My uncle bought a used Laguna 2x4' router, it had a chinesium gameboy dongle type control called a rich auto... it functioned but it left a lot to be desired. Since it had solid bones, IE modular stepper drivers a 2.2kw er20 vfd spindle drive, nema 23 steppers, ball screws etcetera, we slammed in a centroid acorn, works very well and quite friendly, acts a lot like the real CNC mill downstairs. we also put in a new spindle since the old er20 one was howling for dear life... went with an iso 20 automatic tool changer, and made a rack type tool library. leaves you smiling every time that thing drives over and drops one tool, and picks up another, complete with real big boy air solenoid blast noises. plus anyone who has ever dealt with cat 40 or 50 tools really should have the experience of holding one of these tiny iso 20's in their hand. he went a little overboard, its now an 11 spot automatic tool changer 4 axis with a wireless mpg handwheel control, and closed circuit watercooling, but all in its less than half the price that the stock Laguna sold for when new.

Even with the parts cannon, and i think the solenoid was a fair good guess anyway, 200 or so isn’t bad if a new one is 5k and used 2500. Ice work, enjoyed watching.

The power washer is an interesting design. The shop is starting to look good, as well. Haven't seen a blacksmithing area, but I'm guessing that will be coming up soon. I'm surprised your not drowning in requests to make various forms of Christmas gifts for people! lol
