Chapter 79: The Battle With A Tiger
🕑 Added 2019-10-05 19:08:54 +0000 UTC"not good."
Tang Xue felt that things are not good, and was about to get up, but the next scene made him freeze, staring blankly at the battle scene.
Not only him. The same is for Hook and the rest of the team.
"Roar."
They saw that the big tiger roared fiercely at the giant python before running towards it. However, the giant python that was confronting it also showed a shocking speed, rushing right towards the tiger.
At the moment when the two were about to collide, the tiger jumped at python and attacked it with its claws.
The next scene made them even more horrified.
The python flexibly leaned its head to the side, dodging the tiger's attack.
The moment the tiger landed on the ground, the python has already turned around and bit right towards its neck.
But the tiger is not a vegetarian. It flexibly jumped up, successfully dodging the python's attack. At the same time, its claws collided with the python's scales.
The sound of metal scratching suddenly sounded.
The sharp claws of the tiger weren't able to penetrate the python's defense. This caused the tiger to pause for a moment, shocked that its claws weren't able to injure the python.
The python didn't miss this chance, it swung its head and bit right in the tiger's neck.
"Roar!"
The tiger struggled, trying to break from the python fangs, but in the end, its power wasn't a match for the python. After struggling for a while, it still couldn't escape, so it could only watch as the python wrapped around it.
"This……"
Behind a cluster of bushes, Tang Xue could only watch this scene with shock.
It’s amazing!
This scene simply subverts his cognition!
A python is this huge, yet still has speed and agility surpassing those of a tiger?!
If he wasn't watching this scene right now, he absolutely wouldn't have believed this.
"Ah! Xiaohu, did you film the previous scene?"
After waking up from his shock, Tang Xue immediately asked his assistant, Hook.
This is scene can definitely shock the entire biological world.
Hook was filming with a camera in his hand, hearing Tang Xue’s question, he smiled, a bit embarrassed, and said: “Professor, I'm filming this scene now."
"As for the previous one, I was too shocked and forgot to shoot."
He was a bit regretful and annoyed. Not filming the previous battle between the tiger and the python is a big loss.
"I don't blame you. wasn't I also shocked before?"
Tang Xue felt that it was a pity, but in the end, he didn't blame his assistant. He looked at the scene showing in Hook's camera display. In the display, a giant python is wrapping around a tiger.
"Such a video is more than enough to shock people."
Tang Xue nodded, but his face suddenly stiffened.
"professor---"
Hook was also trembling right now, looking right at the opposite scene.
In the open space, the giant python that was wrapping around the tiger suddenly turned around and stared at them.
"It found us."
A young man holding a machete was trembling in fear, his body a little unstable.
"Hiss."
The python looked right at them, hissing and flicking its scarlet tongue, looking absolutely terrifying.
"Glup."
Tang Xue swallowed his saliva, his heart drumming at an unbelievable speed.
The excitement and curiosity in his heart have long since disappeared, he has never felt so nervous in his entire life.
If it was an ordinary giant python, he absolutely wouldn't be so nervous, but this one is just too strange.
Its speed and agility are even more superior than a tiger, and he previously saw something that he didn't dare to say. He saw the scene where the tiger claws couldn't scratch the python's scales.
Can their guns truly fatally injure this python?
If not, If the python attacked them, then how many people can survive?
Tang Xue took a deep breath before barely calming down.
"Everyone, slowly retreat, don't shoot. I repeat, don't shoot!!"
"It's warning us, telling us to get out of here. It's about to eat that tiger and doesn't want us to be present when it does that. After all, when pythons are eating, that's their most vulnerable moment."
As he said, he was slowly stepping back, his eyes have never left the python from the beginning.
The rest of the team did as he said, the atmosphere was so tense that no one dared to loudly breathe. Only after retreating far enough, to the point where they didn't see the python anymore, did they dare relax.
"Okay, now we are safe."
Tang Xue let out a sigh of relief and said: "We should leave this place as soon as possible."
"This area is the territory of the giant python, so we can't stay here for a long time."
After hearing Tang Xue's words, everyone nodded in agreement. They also didn't want to stay in this place any longer.
The psychological shadow that python left them with is too big.
This time they were lucky, meeting with such a scary creature and leaving without a scratch. But, if they continue staying in this area. It's difficult to say whether they will be attacked by the python next time or not.
After making sure that everyone is here. The team turned around and walked out of the forest.
......
Fang Yun was constricting around the tiger. He didn't expect that after just eating the young tiger, his old man came to take revenge. Although even the old man was killed
According to the plot in most novels, after killing the old man, an ancestor-level character should come next.
What he didn't expect was that a group of humans were the ones to pop out.
Looking at their appearance, they should be a research team.
The leading old man has a scholastic look, probably a professor or a researcher. The young man next to him also exuded the atmosphere of a bookworm.
Seeing that there was no dead animal carcases or bloody smell around them, he naturally excluded poachers.
But even so, Fang Yun didn't plan to eat in front of so many people.
This tiger is very big. Even for the current him, swallowing it was no easy matter. He will become very vulnerable while eating it. Doing so in front of a group of armed humans is nothing more than stupidity, that would be just him putting himself in a dangerous situation.
Therefore, Fang Yun glared at them, indicating them to scram. Fortunately, the old man has understood his intentions and quickly retreated. If they didn't do so, things would have ended differently.
After confirming that the humans had gone far, Fang Yun began to swallow the tiger. After swallowing the tiger, he slowly crawled away.
He is planning to find a place to evolve.
He isn't planning to evolve in this area, in case he is discovered by these guys then things may go very wrong. So he planned to evolve in another place.
After thinking for a while, he simply slithered along the river, planning to evolve after finding a deep enough place.
