Chapter 124: Finding an Archipelago
🕑 Added 2019-11-26 14:29:26 +0000 UTCFang Yun wandered for five days in the ocean. his travel route wasn't always forward, in fact, his route has no law at all.
Overall, he has been moving along the coastline, but he has completely lost the way to the previous river.
Up to now, the depth of the water in which he is located is about 500 meters, which is not too deep, but Fang Yun feels that there is no need to go into deeper places.
Yesterday, he stared at a fish school, then stalked them from behind.
According to the system's prompt, this is a herring fish school.
Fang Yun roughly estimated that their number is around 3,000, which is not unusual in the ocean.
The herring fish in this school has a maximum of one meter, but most of them are between 30 cm and 50 cm. The bio-energy they provide is between 30 and 200 points.
Yesterday, Fang Yun attacked this fish school, ate more than 200 fish and got 12320 bio-energy points.
By now, his bio-energy has reached 200,340 points.
At this moment, Fang Yun was wandering at a depth of 50 meters underwater. The water in this place a bluish-green color, and the water temperature is very comfortable, he really likes to swim in this layer.
In front of him, there is a fish school swarming forward.
He is about 300 meters away from the fish school, using "Discoloration Camouflage" to blend with the sea, the fish school did not find him.
They thought that the danger was eliminated, but they didn't know that Fang Yun was behind them since yesterday.
While following the fish school, Fang Yun mainly studied their habits to determine the best time to hunt.
In normal times, this fish school is very loose, but when they encounter prey or threats, they will quickly gather together.
Depending on the object, they will take a different shape.
If they encounter prey, they will take the shape of a spiral, leading the prey to the middle, then start hunting. If it's a threat, they will form a ball shape.
This kind of strategy may be effective for other predators. Some careless predators may mistakenly think that he had encountered a giant creature such as whales or sharks, so he will escape after seeing this giant ball.
But Fang Yun is different, he has human wisdom, so this silly strategy can't fool his eyes.
In fact, these fish gathering together is more conducive to his hunting. For example, when he attacked them yesterday, every attack resulted in him capturing a lot of fish.
The fish school casually swam in front of him, looking very leisurely and relaxed.
Seeing this, Fang Yun knew that it was time, accelerating slightly, he quickly approached the fish school.
He knew that this fish school is going to slow down, they are going to rest.
When he reached about 30 meters behind the fish, he immediately speeded up and rushed towards them.
The sudden water surge scared the fish group, their original loose formation immediately tightened, forming a huge sphere.
However, Fang Yun didn't hesitate in the slightest, still rushing forward at a very fast speed and slamming into the huge fish sphere.
It's worth mentioning that since his bloodline evolution, his speed increased tremendously. Even in the ocean, he can reach 150km/h, making him the fastest creature on both land and water.
His super-fast speed allowed him to instantly reach the fish school, opening his giant mouth, he ate 7 or 8 fish with one bite.
Some fish collided with the fast Fang Yun and directly fainted, slowly falling to the bottom of the ocean.
Fang Yun penetrated straight through the fish sphere, forming a hole in the fish sphere, but moments after Fang Yun created the hole, the other fish filled it, forming a giant sphere again.
In this way, Fang Yun penetrated the fish sphere several times, eating about fifty or sixty fish, following that, he swam to the ocean floor, looking for the fish that fainted as a result of his collisions.
These fish are even more than the one he swallowed.
After this attack.
He ate more than two hundred fish and gained 10,000 bio-energy points.
When he floated back from the ocean floor, the fish school had already disappeared, but Fang Yun was not in a hurry. flicking his tongue a few times in the water, he easily determined the direction in which they escaped.
In the sea, his tongue can still be used - it should be because of the bloodline upgrade, as his tongue sensitivity has increased by a large margin.
And from now on, his tongue role in the sea is far greater than on land.
He mostly uses his eyes on the land, but in the ocean, his eyes can't play a big role.
The ocean is too big, and the distance that he can see with his eyes is limited.
Swaying his huge body, Fang Yun swam towards the fish school. 10 kilometers away, he finally caught up with them.
Without hesitation, he attacked the fish school again. This time, he gained 15,200 bio-energy points.
After being attacked several times, the frightened fish school quickly ran away.
Fang Yun no longer pursued them and started looking for other targets.
However, only now did Fang Yun discover that he was led to a special place by the fish school.
"Splash"
Fang Yun emerged from the underwater and checked the scene around him.
There is a small island on the opposite side, but this island is relatively small, probably around a thousand acres. The island is covered with vegetation, but it's not mush, with a few trees on it.
On this small island, Fang Yun did not find any traces of human activities.
Cliùbing up on the island, Fang Yun slithered around in a circle, except for some small birds, he did not find any other creatures
He was originally planning to use this small island as his base, but it's too small and there is very little vegetation.
Even if he coils up, he can still be easily seen by any boat or helicopter that passes by here.
After thinking about that, he re-entered into the ocean and started to wander in this area. To his surprise, he discovered another small island exactly 10 kilometers away from this island.
Thinking of something, he immediately slithered back to the ocean and started wandering again in this area. As expected, he discovered many other islands.
This archipelago is generally S-shaped, with a lot of islands varying in size.
Some islands are as small as the first one that Fang Yun saw, but there are also big ones, about the size of a small city or a big town. There are only 2 islands of this size in this archipelago.
In addition, on some of the larger islands, Fang Yun discovered humans.
The people here seem to be fishing for a living, and on the edge of those islands with humans, there are many fishing boats.
After thinking for a while, Fang Yun decided to live on this archipelago for a while.
