🕑 Added 2019-11-11 00:04:38 +0000 UTC
Sandler is the head of Pudaga Forest Park. He is 53 years old and has been in this job for almost seven years.
The Pudaga Forest Park is located in the northeast of Robles. The latter is a small country near the ocean. Its economy is dominated by tourism.
Among all the tourist attractions, the "Pudaga National Forest Park" and the "Newar Islands" are the most famous, each of these two attractions brings a lot of income to Robles.
The fact that Sandler was able to sit on the position of the head of the "Pudaga forest park" for so long is a representation of his ability.
But recently he has been very stressed.
In the past six months, the popularity of the "Pudaga Forest Park" has declined, and there is no sign of it returning to normal.
Sandler has summed up several reasons for this sudden decline.
Several other new tourists attraction similar to their were built, attracting a large number of tourists that were originally their regulars. So the problem of being unique or standing out from all the competition is what they are facing now.
In addition to this, the other reason is the global economic downturn.
The reduction in income has made Sandler's boss extremely dissatisfied with him.
The idiot with only money in his eyes!
This is Sander's evaluation of his boss. Because, at the beginning of this year, he not only blamed him for last year's losses but also forced him to take responsibility and think of ways to make the income back to normal.
As for the world economic downturn, the new parks opening, etc... his boss didn't care about this, he considers these things as his excuses.
In the past few days, Sandler has received a lot of calls from his boss, and each and every time, it's all about the income of his Pudaga Forest Park.
Every time his boss called, he will be forced to bear with all kinds of yelling, shouting, threats, etc...
Sandler is really stressed and depressed, his head has lost a lot of hair from all the stress lately.
"I have to do something."
He knows that if he doesn't do anything, he will be forced to write his resignation letter.
Thinking for a while, an idea popped in his mind.
It's almost impossible to make tourists surge by the current situation in Pudaga Forest Park, so they must develop new attractions.
The Pudaga Forest Park has a lot of popular attractions, such as the Hippo Spa, the Steep Waterfall, the Thumb Mountain, and other attractions, each one is a famous attraction in the country and the whole world.
In addition to these famous attractions, there are actually some undeveloped places in Pudaga Forest Park that also have a good view.
However, because they are relatively remote, or in the depths of the forest. they were not developed at the beginning and have been put on hold until now.
In the past, Sandler had already mentioned this to his boss, hoping to develop these places as attractions as soon as possible, but his boss immediately turned that down.
The short-sighted greedy bastard!
Sandler cursed internally. He sat back at his desk and grabbed a ballpoint pen and gently tapped it on the table.
Perhaps it's an opportunity now?
He can try to convince his boss to develop those places to revitalize the entire Pudaga Forest Park.
Perhaps in the current global economic downturn, the effect wouldn't be so obvious, but when the economy grows up, it will certainly lead to an outbreak of tourists.
Thinking of this, he began to write in his notebook.
“The Angras Cliff is adjacent to the Southern Grand Canyon, and these two attractions can be developed together.”
"There is also Lake Mississippi in the middle of the forest..."
Sandler is already very familiar with the Pudaga Forest Park, and the areas that are worthy of development began to pop up his mind.
He wrote the five most suitable places in his notebook - He has been thinking about this idea for a long time.
He scanned the content he wrote to make sure than nothing is missing, then entered the text into the computer and prepared to send the plan to his boss.
Of course, he also understands that this plan is a bit rough, but he can't improve it in a short time.
"Mr. Mills."
This is the name of his boss.
Sandler said: "I sent you a document..."
He tried to explain his intentions in a clear and concise manner, and no accident, he was immediately dismissed by the Mills on the other side of the phone.
Sandler was not discouraged and did not give up. He continued trying to explain to his boss.
"Mr. Mills, I promise you that within five years we will definitely get back the money we spent."
"If I can't do this, I will immediately resign."
Sandler gave Mills a very serious promise before finally getting his boss to agree. The latter was only willing to give a small amount of money.
“It’s already not bad, I can develop the easiest attractions first.”
Sandler made up his mind, he will give priority to the development of the easy to develop attractions, then go back to ask his boss for more money after these tourist attractions succeed.
Thinking of this, he began to search for a suitable scenic planning company.
Although he has some ideas himself, he is not that kind of arrogant guy who think he can do everything himself. This kind of thing has to be done to professional people. He can only give ideas at most.
Salman is the director of the Loka company, their company specializes in doing scenic planning and scenic propaganda, he is also a well-known person in this industry.
Yesterday afternoon, he received a call.
The person who called is a middleman, he asked if he was interested in doing a partnership business, and he pointed out that it was planning and publicizing a forest park.
"Forest Park?"
Salman was a bit interested, it sounded like a big project, but he wasn't afraid. He is only thirty years old, and he is already a director in the Loca company, he also has his own confidence.
He has confidence that he can perfectly complete this project.
After voicing his agreement to the middle-man, he was informed of the details of the business, then was asked to give them a brief plan within a week.
Then wait for their reply.
He learned from the middleman that the business was initiated by Robles "Pudaga Forest Park". They hoped that his company would help them develop new tourism revenue growth points, then advertise it.
Salman pondered for a while, he didn't rashly think about how to do it, but he began to read the information about the "Pudaga Forest Park".
He heard about this park before, but he didn't really pay attention to it.
He opened a PDF file, which was given to him by the middleman, with the details about the Pudaga Forest Park – an introduction to the various attractions and a bird's-eye view of the entire forest park.
When Salman bit his pencil and began to browse through it, he understood the information and he began to conceive.
Salman is indeed worthy of being the director of the Loka company, he does indeed have some skills. On the fifth day, he already has a rough plan.
After another two days. He refined the plan until he was satisfied with it before sending it to the middleman.
Comments
I did not notice it this arc was in the synopsis. Thank you for this fact.
Yep, that's the forest Fang Yun is in, the Mississippi lake to be exact. By the way, This arc is described in the synopsis.
I would say to make a bunch of biking trails and release it as a "hardcore" biking park with only a daily admission fee with camping spots for the people who want to camp if I have it correctly and it is the forest that Fang Yun is in.
