording the battle of two King-level monsters is very rare.
Fishermen in the countries along the North Pacific Ocean are now particularly excited.
Although there is no direct evidence that the serpent and the Kraken have died, but no news right now is the best news.
They don't have to be as terrified on the ocean as before.
They can also go a bit deeper into the ocean, facilitating the capture of small ancient creatures.
The price of ancient creatures' meat is very high, so capturing just one is enough to make a fisherman rich.
As for the big ancient creatures and even mutated creatures. Only the government and large-scale fishing companies can catch them. This is not what small fishermen like them can get involved in.
These large companies usually take large ships equipped with weapons and a large number of whaling guns. Only then can they guarantee their security.
As long as they don't encounter king-level mutants or a large number of ordinary mutants, their safety is basically guaranteed.
Not all the world countries are as relaxed as 'Huaxia' and other countries along the north pacific.
For example, the 'Bald Eagle' country along the Atlantic is having a headache right now.
That super Mosasaurus is bringing them serious trouble.
This time, it hit Virginia Beach, causing large casualties.
