Chapter 53: Sad Guy
🕑 Added 2019-09-09 22:28:44 +0000 UTCXiaolan stuck her head out of the boat and tried to look underwater. She wants to confirm whether what she saw before was truly an illusion or, is there truly anything underwater? However, even after looking for a while, she didn't notice anything strange.
Her brow wrinkled.
Maybe it was before really an illusion, or it could be the shadow of a fish which was passing by.
Xiao Lan prefers the latter, after all, it would be more fun.
The shadow that she saw before, although vague, it seemed to be quite long. If it was really a fish, that fish must be quite big.
Thinking of this, her eyebrows rose, looking very happy, feeling that this trip is not going to be wasted.
Unfortunately, I can't see the situation underwater. If I had eyes that could see underwater, I would have seen the true look of that fish
Xiaolan regretfully thought.
However, if she really has that ability, she will absolutely regret her previous action.
At the moment she stretched her head and looked underwater. Three meters below the boat, a big python was staring at her.
It has a huge size of more than 5 meters, longer than their boat. As long as that python wants, it can easily overturn their boat.
According to the development of most stories in science fiction movies, the moment Xiao Lan stuck her head out of the boat and tried to look underwater. That big python would instantly bite her head and drag her underwater, just like a movie named "Anaconda".
That big python is naturally Fang Yun.
When he got up early this morning and prepared to go hunting as usual. He found that something was wrong. There were a lot of people on the edge of the reservoir. At first, he thought that they were people called by the owner to capture him.
But then, he found that he was wrong.
This group of peoples is actually coming to fish.
Seeing this kind of situation, Fang Yun was very happy internally, these people coming to fish is actually more conducive to his hunting.
After all, the owner of the reservoir won't watch him as tightly as before.
As for the other people. They are either playing with their phones or chatting with each other.
The attention of these people is basically dispersed, as long as he is careful, it's almost impossible to spot him.
Currently, he is swimming under a boat, trying to eavesdrop on anything that could be useful to himself.
However, he didn't hear any useful thing, instead, he heard a guy bragging to girls.
These people think that he is a piranha, some of them even bragged about catching and baking him.
When he heard their conversation, Fang Yun had the urge to laugh. A hint of bad taste was raising in his heart, he was having the urge to get out of the water and scare the hell out of that guy.
But in the end, he still resisted that urge.
After all, he still wants to stay in this reservoir for a few more days, there is still a lot of fish here, more than enough to make him evolve a few times.
If he is exposed, he will have to leave this place, which is quite a big loss to him.
Fang Yun left that boat and swam in the reservoir to check the situation around.
At this time, almost all the people that came to fish in the reservoir threw their hook into the water. The hook with the bait on it attracted quite a lot of fish.
Fang Yun’s goal is naturally these fish that was attracted by the bait.
He slowly swam to one fish on the edge of the group, relying on his camouflage skill and slow movements, he didn't alert it. Seeing that their attention was attracted by the bait, he immediately bit one and dragged it away, without alerting the rest of the fish group.
Because he immediately dragged that fish to the bottom of the reservoir, its struggle alerted neither the other fish nor the people fishing on the boat.
Unknowingly, among the people who came to the reservoir to fish today, most of them had quite the harvest, but the biggest winner is not in this group of people.
It's Fang Yun who is feasting underwater.
Just this morning, he ate thirty fish, obtaining a total of 932 bio-energy point.
By now, his total points have reached 11452, an insane amount for the him who just crossed into this world. Unfortunately, this time requirement for evolution is 20,000, so he still needs another 8500 points to evolve.
"Luo Yong, didn't you say that you will catch a piranha and grill it for us to eat. Now, don't mention a piranha, you didn't catch even a normal fish."
"Look, Yang Ping and the other two had already caught a few fishes."
On the boat, one of the girls sneered and said to Luo Yong.
This entire morning, Luo Yong did not catch a single fish, so the girl couldn't help but say that to him.
The other two girls heard her words and laughed.
Luo Yong’s face was blushing furiously. he was still previously bragging about how much fish he will catch, showing his grilling skills, etc... as a result, he didn't catch a single fish the whole morning.
He was really depressed, his luck is just too bad.
It seems that among so many people, he was the only one to not catch any fish, which is honestly quite shocking.
"Pffft!"
Suddenly, a small noise sounded underwater.
Of course, this faint sound did not attract the attention of the people on the boat.
Three to four meters underwater, Fang Yun was swimming under their boat, hearing their conversation, he almost couldn't contain his laughter.
With him here in the water, that guy can only dream about catching fish.
In the following time, Fang Yun continued his fishing adventure, or rather it's better to say catching the fish that other people attracted. He continued to do so until the afternoon.
He is very satisfied with today's harvest.
Today, he obtained more than 2000 bio-energy point. If he continues to gain bio-energy this way, then his next evolution should happen in 4 to 5 days.
Now that his length has reached five meters. after his next evolution, what length would he reach next?
Seven meters?
Fang Yun feels that it's very likely.
Pythons with a length of 7 meters or more are an absolute rarity in the wild. Common pythons, the ones that are the most numerous in the wild are only about 3 to 4 meters long, 5 to 6 meters long pythons are already considered the big mac in this species.
As for the pythons that are 7 meters long or even longer. they are extremely rare. Even in areas heavily infested with pythons, they are very rare.
With such a large body, in the future when he goes to a rainforest, or to the prairie, there would be no beast that would dare to provoke him.
Of course, there may be beasts with strong self-confidence who dare to provoke Fang Yun...
"Haha, I like to teach lessons to those with strong self-confidence the most, I have a hundred way to kill you and you can't do anything about it;"
Fang Yun laughed proudly in the water, daydreaming about teaching all the animals lessons and acting as the king of the jungle.
His self-confidence? simply because he is not like other stupid and slow pythons.
Thanks to the help of the system, all his attributes will multiply with each evolution. With each evolution, he is not only getting bigger but also stronger, faster, more agile, etc.. Other pythons speed and agility will stop growing after a period of time, and sometimes, because they grew too much, their speed will regress.
This is one of the largest shortcomings of pythons.
Pythons are often retrained by big cats because of this shortcoming, sometimes, even hyenas can bully them.
After thinking of this, Fang Yun made up his mind to teach these big cats a lesson when he visits a prairie or a rainforest, restoring the python species honor.
At the thought of this, Fang Yun felt his blood boil in excitement.
Fang Yun seems to be straying further and further into the path of a snake.
But just as he was immersed in his fantasies, an accident happened.
The so-called being too smug does not end well, seemed to happen to him.
