This whole thing happened by accident. I had someone request a portable booster seat and i thought "yes! what a great idea!"
And then my sim sat down in the chair WITH the booster seat in it. And my brain went WHOA WAIT A MINUTE!
And thus, eating with your infant/toddler in your lap was born. Its very simple: put the "invisible" (that little black square in picture 2) down exactly like the booster seat and put the baby in. Then (with the help of the steady sit mod) instruct your sim to sit down and voila!
Both the booster seat and "invisible" seat can move with you in and out of y our inventory! There are 10 cute, food related swatches. I hope you guys love it! Im pretty proud of the idea :)

**update** figured how to get them to put the infant in the seat but when they try to get them food the sim doesn’t do it and like call out for themselves and then doesn’t get the food

I think I’m being dumb but this doesn’t work for me?! The sims just kind of stand in front of it and don’t put the infant in the seat 😩xx

Also I thought I would throw this suggestion out there, I’m not sure if it’s even possible but I feel like if any creator could do it it would be you! I would love to see an object like an invisible crib (maybe it can just have a visible blanket or teddy) that you could put onto a sims double bed in order to co sleep with your infant! Again I know this may not be possible but I love the idea! 🥰
