Chapter 90: 3 Party Convergence
🕑 Added 2019-10-23 20:55:18 +0000 UTCThe three hyenas stood side by side, they looked above with both fear and vigilance, roaring but at the same time slowly retreating.
Not far ahead, an 18-meter-long giant python was slowly climbing down the hill.
That python horrific size made the hyenas without the courage to run, let alone fighting.
Suddenly, a figure rushed from the other side of the hill.
It's a lioness.
Obviously, she came to bring her child back.
After the lioness reached this place, the first thing she saw was the three hyenas, which caused her to roar in rage. She immediately ran towards them. At the same time, she was very worried. If hyenas are here, what about her child?
But then, her footsteps immediately stopped.
She saw Fang Yun who was climbing down the hill, his huge size gave her a sense of oppression and fear, but her concern for her child caused her to endure her fear and, step by step, walk towards the bush.
However, the pressure that Fang Yun gave her is too great. Every few steps she couldn't help but stop and stare at Fang Yun with vigilance.
Fortunately, Fang Yun passed by the bush and didn't attack the little lion which made her sigh in relief.
Once Fang Yun has completely passed by the bush, the lioness immediately rushed towards the shivering little lion, gently roaring, trying to comfort it.
"Roar."
The three hyenas stepped back a few steps, then snorted at Fang Yun, seemingly blaming him for breaking down their good deeds.
"Roar!!"
Seeing that Fang Yun did not respond, the courage of the three hyenas grew much larger, so they roared at him.
Swoosh!
However, Fang Yun, who was slowly crawling forward, suddenly swung his head and bit at them at an extremely fast speed.
In an instant, Fang Yun killed a hyena.
After releasing the hyena in his mouth, he quickly chased another hyena. A few seconds later, two hyenas bodies laid on the ground.
The remaining hyena ran far away and was looking at Fang Yun with fear, from afar.
It looked very terrified and confused at how fast this python is.
Fang Yun’s ferocity also shocked the lioness next to him. Her heart was madly drumming. She couldn't help but blame herself, there is such a ferocious beast here and she still put her child in this place.
After killing the two hyenas, Feng Yun didn't bother with the last one. He swallowed the two hyenas' bodies and continued slithering back to the river.
Previously, he was too lazy to bother with these hyenas, but they courted death by provoking him, so he naturally fulfilled their wish.
As for the little lion.
It's too small, can't even fit between his teeth.
In addition, these days, watching this group of lions hunting is his only entertainment. He actually has the idea to use these big cats as pets, so he naturally can't kill them. Prey in this prairie is very abundant anyway.
The lioness took the little lion back a few tens of meters away, then watched as Fang Yun slowly disappeared underwater.
This part of the river is still relatively deep. The deepest part is about ten meters. After Fang Yun slithered into the water, his body was completely submerged, only his head is above the water.
In the next few days, Fang Yun continued hunting, occasionally going to the hill to watch lions and other carnivores hunt.
The crocodiles in the area near him have completely disappeared. They provided him with more than 30,000 bio-energy, but there is still a long distance from the required 200,000 points.
Life is very monotonous, but Fang Yun has long been accustomed to it and doesn't feel anything.
On this day, the wildebeest group that was originally in the lion group territory suddenly came to the waters where Fang Yun was located. Along the way, it was mixed with several wildebeest groups, forming a very big group.
Fang Yun roughly estimated that this group of wildebeest has about 1000 members.
Not far from the wildebeest group, there is a zebra group and various other animals.
This wildebeest group has made Fang Yun's food more abundant. An adult wildebeest can provide 1500 bio-energy points to Fang Yun, so he usually captures several wildebeests every day.
While this group of wildebeests has enriched Fang Yun's recipes, they also brought him a group of competitors.
Spotted hyena group.
This is a group of up to 80 spotted hyenas. In the middle of this group, an unusually strong hyena stands, which is especially eye-catching. It's undoubtedly the leader of this hyena group.
Hyenas are a matriarchal clan, the least important members of the group are adult male hyenas, followed by young cubs, and the female hyenas stand at the top of the clan.
After the appearance of this hyena group, their weird laughter continued to resound within the grassland, which is especially annoying. Sometimes, he really has the urge to murder all of them.
After this group of hyenas came here, Fang Yun noticed a very large amount of camouflaged cameras following them and recording their actions.
In the studio.
Jonny looked at the picture on the screen and chuckled. "This time our camouflage camera has entered this area again, I don't know if it will be destroyed like before?"
He couldn't help but crack a joke, "There are a lot of people on the internet who say that this area has a ghost, one that likes to destroy cameras. Well, let's check if this is true."
The picture on the screen kept switching, but it didn't capture anything unusual about this area.
"Our cameras are all intact and can completely film this area."
Jonny continued speaking. "Everyone can see that there is nothing special in this place. It seems that the previously destroyed cameras were an accident."
"Jonny, look!"
While Jonny was talking, Professor Bell, who was beside him, suddenly shouted at him with a dignified look.
"Guide, please switch back to the previous picture."
On the screen, a turbid river immediately appeared.
"What's wrong, Professor Bell."
Jonny didn't understand what he was hinting at. "There is nothing there."
"No."
Professor Bell shook his head. "The problem is that there is nothing there."
"That place was heavily infested with crocodiles before, but there is not a single one right now."
After hearing Professor Bell's words, Jonny suddenly realized, it's indeed very strange. "Guide, switch the screen to all the cameras near that river, let's see if the crocodile group has moved elsewhere."
The screen kept switching, showing a lot of different parts of the river, but there is still no trace of crocodiles.
"The creature which ate Ron may have eaten all the crocodile in the river."
Thinking for a while, Bell could only come up with this guess, after that he said.
"Switch the screen back to that group of spotted hyenas."
The main screen turned back to the spotted hyena group.
This group of hyenas gathered together, looking at the wildebeest group, seemingly selecting the prey they are going to hunt. There are several ones standing in a relatively high place, seeming to be on guard.
A closer look reveals that their eyes are fixed on the river.
