It wouldn't be simple, of course - which is after all why we haven't yet figured out how to do so in real life, but theoretically one could use corrected stem cells to grow the olfactory organ, whether in situ (inside the body, which would probably be more complex to manage, but does give the body time for guided structural change to more easily accommodate a new organ), or in vitro (grown outside the body from an organoid developed from corrected stem cells and surgically implanted - straightforward but obviously puts the body under more stress with a more direct intervention) - and while their limbs and joints may have already grown, they almost certainly still experience gradual cell turnover as we do - with extremely careful therapy, I don't see why it couldn't be possible to gradually introduce corrected stem cells to terminally differentiate into the relevant specialised cells while suppressing/stalling uncorrected cells in mitosis (would probably need to devise some kind of selective genetic marker for corrected cells not to be affected which doesn't trigger an immune response and rejection) in order to allow for the corrected cells to gradually replace and overtake the uncorrected cells, thereby gradually shifting the structure, composition and design/mechanisms of their limbs and joints. You could probably get even more dramatic improvements much more rapidly for young children and infants due to much faster cellular division due to the fact that their legs are still growing - considering the majority of the cells which will comprise their legs and knees have yet to grow, it would be much more straightforward to change their configuration (as well as easier to adapt to if repaired at a younger age). And to cut the proverbial gordian's knot, if cloning and organoid development as well as neural reattachment are sufficiently advanced, one could grow the corrected legs wholesale, amputee the dysfunctional legs and graft the corrected legs in their place. And that's not even considering direct manipulation of the DNA of pre-existing cells using retroviral agents/vectors. Yes, the significant challenge of direct DNA modification, stem cell or organoid implantation would then be ensuring intercellular arrangement, structures, processes, signals and systems developed as intended in a nonembryonic environment, but I genuinely believe it could be done, albeit would likely take years of ongoing therapy, consistent monitoring and likely multiple interventions in order for significant changes to come to fruition (wholesale organ, organ system and limb implantation would probably be faster, but obviously would come with a whole host of new issues to grapple with if the body is to cope, let alone successfully integrate such a physiological, biomechanical, biochemical and psychological dramatic change in a time span as short as a surgical operation and recovery + rehabilitation period).

Probably not in the way that you're thinking: Their legs and knees are already grown, and no amount of therapy is going to "fix" an olfactory organ that isn't there.

I wonder if they could give already born Venlil some kind of stem-cell therapy to replace damaged cells or retroviral vector to at least partly reverse or improve the genetic damage they've suffered.

And Tarva takes one more step towards the romantic slice of life series/family comedy. But Noah, come on. It's the 2130s, learn how women work. Atleast learn how your girl works.
