Chapter 117: Luring the Giant Python
🕑 Added 2019-11-18 19:47:39 +0000 UTCAfter the security guards locked up Mississippi Lake, Sandler began to mobilize his men, planning to explore the lake to find the giant python.
He wants to see the giant python at the bottom of the lake with his own eyes.
After all, a 30-meters long python is too unbelievable, especially the fact that it allowed Eisen to escape under its sight.
It didn't even bother to pursue him.
Of course, Sandler won't personally dive to the depth of the lake to search for the existence of the python; that's way too stupid and dangerous.
He is planning to use other methods to see that monster.
Under Sandler's order, the security personnel bought a cow from outside. They dragged the cow into the water, planning to use it as a bait to attract that giant python.
On the edge of the lake, Sandler, Eisen, and Salman stood behind a group of security personnel, staring at the lake with a burning gaze.
Next to them, several security guards were holding an anesthetic gun and vigilantly looked at the lake, ready to shoot at any sight of the python.
As for the tourists and reporters, they were escorted back to their hotels, mostly not to hinder their operation.
After an hour of waiting, the cow in the lake still looked at them innocently, no traces of the python were found.
"That is definitely a vigilant python."
Eisen said to Sandler. Being the only one that saw the python, he emphasized to the other two.
They stood on a hill more than a 100 meter away from the lake, looking at the cow with expectations, but after an hour, they still didn't see any trace of that python.
Instead, the cow managed to swim towards the shore.
Seeing that the food trap has failed, Sandler decided to use another method.
That is using the sonar detector to scan the situation at the bottom of the lake. They had previously used it in preparation for launching the diving service, but they didn't discover anything at that time.
They will use the sonar detector again to scan the lake, just in case they missed the python previously.
However, the results showed that there is nothing at the bottom of the lake, which made them very embarrassed.
The same is true for Eisen.
There is a huge python living underwater, but no matter what method they used, they still can't detect it. This has completely surpassed their knowledge and understanding.
What they didn't know was that the giant python that Eisen saw at the bottom of the lake had left this place shortly after being discovered.
After all, Fang Yun is not a fool. Why would he remain in the same place after being discovered? Wait for humans to come to this lake and capture him?
It's also a coincidence that he just finished his metamorphosis and woke up from sleep when he met Eisen underwater.
At that time, he was examining his new body. He didn't expect that a person will swim towards him, which actually shocked him.
The reason he was shocked was that that guy wasn't scared at all by his appearance. He carefully examined him, even going as far as touching him.
Only then did he understand, that guy regarded him as a statue.
Just as Fang Yun was admiring this guy's nerves. Eisen discovered that something is wrong, seeing this, out of pure bad taste, he made eye contact with him, glaring at him with his giant eyeballs.
Sure enough, to his amusement, the guy was so scared that he almost pissed his pants.
After scaring Eisen away, Fang Yun finally calmed down enough to check his properties panel. He discovered that his properties panel has changed a lot.
Not only did his body shape change. even his appearance has also changed quite a bit.
His previous scales were gray, but after changing his blood, they became black, cosmic black to be exact.
In addition, his body length changed from the previous 25 meters to 30 meters, a full increase of 5 meters. His diameter has also officially reached 1m.
He became even bigger, few of the creatures that ever existed on earth can compare with him in terms of size.
His other attributes have also changed a lot.
Strength: 2000
Defense: 900
Speed: 180
Agility: 300
Spirit: 150
Physical strength: 200
This is his highest growth, his properties have increased tremendously, he feels that he can crush 10 of the previous him. Especially his power, things like destroying buildings and crushing tanks should be no problem now. That's just how powerful he is now.
Even his defense has increased by a scary amount.
He guessed that he can easily withstand the bombardment of shells with his current defense.
This defensive power, coupled with his fast regeneration and quick speed, made him an existence that is very difficult to kill.
As long as people don't use powerful missiles or nukes, none of the other weapons can instantly kill him, and as long as he could escape, with his powerful regeneration, he will be able to heal in a short time.
At that time, he will make the person that dares to attack him regret being born!
"Haaa..."
He let out a long sigh, although the tremendous strength upgrade made him very happy, there is one thing that made him depressed.
That is his bio-energy. It has changed from 500,000 points to 600-000 points after this blood evolution. This problem has been on his mind for a long time. If it keeps increasing at this rate, then at one point, he will run out of things to eat.
He shook his head and put this thing aside for the time being. This thing is far out in the future, it's still too early to think of that.
It's also worth mentioning that after becoming a Bashe snake, he got its blood talent.
"Diving Expertise"
According to the skill description, this skill gives him the ability to freely swim in any type of water, including the saltwater of the ocean.
From this skill description, he didn't seem to previously have the ability to swim in the ocean.
This thing has made him very happy. Fortunately, he made a detour to the Ugandan Prairie before going to the ocean. He not only evolved a few times but also completed the main task and got the Bashe snake bloodline, which allowed him to get the ability to swim in the ocean.
If he directly went to the ocean, that would have been a waste of time and effort as he couldn't swim in the salty ocean water.
In addition, this skill granted Fang Yun the ultimate diving ability. He can now easily dive to places that are several km deep, without being affected by the powerful water pressure.
It also greatly increased the time he could spend inside the water.
He can now easily stay on the seafloor for 1 year without moving.
This skill can't be upgraded, it's already maxed out, it's the talent that came with his new bloodline.
After leaving the bottom of the lake, Fang Yun went back to the underwater lake before entering the dark channel connecting to the long river.
He is planning to return to that river.
The fact that he met a person in the depth of the lake gave him a wake-up call. He is probably in an area filled with humans.
He remembers that when he used that phone to browse the world map. He saw that after this river passes through a rainforest, it will pass by the only country in this area.
If he remembers correctly, it's called Robles.
He should be in Robles by now. But, it's actually not bad news, because that indicates that he is very close to the ocean.
Not long after, he swam back towards the big river and began to swim towards the ocean.
