Do you have any techniques for safety you recommend for players/storytellers? (e.g, lines and veils, the X card, bleed management)

What inspires the lore and setting of your characters or campaigns, especially when it comes to world-building and background? (A base spark idea, music, a goal etc.) And in regard of VtM, where the game often takes place in real cities, are there any locations that you’d love to transform into fictional settings? And are there any spots that make you think, 'This building would definitely be the Elysium,' or 'This place would be perfect for an Anarch Baron’s domain'? For example, the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg or Berghain in Berlin.
