Chapter 59: Acting With Tyranny
🕑 Added 2019-09-15 20:29:30 +0000 UTCFang Yun locked his sight on the animal that drilled from the bushes.
It's a Goral.
It looks very similar to goats, but it has a thicker body and a tan color skin. This goral has a body length of one meter and a height of more than half a meter.
Once Fang Yun looked at this goral, the system's prompt sounded in his mind.
"Target locked, goral, Mammal, Bovidae, can provide 350 bio-energy point."
The bio-energy this goral provides is much worse than the one provided by the crocodile, but Fang Yun was not disappointed. He knows very well that although top-level creatures like crocodiles provide more bio-energy, they are very rare.
If he wants to grow, he still has to rely on these animals that don't provide a lot of energy but are very numerous.
The goral stood on the edge of the marsh and vigilantly scanned the water. Feeling that there is no danger nearby, it slowly approached the marsh.
The Goral bowed its head to drink water, but at the same time tightened its leg muscles, ready to run at the sight of any danger.
While drinking water, it still didn't drop its guard, constantly looking up and scanning the area around for any possible danger,
Every goral is especially careful when drinking water, the careless ones has long been eaten by predators.
Fang Yun's head floated on the water, he did not hurriedly attack this Goral. He is waiting for it to slightly relax before launching a lightning-fast attack.
Of course, the timing should be well grasped. Otherwise, the goral will easily escape with its vigilance.
After watching the goral for while, Fang Yun head sank underwater. He swam along the current downstream, not creating the slightest movement.
Not long after, he reached a location not far from the goral.
From his point of view, he can clearly see the goral tongue touching the water.
Fang Yun gradually tightened his muscles until they reached the extreme, then he immediately sprang out of the water like an arrow.
"Splash!"
The water was suddenly broken, scaring the goral to jump back. But, how could its speed compare with Fang Yun?
The goral has just jumped into the air and was immediately bitten in the neck by Fang Yun.
"MAaaaa!"
The goral screamed, wildly struggling, trying to break out of Fang Yun's mouth.
Its hooves kicked around, but while Fang Yun was bitting its neck, he quickly wrapped around it.
His huge size almost completely covered the goral. Only its head was barely visible.
After wrapping around the goral, Fang Yun body began to contract, causing it to scream in pain. As Fang Yun contracted harder and harder, the goral screams gradually became weaker and weaker until they eventually stopped.
The goral has stopped breathing, and its heart has stopped beating.
After confirming the goral's death, Fang Yun slowly loosened his body, letting it drop to the ground before slowly swallowing it.
After eating the goral, Fang Yun crawled back to the water and waited for the next unfortunate victim to come to here.
............
From that day on, Fang Yun began to frequently hunt in this way. Of course, he did not just stay in the swamp. He also went to the forest to actively search for prey.
His huge size and power, coupled with his agility and camouflage skill, increased his hunting efficiency to a terrifyingly high level.
His menu consists mainly of gorals, goats, and wild boars.
Wild boars are also considered a top hunter in this jungle. There is a saying called 'one bear, two tigers, three wild boars'. Being put on the same level as tigers and bears can already show its ferociousness and power.
However, even if wild boars can be considered a top-level predator. They are still nothing but a snack to Fang Yun.
For example. Just yesterday, he hunted a wild boar.
That wild boar was not small, its body length exceeded 1.5 meters, its weight was almost 200 pounds and its temper was especially violent, not intimidated by his size at all. But it still ended as a snack in his stomach, after all, there is a vast difference in their powers.
The wild boar provided 1200 bio-energy point to Fang Yun.
After swallowing the wild boar, Fang Yun returned to the swamp, however, a small accident happened after he returned to the marsh.
At that time, he encountered a crocodile who was hunting a Goral. The crocodile was bitting the Goral's neck, preparing to drag it into the water to kill it.
But Fang Yun naturally will not let it hunt in his territory.
Although he had swallowed a wild boar not long before, it was almost digested on the road back.
Without any hesitation, Fang Yun rushed to the crocodile and robbed the goral.
At that time, there were several other crocodiles nearby, prepared to share the food with the crocodile, but after seeing Fang Yun, they immediately stopped.
The crocodile who was robbed by Fang Yun was furious, immediately rushing to fight with him.
That crocodile was more than 3 meters long, already an adult.
However, although its size is indeed large, it was still far from Fang Yun's opponent. After all, He killed it in just a few minutes.
That crocodile didn't manage to do anything apart from increasing his bio-energy, giving him 2000 bio-energy point.
In the next few days, everything went as usual.
From time to time, Fang Yun used pythons hunting technique or just went to the forest to actively hunt. Thanks to his digestive ability, he hunted very frequently.
He hunter at least ten animals a day.
He has been in this swamp for half a month, and the number of animals he swallowed is more than 200.
Such frequent hunting has caused panic among the animals in the forest, making them very cautious, or just fleeing this place, going into other areas.
This has deeply hit the crocodile group in the swamp.
Originally, they were barely hunting enough to fulfill their hunger, now with Fang Yun, this bottomless pit and his frequent hunting, their situation became even worse.
Furthermore, the fact that Fang Yun will snatch their prey every time he sees them hunt one didn't improve their situation at all.
The reason why this crocodile group hadn't left yet is probably that, only in this place can they get enough sunlight.
After all, crocodiles are cold-blooded animals. They need to bask in the sun every day to raise their body temperature. It can even be said that sunlight is the basis of their survival.
Unlike this place, other places are mostly covered with trees, thus providing very little sunlight, so the crocodile group will naturally not leave.
During this time, Fang Yun was able to detect that the crocodile group is getting more and more agitated.
For example, in the past, no crocodile dared to enter his territory. But one day, he noticed a crocodile swimming in the water of his territory.
For this courageous crocodile who dared to enter his territory, Fang Yun naturally rewarded it. He directly killed and swallowed it.
As it was only a 2-meter long crocodile, it provided him with only 1200 bio-energy point.
Fang Yun knows that this crocodile group is very dissatisfied with him. They probably want to rebel against his tyranny.
However, he didn't care about them, he still did his own thing every day.
While Fang Yun was waiting for the crocodile's rebellion, he did not expect that someone else will look for troubles with this crocodile group first.
