Chapter 149: The Battle Under the Sea
🕑 Added 2019-12-26 12:36:15 +0000 UTC"what!"
Inside the submarine, Jonny and Elson looked at the scene on the main screen and screamed in fear and panic. A look of astonishment on their faces.
They saw a huge shadow quickly approaching on the screen.
Perhaps because it's too fast, they can't accurately capture the appearance of the huge shadow owner.
"Bang!"
It's very difficult for the submarine to make a U-turn right now. In fact, they didn't even have the time to react, their submarine was hit, causing it to roll forward like a windmill.
All of a sudden, the studio became very messy. Everyone, including that Jonny and Elson, fell to the ground, yelling in the process.
Some instruments are still sparkling with electricity, completely destroyed.
In the bedroom, Li Zhi and Luo Huan looked at the computer screen with shock. The screen was filled with white and black lines. Just like a TV with a bad signal.
However, they still looked at the screen blankly, as if there are flowers on it.
"Huan ... Huan brother?"
After a long moment, Li Zhi reacted. He turned to the side, looking at Luo Huan with disbelief. "Was that a...monster?"
He didn't see clearly see what was that. It was too fast.
However, just a glimpse was enough to shock him, he realized that that creature was huge!
According to data previously revealed by Jonny, the position of the submarine was about 3km underwater. There should be no large creature at that depth!
Of those large creatures in the world, sperm whales are best at diving, but they can only reach a depth of 2km, and they can't stay at that depth for a long time.
What's more frightening is that the speed of that mysterious creature was horrifying. It's also surprising that the submarine didn't find their existence in advance.
These features together constitute an unimaginable creature that humans don't know of.
Sea monster!
Li Zhi and Luo Huan looked at each other, that word appeared in their minds.
"I don't know what happened to Jonny?"
Both of them suddenly remembered that Jonny and the rest of the crew were in a bad situation.
The submarine was attacked by an unknown creature, and it was still underwater at the depth of 3000 km. A small problem can cause all the people on the submarine to sink eternally in the sea.
Their hearts thumped nervously. They were quite worried about Jonny and the others.
The people who saw the giant dark shadow rushing towards the submarine weren't only Jonny, his crew and the live broadcast viewers.
In the dark sea, Fang Yun was observing all of this.
In fact, he noticed the shadow before Jonny and his crew.
Although the cameras on the submarine didn't accurately capture the appearance of the giant shadow, Fang Yun saw it.
After each evolution, all parts of his body will be strengthened, including his vision. After so many evolutions, his vision has been strengthened to a very high level;
He can see that not far ahead is a huge monster that looks like a shark, with dark grey skin and a white belly.
This giant monster has a huge mouth, several rows of triangular teeth, Each one almost as big an adult head.
Its body size is even more terrifying, even bigger than Fang Yun's own body size, it should be more than 40 meters long.
A normal creature can't have such a huge body.
Mutant creature.
It should be a Mutant creature just like that lanternfish.
Unlike the panic that Jonny and Elson felt when they saw this monster, Fang Yun only felt joy.
While observing this huge mutated shark, the system's prompt sounded in his mind.
"Target locked, Mutated Megalodon, Chordata, Carsharocles, can provide 100,000 bio-energy points."
After hearing the system's prompt, Fang Yun was surprised.
Megalodon, that's an ancient creature.
This creature was said to feed on whales. Only Melville whales from the same period could compete with them.
Moreover, this monster is not just a normal megalodon, it's a mutated one.
"100,000 bio-energy points, very good. "
Fang Yun looked very serious. He was just planning to rush out when the megalodon attacked the submarine again.
The speed of this mutant megalodon is beyond his imagination, it's almost as fast as him.
"Bang!"
The impact of the mutant megalodon caused the submarine to spin like a windmill, the direction just happened to be where Fang Yun was.
"Whoosh!"
Fang Yun ducked to the side, avoiding the submarine, then rushed straight to the megalodon.
Fang Yun's sudden appearance was beyond the megalodon's expectation, it retreated dozens of meters in surprise.
However, just when the megalodon calmed down, Fang Yun quickly reached him, then bit straight on the megalodon's belly.
"boom!"
Two giant monsters madly fought, creating endless muffled "bangs". The two behemoths battle caused the water to stir and the sand to fly. Just like a small scale disaster.
On the other side, the submarine continued to spin. causing Jonny and the rest of the crew to be dizzy. Apart from panic and fear, their mind was blank.
"boom!"
Suddenly, the submarine landed on the ocean floor, and to the relief of Jonny and the crew, the submarine stopped spinning.
"Huff ~ Huff ~"
In the submarine, only loud wheezing can be heard.
Jonny and Elson struggled to stand up from the ground, then stared at each other. Both of them discovered the panic and fear in the other's eyes.
They wondered what was the thing that hit their submarine before.
"Els ..."
Jonny took a breath and was going to say something. Unfortunately, he didn't have the opportunity, their submarine started rolling again.
"Ah! Ah!"
Jonny and Elson just managed to stand up. Now that their submarine started to roll again, they slammed into the steel floor.
The surging current created by the two monsters pushed the submarine forward.
The two monsters who caused this accident are fighting 100 meters away from the submarine. They constantly collided with each other, just like two giant bulldozers.
Fang Yun continued to bite on the megalodon, leaving a lot of wounds on it. The megalodon tried to do the same but unfortunately couldn't break through the Fang Yun defense.
Of course, it wasn't completely ineffective. The megalodon's enormous bite force still caused Fang Yun some pain.
"Crunch!"
Fang Yun collided again with the megalodon, this time he took the opportunity to bite off the pectoral fin of the megalodon shark, causing a large amount of blood to splatter.
After being injured multiple times and feeling that he won't be able to injure Fang Yun. The megalodon decided that continuing to fight with the giant python won't have a good result, so he turned around and quickly fled to the distance.
Fang Yun naturally won't let it flee so easily. He closely followed the megalodon, refusing to let it escape.
In the submarine, Jonny was lying powerlessly on the steel floor. He heard the countless muffled bangs outside and that made him very nervous.
He was both confused and scared.
What was the thing that hit their submarine before?
Why did that creature no longer attack their submarine?
He listened to the sound outside and came to the conclusion that something is fighting.
What exactly is going on?
While he was deep in his thoughts, almost on the verge of doubting life. He noticed that submarine gradually stopped shaking. He struggled to stand up and looked at the screen that was still working.
He saw a shocking scene on that screen.
Two huge black shadows were swimming away, gradually disappearing into the darkness.
"That is……"
Seeing this scene, Jonny was dumbstruck.
The picture on the screen is quite blurred but he can still determine that these two shadows belong to two giant creatures.
He guessed that they are even bigger than their submarine!
Was the sound he heard before due to these two monsters fighting?
What kind of sci-fi movie did he stray into?
While Jonny was in a daze, Elson struggled to stand up before yelling at the fallen crew members.
"Quick! Quick! Check the instruments, we have to leave this place!"
"We must return to the nearest island, right now!"
"Hurry up!"
