Chapter 119: Meeting An acquaintance
🕑 Added 2019-11-20 21:49:54 +0000 UTCHe still remembers that among these college students, the tallest boy tried to flex in front of the three girls, bragging about catching and grilling him.
Later, he followed their boat and prevented that guy from catching any fish, embarrassing him in front of the three girls.
His gaze wandered on these seven people for a moment before falling on one of the boys.
It was this boy who bragged about catching and grilling him. If he remembers correctly, his name is Luo Yang.
Fang Yun's mood became very good after meeting an old acquaintance. Of course, it's impossible for him to greet them, it would scare them to death.
Even when he was 5 meters long, he was already scary enough for them, let alone now with his giant size.
His 30-meter-long body is much bigger than any land animal in the world, it's the same for even elephants.
Drilling back in the water, Fang Yun slowly approached their boat.
Not long after, he was wandering below the boat of these college students, planning to listen to their conversation.
He is about 10 meters deep underwater, plus the fact that this river is very muddy, so he is not visible from the water surface.
However, he was still able to clearly hear their conversations due to his powerful hearing.
"Yang Ping, I saw some people say on Weibo that the “Deep Sea Blue” diving team will come to this place to search for the giant python. Do you think that there is really a giant python at the bottom of the Mississippi Lake?"
On the boat, Luo Yang was looking at his hands as he said to the boy sitting next to him.
He is holding a mobile phone and is scrolling through posts on social media platforms.
They came to Robles seven days ago to sightsee. Although they didn't want to visit Pudaga Forest Park, after the news about the giant python broke out, they still went to see in curiosity.
Of course, they also know that the "Giant Python" is just a marketing strategy made by the Pudaga Forest Park, but since they came to Robles, it's still no problem to visit that Scenic Park.
After some research, they knew that there are two ways to go to the "Pudaga Forest Park".
The most common and safe method is to travel on cars or take the bus, the other method is to travel on a boat.
After some deliberation, they decided to take the boat and travel through the Yerga River.
They rented a small boat this morning, on which all seven of them got on. For the past two hours, they have been admiring the beautiful scenery around them, full of vitality and all kind of exotic animals.
According to the map, they will soon arrive at the first rest spot, on which they are going to have lunch.
"You said, will there really be a giant python?"
At the end of the stern, a short-haired girl groaned. "The python that we saw at the edge of the water was already so big, there will definitely be a bigger python in the depth of the forest."
Just an hour before, not long after they got on the boat. They spotted a big python slithering on the shore, scaring the three girls to cry out.
However, this did not diminish their enthusiasm for playing, it only served to make them more excited.
"Xiaolan, do you really believe such lies?"
The boy who is called Yang Ping shook his head and said. "I bet that the team from the Deep Blue Sea is also participating in this marketing plan. Once they launch their submarine, they will find various excuses to cancel the operation. I've seen a lot of strategies like this."
"A lot of people on the internet have been bamboozled, but they still don't learn their lesson."
Luo Yang nodded in agreement and said. "To be honest, I still want to go to the Mississippi Lake, just for the beautiful scenery, unfortunately, they still aren't open to tourists yet."
“When it's open, let's go try their diving services there."
It's obvious that they have seen through the Pudaga Forest Park's "Trick", so even after hearing this news they didn't have the slightest tension on their faces.
What they didn't know is that the giant python that "Doesn't Exist" is quietly wandering below their boats right now.
After hearing Yang Ping and Luo Yang debunking the scenic park lies, Xiao Lan smiled.
She also knows that this is probably just a marketing strategy created by the scenic park, but as a sci-fi movie fan, affected by her father, she still looks forward to seeing those giant monsters in the various movies.
The giant deep-sea octopus, the rainforest giant anaconda, and the dinosaurs from ancient times.
It's a pity that these creatures are either the results of human fantasy or extinct creatures that have long disappeared from history.
However, some time ago, the news of the giant python in the Ugandan's prairie shook her to the core, the creatures that were originally just in movies appeared in reality!
For a moment, she had the impulse to personally go to Uganda to see the python herself.
Unfortunately, she could only think of that. the Ugandan's Prairie isn't a place where a sheltered college student like her can go to. She could only watch the news from home, looking forward to other news about this giant python.
Regrettably, after that, no other news of that giant python was heard.
This time, on their trip to Robles, she heard about the appearance of a giant python in Lake Mississippi. It was her idea to come here.
Although she knows that this is fake news, she still has the fantasy that there is a chance, just a very small chance, that this news is true;
Even if it's false, just this jungle full of wild and exotic animals is worth the trip, the dense giant trees on the shore and this very big river gave her the fantasy that there might be some monsters hidden there.
Just this has already given her a lot of excitement.
Xiao Lan's eyes wandered around before falling to the water next to their boat.
The water here is not very clear and transparent, but very muddy and green.
On the water surface that she was watching, there is a very small vortex, absorbing some small debris like old leaves and the like.
Looking at the small vortex, she felt a little mischievous, picking up the small wooden stick next to her, she poked the small vortex, laughing as it disappeared.
If the stick in her hand was a few meters longer, she would have touched the big monster underwater.
If the big guy underwater suffered such a sudden touch, he would most probably subconsciously twist around. Although it may be only a small movement for him, for them and their boat, that will have disastrous consequences.
At that time, Xiao Lan's dream will be fulfilled and she will finally see the monster she was dreaming about, it's just that the monster will be bigger than expected.
What kind of mood she and her friends will have if that truly happened?
Xiao Lan gradually lost interest in the small vortex in the water and turned around. Suddenly, the girl with a ponytail said. "Would it be better if we just go to the beach tomorrow, we could swim there."
"Right, don't you guys want to see Xiao Lan wearing a swimsuit?"
After saying this, she looked at Xiao Lan with a smirk. Xiao Lan cheek turned red at her words, she unceremoniously extended her hands and pinched the soft meat on the ponytail girl's waist.
"You are looking for death!"
