🕑 Added 2019-11-13 19:46:05 +0000 UTC
While everyone was talking about the monster that appeared in Robles "Pudaga Forest Park". A lot of people claiming to be monster hunters appeared, ready to go to Robles to hunt the monster.
A lot of people were interested in this monster incident.
When the giant python was first discovered in Uganda, no one dared to go there, even these so-called "Monster Hunters". The Ugandan Prairie is not a place where humans should go. The unbearable environment, the disease-carrying mosquitos, the various poisonous creatures, the predators. That place is way too dangerous for humans.
If someone walked there without preparation, he wouldn't be able to survive for an hour.
They also heard that the experts and professors who went to that place didn't find any trace of the giant python.
That giant python, just like its abrupt appearance, suddenly disappeared from the world, as if its appearance was just an illusion that everyone in the world had.
Now that a trail of another monster was discovered in the "Pudaga Forest Park". It has attracted a lot of attention. After all, this forest park is very large, so there is the possibility of a monster hiding there.
Hook sat on the sofa and looked at the TV in front of him. There was a press conference currently shown on the TV screen.
A group of reporters surrounded a man in a suit, behind them, a lot of photographers were taking pictures.
His gaze fell on a reporter standing out from the rest. It's beautiful a woman with short hair. The woman was wearing a sexy work suit highlighting her seductive body. She was holding a microphone and pointing it at the man opposite her.
This female reporter is his fiancee Li Xue, and the man in the suit standing in front of her is the head manager of the "Pudaga Forest Park", Sandler.
Recently, a rumor about the emergence of monsters in the "Pudaga Forest Park" has been rampant. To respond to all the questions of the people, the management of the "Pudaga Forest Park" promised to hold a press conference today.
They want to clear up this incident in this press conference.
His fiancee, Li Xue, is a domestic CCTV intern reporter. This time, she was sent to Robles to get first-hand news.
"It’s another scam."
Hook shrugged. He didn't believe in these so-called "hidden monsters" rumors. This monster rumor is probably created by the "Pudaga Forest Park"
They probably did this just to draw attention to themselves.
“There are a lot of people who have used the same trick."
Events like this one happened a lot since the discovery of the Ugandan Prairie's giant python.
Some people or scenic spots used this method many times to draw attention to themselves.
In Hook’s view, this "Pudaga Forest Park" should be the same.
They want to promote their new scenic spot using this method.
Hook isn't the only smart guy, many people have thought of this. They got cheated a lot of times, but every time a new rumor comes out, they will still pay attention to it, just for the small chance that it may be true.
Moreover, this time the rumor comes from the "Pudaga Forest Park." they have big virgin forests with many types of plants and animals, so it's not impossible.
"Mr. Sandler, what do you think about this monster incident?"
Seeing that the press conference has begun, Hook stopped thinking about that and fixed his eyes on the TV screen. He watched for a while until his fiancee got a chance to ask a question.
“About the short clip featuring the large shadow swimming in Lake Mississippi, is that clip true?"
After she asked that, the rest of the reporters all stared at Sandler, this is obviously one of the questions they want to ask.
"I feel that I need to apologize to everyone."
On the screen, Sandler apologized. "This video is fake. In fact, this is just a part of the promotional video prepared by the tourism bureau."
As expected
After hearing Sandler's answer, Hook shook his head and smiled. He knew that the answer given by Sandler will make a lot of monster fans very disappointed.
After the appearance of the giant python in the Ugandan prairie, many monster fans become very active on the network, but the giant python disappearance made these people extremely disappointed.
Afterward, monster news started to fly all over media platforms, appearing one after the other, but without exception, they were all fake.
At the time when the "Pudaga Forest Park" monster rumors started flying on the internet, especially that short clip, Hook saw a lot of people cheering on the internet.
Now that Sandler personally denied the existence of that monster, how would these guys feel?
Thinking about that, he couldn't help but gloat at their misery.
At this time, Sandler on the TV screen continued: "On the official website of our Tourism Bureau, the promotional video has already been released. Obviously, it's a bored person playing with the internet."
Bullshit!!
Hook didn't believe one bit, this isn't some random person laying games on the internet, it's obviously a scheme designed by these guys!
While thinking about that, on the TV screen, Sandler quietly stepped back, revealing the big screen behind him.
The cameraman silently focused the lenses on the big screen in the back.
After the big screen in the rear turned on, a video began playing on it, a long black shadow was swimming cheerfully on the water before sinking underwater. Not long after, the shadow gradually swam to the surface before completely revealing its true shape.
It's a diver.
He was dragging a long banner on which some words were written. Mississippi Lake: Open for diving enthusiasts.
"He posted the first half of the video, which has resulted in these monster rumors floating on the internet. We're really sorry for the troubles this caused to everyone."
"I know that after the disappearance of Ugandan's giant python, everyone started to look for other monsters. Unfortunately, our Pudaga Forest Park really has no monster." (TL: You're sure?)
He made a face that said "It's really a pity", then smiled again: "But if you really want to come to Robles to look for monsters, I can become the monster you want."
After saying this, he made a sinister face with his hands raised in the air like a monster, amusing everyone in the scene.
"Mr. Sandler, may I ask if Mississippi lake is ready to launch its diving service?"
Suddenly, a reporter asked this question very timely.
"Yes."
Sandler gave the reporter an encouraging look then said: "The Mississippi Lake is very beautiful. it wasn't previously developed into a tourist attraction because of various reasons, now that the conditions became available, we decided to develop it into a tourist attraction."
“Diving to the depth of the lake will be our first project."
“Three days later, we will hold a press conference in Mississippi Lake, we hope to introduce our tour and diving services to visitors from all over the world through media channels.”
"At that time, I hope that you'll all be present."
Sandler nodded to reporters bellow, then walked out of the conference room under the protection of a team of security personnel.
After hearing Sandler's words, he became slightly interested.
On the big screen behind Sandler, the complete picture of the Mississippi lake was shown. He felt that this place is indeed beautiful.
He was thinking about whether to go to that place and have some fun.
Three days later, Sandler will hold another press conference, and he is planning to watch it.
Many people all over the world have watched Sandler press conference, a lot of them have the same idea as Hook. It looks like, Sandler and Salman's scheme has worked.
